The node connection in the assembly type building is vital, and the stability and the safety of the whole assembly type building can be directly influenced. Meanwhile, the construction form of the node also directly influences the construction progress and the construction cost of the steel structure. The construction method has the advantages that the construction can be conveniently and quickly carried out by selecting a proper node construction form, and more importantly, the stability of the building can be guaranteed. But the construction is convenient and fast, the cost is low, the stability of the structure is facilitated, the rigidity of the structure can be increased, and the like, and the construction method is a relatively troublesome problem. Therefore, based on the current research on the connection of the assembled steel structure building nodes, the research on the connection of the assembled steel structure nodes should be further deepened.
The current research results on the connection node of the assembly type square steel tube frame structure show that the appropriate node structure can meet the following requirements:
1. the cost is reduced as much as possible;
2. the construction is convenient and fast, and the construction period is favorably shortened;
3. the rigidity of the structure is increased as much as possible, and greater stability is provided for the building.
In general, the rigidity of the node can be increased by using the W-shaped stiffening rib, so that the rigidity and the integrity of the connected structure are increased, and the overall performance of the building is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the inner side blind hole bolt can enter the inner side through the bolt hole on the outer side by utilizing the different sizes of the inner side outer bolt hole to complete the installation of the inner side bolt. If the inner blind hole bolt slips carelessly during installation, the W-shaped stiffening rib can also play a role in receiving the slipping bolt. The design can make the construction simpler and more convenient, and is favorable for accelerating the construction speed.

The invention is characterized in that:
the bolt connection node fully utilizes the advantages of the W-shaped stiffening ribs to strengthen the connection of the inner side gusset plate and the outer side gusset plate, thereby increasing the rigidity of the node, and greatly strengthening the rigidity and the integrity of the whole structure after 8 square steel pipe frames are connected by the bolt connection node. Therefore, the overall performance of the steel structure building is optimized.
The difference of the sizes of the bolt holes of the inner side node plate and the outer side node plate can be utilized to send smaller bolts into the bolt holes of the inner side node plate through larger bolt holes to complete installation, and the design can obviously improve the construction speed, so that the node connection is simpler and more convenient.
Ordinary bolts need to be screwed down, construction and installation time is increased due to blocking of certain components, and the bolts used in the design are all blind hole bolts and do not need to be screwed down, so that the construction time is saved.
The W-shaped stiffening rib is slightly lower than the position of the bolt hole in the vertical direction. If the bolt slips in the process from the larger bolt hole to the smaller bolt hole, the bolt can be supported by the W-shaped stiffening rib, and the construction speed can be improved by the characteristic.
