the 28V signal contact 31 is connected with a ground service bus bar through the power switch 2, and a 28V power signal flows from the ground service bus bar to the 28V signal contact 31 through the power switch 2;
the low-liquid-level contact 32 is connected with a coil of the relay 4 and is used for controlling the closing of the relay 4, the relay 4 is provided with three groups of contacts, in the open state of the relay 4, a 28V power signal of the ground service bus bar is sent to an electric connector through a first group of contacts of the relay 4 and a filling contact of a filling switch 1 connected with the first group of contacts, the rest of the switches of the relay 4 are opened, in the closed state of the relay 4, the 28V power signal of the ground service bus bar is sent to the electric connector through a second group of contacts of the relay 4 and a stopping contact of the filling switch 1 connected with the second group of contacts, meanwhile, a liquid-level low indicator 7 of a liquid-level indicating device is connected through a third group of contacts of the relay 4, and the first group of contacts of the relay 4 are opened;
the normal liquid level contact 33 is connected with a liquid level normal indicator lamp 6 of the liquid level indicator device;
the liquid adding device is connected with the electric connector and is used for automatically stopping the liquid adding process according to a 28V electric signal sent by a filling signal or a stopping signal of the filling switch 1.
Based on the device, the electric control principle of filling the cooling liquid into the ground is described.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, when filling the ground, the power switch is turned on, the filling switch is placed at the "filling" position, and when the filling pipeline is ready, the cooling liquid starts to be filled from the ground liquid cooling vehicle to the liquid cooling system of the aircraft.
The stock information of the cooling liquid on the aircraft is provided by a liquid level sensor, at the beginning of the filling, the liquid level sensor outputs a low liquid level signal which causes the relay 4 to be switched on, so that the three switches of the relay 4 in fig. 1 deflect to the left, i.e. in the relay 4, the contact 1 is connected with the contact 3, the contact 4 is connected with the contact 6, and the contact 7 is connected with the contact 9, wherein when the contact 7 is connected with the contact 9, a yellow low liquid level indicator lamp is lighted, at this time, the filling switch 1 is in a filling state due to the fact that the contact 1 is connected with the contact 3, but no 28V electric signal is generated, and the filling equipment connected with the filling switch 1 does not receive the 28V electric signal, so that the filling is continuously carried out.
When the cooling liquid is filled to the normal position, the liquid level sensor outputs a liquid level normal signal, a green liquid level normal indicator lamp is lighted, meanwhile, due to liquid level change, the low liquid level contact 32 does not generate an electric signal any more, the relay 4 is cut off, so that three switches of the relay 4 in fig. 1 deflect rightwards, namely, in the relay 4, the contact 1 is connected with the contact 2, the contact 4 is connected with the contact 5, the contact 7 is connected with the contact 8, according to the drawing, the contact 7 is connected with the contact 8 to enable the yellow low liquid level indicator lamp to be extinguished, the contact 1 is connected with the contact 2, 28V direct current is enabled to convey 28V electric signals to the filling switch 1 through the relay 4, and due to the fact that the filling switch closes the filling contact at the moment, the 28V electric signals are continuously supplied to an externally connected plug and a liquid filling device connected with the relay 4, the ground liquid filling vehicle is provided, and the liquid filling vehicle stops filling according to the signals.
In the process of filling liquid, namely in a low liquid level state, the relay 4 is closed, the contact 4 is connected with the contact 6, the liquid level sensor transmits 28V electric signals to the filling switch through the relay, but the filling switch closes the filling contact, so that the 28V electric signals are not supplied to the ground liquid filling vehicle, if the liquid filling is needed to be stopped for some reason, the filling switch is placed in a stop position, and the 28V power supply can be supplied to the ground liquid filling vehicle to stop the liquid filling through the 4-6 contact of the relay 4 and the external connection plug through the 4-6 contact of the filling switch.
In some alternative embodiments, the liquid level indicating device further comprises a light detection switch 5, one end of the light detection switch 5 is connected with a liquid level low indicator lamp 7 and a liquid level normal indicator lamp 6, and the other end is connected with a ground service bus bar through the power switch 2. When filling the ground, the 'light check' switch is pressed first, so that the indicator light can be checked for integrity.
In some alternative embodiments, the relay 4 is a time delay relay, and when the oil filling is from low liquid level to normal liquid level, the relay 4 is opened after a set time delay. The delay time can be determined according to the capacity and the liquid injection speed of the cooling liquid which can be continuously accepted by the airborne liquid cooling system after the low liquid level signal of the liquid level sensor stops.
In some alternative embodiments, the filling switch 1 is connected to the filling device by an external plug.
In some alternative embodiments, the low level contact 32 is also connected to an electromechanical management system. When the contact 7 of the relay 4 is connected with the contact 9, the yellow low-liquid-level indicator lamp is lightened, and meanwhile, the low-liquid-level signal liquid is output to the electromechanical management system to record the stock state of the cooling liquid.
The foregoing is merely specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions easily conceivable by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present application should be covered in the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
