Abstract
The invention relates to a method for installing a roof structure of a casting house, which comprises the following steps: step 1: installing a cast house travelling crane; step 2: a movable platform is built on the travelling crane trolley; and step 3: driving the casting house crane to the position below the casting house roof structure to be installed, starting the crane trolley, and moving the movable platform to the initial installation position of the casting house roof structure; and 4, step 4: installing a roof structure winding structure of the casting house; and 5: starting a cast house travelling crane, and moving the movable platform to the next upper chord structure of the cast house roof structure; step 6: after the upper chord structures of the same row of roofs are installed, moving the travelling trolley to the upper chord structures of the next row of installed roofs; and 7: and after the upper chord structure of the roof is installed, the lower chord structure of the roof is installed in a reverse sequence from the end position. Background
