Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bogies, in particular to a transverse elastic limiting device and a bogie.
Background
The truck bogie adopts three-piece bogie, mainly comprises side frames, swing bolster, wheel pairs, wedge vibration damping device, foundation braking device, anti-diamond device and side bearing. Compared with the traditional three-piece bogie, the swing type bogie has the advantages that the transverse movement performance, in particular the transverse force of wheel tracks and the transverse running quality of a vehicle body are greatly improved.
The existing pendulum bogie realizes transverse limit through the lower stop of each side on the swing bolster and the stop of the spring supporting plate. However, when the side frame swings transversely, the conventional swing bogie transverse limiting device is in rigid contact, high resistance protection to side impact of complete compaction is insufficient, improvement on transverse movement performance is limited, and wheel abrasion is damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the background technology, and provides the transverse elastic limiting device and the bogie, wherein the transverse elastic limiting device strengthens the rigidity between the side frame and the swing bolster, prevents the side frame from traversing, increases the transverse flexibility of the vehicle, improves the transverse dynamic performance of the vehicle, and can effectively improve the transverse stability and reduce the wheel abrasion.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the transverse elastic limiting device is designed for connecting the side frames at two sides of the bogie, and comprises a swing bolster assembly, a lower swing assembly and a central spring assembly; the swing bolster assembly comprises a swing bolster body, wherein both ends of the bottom of the swing bolster body are respectively provided with a swing bolster cylinder; the lower swing component comprises a spring supporting plate, and spring trays which are arranged corresponding to the swing bolster cylinder bodies are respectively arranged at two ends of the top of the spring supporting plate;
the top of the central spring assembly is arranged in a swing bolster cylinder body of the swing bolster assembly, and the bottom of the central spring assembly is arranged in a spring tray of the lower swing assembly.

And secondly, a second transverse elastic stop formed by downward swinging of the transverse elastic limiting device and a first transverse elastic stop formed by the swing bolster form a transverse stop structure, so that transverse oversized transverse movement is limited, and transverse impact can be reduced.
The transverse elastic limiting device increases the transverse flexibility of the vehicle, improves the transverse dynamic performance of the vehicle, and can effectively improve the transverse stability and reduce the wheel abrasion.
Fourth, the bogie adopting the transverse elastic limiting device has greatly increased transverse flexibility and rhombic rigidity by means of transverse swinging of the side frames, so that the running speed of the bogie is greatly increased, and the transverse running performance of the bogie is better improved.
Fifth, the bogie adopting the transverse elastic limiting device strengthens the rigidity between the side frame and the swing bolster, and prevents the side frame from traversing so as to improve the transverse power performance and the transverse running quality of the bogie of the traditional truck.

Detailed Description
The following describes the embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to examples, but they are not to be construed as limiting the invention. While at the same time becoming clearer and more readily understood by way of illustration of the advantages of the present invention.
The transverse elastic limiting device is shown in fig. 1 and is used for connecting side frames 4 on two sides of a bogie, and comprises a swing bolster assembly 1, a lower swing assembly 2 and a central spring assembly 3; the swing bolster assembly 1 comprises a swing bolster body 1.1, wherein both ends of the bottom of the swing bolster body 1.1 are respectively provided with a swing bolster cylinder 1.2; the lower swing component 2 comprises a spring supporting plate 2.1, and spring trays 2.2 which are arranged corresponding to the swing bolster cylinder 1.2 are respectively arranged at two ends of the top of the spring supporting plate 2.1; the top of the central spring component 3 is arranged in the swing bolster cylinder 1.2 of the swing bolster component 1, and the bottom of the central spring component 3 is arranged in the spring tray 2.2 of the lower swing component 2.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the bottom of the swing bolster body 1.1 is further provided with two symmetrically arranged first transverse elastic stops 1.3. The top of the spring carrier 2.1 is also provided with two second lateral elastic stops 2.3 arranged in correspondence with the first lateral elastic stops 1.3. The two sides of the bottom of the spring supporting plate 2.1 are provided with shaking seats 2.4, and the shaking seats 2.4 are correspondingly arranged below the spring trays 2.2 positioned on the same side. The lower part of the swinging seat 2.4 is provided with a swinging seat support 2.5, and the swinging seat support 2.5 is used for being arranged on a lower swinging device mounting platform of the side frame 4 to form a transverse swinging mechanism with an axle box hanging device of the railway wagon, namely, the upper end of the side frame is hinged on the axle box hanging device, and the lower end of the side frame is hinged on the end part of a spring supporting plate to form a rectangular swinging table. The invention increases the transverse flexibility of the vehicle, improves the transverse dynamic performance of the vehicle, and can effectively improve the transverse stability and reduce the wheel abrasion. The second transverse elastic stop 2.3 of the lower swing assembly 2 and the first transverse elastic stop 1.3 of the swing bolster assembly 1 form a transverse stop structure, so that transverse oversized transverse movement is limited, and transverse impact can be reduced. The spring tray 2.2, the spring supporting plate 2.1 and the shaking seat 2.4 are connected into a whole through fasteners. The spring supporting plate 2.1 is formed by profiling a high-strength steel plate, a second transverse elastic stop 2.3 is welded on the spring supporting plate, the spring supporting plate 2.2 is of a cylinder structure, the shaking seat 2.4 is of a casting or forging, two ends of the shaking seat are of an arc supporting structure, and the shaking seat support 2.5 is of an arc box-shaped structure.
As shown in fig. 5, the central spring assembly 3 comprises a spring set formed by an outer circular spring 3.1 and an inner circular spring 3.2, an upper clamping plate 3.3 is arranged at the top end of the spring set, a lower clamping plate 3.4 is arranged at the bottom end of the spring set, a locking piece 3.5 penetrating through the middle of the spring set is arranged between the upper clamping plate 3.3 and the lower clamping plate 3.4, and the locking piece 3.5 is used for exerting pretightening force on the spring set. The locking piece 3.5 comprises a bolt 3.51 and a slotted nut 3.52, wherein the rod part of the bolt 3.51 passes through the middle part of the lower clamping plate 3.4, upwards extends through the spring group and then passes out of the middle part of the upper clamping plate 3.3 to be in locking connection with the slotted nut 3.52. The central spring assembly 3 further comprises an elastic pad 3.6, the elastic pad 3.6 being arranged between the lower clamping plate 3.4 and the spring stack formed by the outer circular spring 3.1 and the inner circular spring 3.2. The central spring assembly is compressed to a predetermined height by a spring clamp plate and bolts. In the embodiment, the outer diameter of the outer circle spring 3.1 is 350-500mm, the spring diameter is 25-50mm, the upper clamping plate 3.3 and the lower clamping plate 3.4 are steel plate profiling pieces with the depth of 40-60mm, and grooves are formed in the middle and used for installing spring groups. The elastic pad 3.6 adopts a rubber pad, the elastic pad 3.6 is of a hollow cylinder structure, a central hole for the rod part of the bolt 3.51 to pass through is arranged in the middle, and the vertical rigidity is 60-100MN/m. The bottom of the central spring assembly 3 is arranged in the spring tray 2.2 in the lower swing assembly 2, so that the displacement of the central spring assembly 3 is limited, and the transverse movement positioning rigidity is improved. The central spring component 3 has very large vertical deflection, and the elastic pad 3.6 can effectively isolate high-frequency vibration of the vehicle and improve the stability of the vehicle.
The invention also provides a bogie which comprises the transverse elastic limiting device, as shown in fig. 6, and the transverse elastic limiting device is used for connecting the side frames at two sides of the bogie. The transverse displacement of the steering frame provided with the transverse elastic limiting device is divided into three stages. The first stage can be called a low resistance protection stage, and the transverse rigidity value of the steering frame of the stage is the series rigidity of the transverse equivalent rigidity of the side frame and the transverse rigidity of the secondary suspension; the second stage is a protection stage for relieving the impact of lateral resistance, wherein the lateral stop of the spring support plate contacts the swing bolster to form an upper lateral elastic stop, and the lateral stiffness value of the bogie is the series stiffness of the secondary suspension lateral stiffness and the lateral elastic stop stiffness; the third stage is a high resistance protection stage against full compaction side impact, where the truck lateral stiffness value is that of the secondary suspension. Therefore, the bogie of the invention utilizes the spring pallet, the second transverse elastic stop and the first transverse elastic stop on the swing bolster to enable the transverse suspension characteristic to form multistage rigidity. Compared with the existing bogie, the bogie provided by the invention has the advantages that the transverse flexibility of the bogie is effectively improved, the lateral movement elastic protection of the bogie is realized, and the transverse force of a wheel track and the transverse running quality of a vehicle body are greatly improved.
