Description

Fattening feed for cattle and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of breeding, and particularly relates to fattening feed for cattle and a preparation method thereof.
Background
As an extension of agricultural industry, the cattle breeding industry not only occupies a very important position in the traditional Chinese breeding industry, but also is always in a leading position in animal husbandry production, the healthy development of the cattle breeding industry is one of important ways for solving the income increase of farmers, and is also one of important sources for ensuring the meat consumption of residents, the development of the cattle breeding industry is an important way for promoting the income increase and richness of farmers in China and the residual labor force transfer in rural areas, and the stable supply of beef products becomes an important link for solving the income increase of farmers and the livelihood in China.
Beef is one of the common meat products. The source may be cow, bull, heifer. The muscle part of cattle can be cut into steak, beef block or cowherd bone, or mixed with other meat to make sausage or blood sausage. The other parts of the feed can be eaten by cow tails, cow livers, cow tongues, cow tripes, cow pancreas glands, cow thymus, cow hearts, cow brains, cow kidneys and cow penis. Beef is rich in protein and amino acids. The composition of the pork-containing health-care food is closer to the requirements of human bodies than pork, can improve the disease resistance of the human bodies, and is particularly suitable for people in aspects of blood loss supplement, tissue repair and the like after growth and development, operations and diseases; the traditional Chinese medicine food therapy considers that: eating beef in winter has the function of warming stomach, and is a good tonic product in winter. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that: the beef has the functions of strengthening the middle-jiao and replenishing qi, nourishing spleen and stomach, strengthening bones and muscles, eliminating phlegm and calming endogenous wind, quenching thirst and stopping salivation. Is suitable for people with sinking of middle qi, short breath, weak constitution, soreness of bones and muscles, anemia, and blurred vision.
With the continuous improvement of the life quality of people, the demand of beef is more and more increased. The beef has delicious meat quality, has become one of the most popular food on dining tables of people, and the breeding scale of the cattle is larger and larger. However, the current production situation of the beef cattle breeding industry in China faces new challenges, and due to the defects of the ecological structure of livestock breeding and the traditional breeding mode, most beef cattle breeding has many problems to be solved. For example, in the captive breeding process of beef cattle, the beef cattle grow slowly, the physique of the beef cattle is reduced, and due to the fact that a proper amount of motion is not available, excessive fat meat grows in a long time, and the meat quality is reduced after slaughtering. Therefore, the fattening feed for cattle and the preparation method thereof are needed to be provided.
