Abstract
The invention discloses a reticular fiber structure for reinforcing a bare brick wall, which has a reinforcing structure for protecting the appearance of the bare brick wall of a historical building, and comprises the following components: firstly, sticking a Chinese character 'mi' -shaped carbon fiber cloth structure on the inner side surface of a brick wall, and filling a cement mortar surface layer on the structure; secondly, filling glass fiber bundles at brick joints after shaving the joints on the outer side surfaces of the brick walls to form a well-shaped glass fiber bundle structure; and finally, drawing and tying the front and rear structure cross points by using glass fiber bundles, and pointing the outer side surface of the brick wall again. The invention has the advantages of improving the integrity, shock resistance, bearing capacity, impermeability and other performances of the brick wall of the historical building and protecting the landscape of the historical building to the maximum extent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of buildings, and particularly relates to a technology for reinforcing a plain brick wall and storing the historical landscape of the plain brick wall.
Background
Brick masonry is the most representative construction material in recent historical buildings. The brick masonry not only has a bearing function, but also is a building surface material, and in recent historical building development, the brick masonry building material represented by a dry brick wall is not only used for realizing the structural function of a building, but also is converted into a representation means of building decoration aesthetics, so that the brick masonry building material becomes a unified body of building decoration and construction.
However, the brick, as an ancient artificial building material, is not so excellent in durability because of its limited properties, and is easily deteriorated by weathering in a natural environment or damaged by a defect in construction. Therefore, a building technology which can reinforce the structure of the wall of the dry brick and can keep the historical appearance of the wall unchanged is needed, and the prior art is difficult to take into consideration.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the contradiction that the prior art can not give consideration to both reinforcement of the brick wall of the historical building and protection of the geomorphology, and provides a structure reinforcement technology which can realize both structure reinforcement and geomorphology protection.
The invention aims to realize the technical scheme that firstly, mortar at the joint of the outer side surface of the brick wall is removed, and glass fiber bundles are filled at the joint of the brick wall, so that the outer side surface of the brick wall forms a # -shaped structure; secondly, sticking carbon fiber cloth on the inner side surface of the brick wall to form a structure in a shape like a Chinese character 'mi'; and finally, arranging a glass fiber bundle drawknot at the intersection of the front structure and the rear structure, and pointing the outer side surface of the brick wall again.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the outer side surface of the dry brick wall is reinforced by inorganic glass fiber bundles, so that the problem that organic and inorganic materials are difficult to be compatible can be well solved.
2. The reinforcing glass fiber bundles are filled in the brick joints on the outer side surfaces of the brick walls, so that the wall bodies of the dry brick walls can be reinforced, and the historical appearances of the dry brick walls can be well protected.
