Abstract
An articulated bogie with an embedded vibration and noise reduction device relates to a railway freight car bogie, in particular to an articulated bogie. The device comprises a wheel set assembly, a side frame assembly, a swing bolster assembly, an integrated brake device, an elastic side bearing assembly and a central suspension and vibration damping device; the central suspension and vibration damping device comprises a wedge, a vibration damping spring, an inner circle spring and an outer circle spring, wherein the vibration damping spring is arranged on the wedge, and the inner circle spring is sleeved in the outer circle spring. The key technology is that a spring tray is arranged at the upper end of an inner round spring, and a stable spring is arranged in the spring tray to form an embedded type vibration damper. The invention has the beneficial effects that: through the action of the embedded vibration damper, the translational freedom degree of the inner circle spring in the vertical direction is restrained, the noise pollution caused by the vibration of parts and the collision between adjacent parts is eliminated, and the environmental friendliness of the vehicle is further improved.
Description
Technical Field
An articulated bogie with an embedded vibration and noise reduction device relates to a railway freight car bogie, in particular to an articulated bogie.
Background
The railway freight car bogie is used for supporting the car body, guiding the car to run along the track and bearing various loads from the car body and the track. A typical railway wagon is usually equipped with two three-piece two-axle wagon bogies, each carrying the weight of the vehicle on four axles. Each three-piece truck bogie comprises two wheel pairs, four sets of rolling bearing devices, two side frames, a swing bolster, a set of foundation brake device, a central vibration damping suspension device, side bearings and the like.
Generally, a constant-height steel spring set or a non-constant-height steel spring set is adopted in a central suspension system of a railway freight car bogie. When the equal-height spring sets are adopted, the weight difference of the wagon bodies of the railway wagon is large, and particularly when the wagon bodies with small self-weight are assembled, the deflection of empty wagon springs is small, and the running quality of the wagon is poor; when the unequal-height spring set is adopted, although the deflection of an empty spring can be increased, and the running quality of a vehicle is further improved, because the inner spring is in a free assembly state (no load action) in an empty state, free vibration can occur when the vehicle runs under the condition of line disturbance (line irregularity, triangular pits, turnouts and the like), and noise pollution is generated.
Secondly, under the configuration condition of the traditional vehicle, each vehicle adopts two bogies, and the cost of vehicle manufacturing, application and maintenance and the like is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of providing the hinged bogie with good vibration and noise reduction effects. The technical scheme is as follows:
the device comprises a wheel set assembly, a side frame assembly, a swing bolster assembly, an integrated brake device, an elastic side bearing assembly and a central suspension and vibration damping device; the central suspension and vibration damping device comprises a wedge, a vibration damping spring, an inner circle spring and an outer circle spring, wherein the vibration damping spring is arranged on the wedge, and the inner circle spring is sleeved in the outer circle spring. The key technology is that a spring tray is arranged at the upper end of an inner round spring, and a stable spring is arranged in the spring tray to form an embedded type vibration damper.
The spring tray is provided with a concave cavity, the top end of the concave cavity is provided with a flanging, the flanging is in contact with the inner circle spring support ring, and the stabilizing spring is placed in the concave cavity.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. through the action of the embedded vibration damper, the translational freedom degree of the inner circle spring in the vertical direction is restrained, the noise pollution caused by the vibration of parts and the collision between adjacent parts is eliminated, and the environmental friendliness of the vehicle is further improved.
2. The bogie is assembled with the swing bolster provided with double side bearings (each elastic side bearing assembly comprises 2 sets of elastic side bearings), so that the bogie and the joint connector (such as an S.A.C.1 type joint connector) are assembled, and the number of the bogies can be greatly reduced for a vehicle assembled with the bogie, for example, a 5-unit articulated flat car is totally 6 bogies when being configured with the bogie, and the number of the conventional five flat cars is reduced by 40 percent because the total number of 10 bogies is 10 bogies, so that the vehicle manufacturing, application and maintenance cost and the like are reduced
3. The bogie can simultaneously meet the requirements of assembling a TMX integrated braking device and a traditional bogie braking device.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is made with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, but is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-5, the invention comprises a wheel set assembly 1, a side frame assembly 2, a bolster assembly 4, an integrated brake device 5, an elastic side bearing assembly 7 and a central suspension and vibration damping device 8; the central suspension and damping device 8 comprises a wedge 13, a damping spring 14 arranged on the wedge 13, an inner circular spring 17 and an outer circular spring 18, wherein the inner circular spring 17 is sleeved in the outer circular spring 18 to form a single spring group. The key technology is that a spring tray 16 is arranged at the upper end of an inner round spring 17, and a stabilizing spring 15 is arranged in the spring tray 16 to form an embedded type vibration damper; through the action of the embedded vibration damper, the translational freedom degree of the inner circle spring 17 in the vertical direction is restrained, so that the noise pollution caused by the vibration of parts and the collision between adjacent parts is eliminated, and the environmental friendliness of the vehicle is further improved.
The spring tray 16 is provided with a cavity 19, the top end of the cavity 19 is provided with a flange 20, the flange 20 is contacted with the supporting ring of the inner circle spring 17, and the stabilizing spring 15 is arranged in the cavity 19.
The spring tray 16 concerned is manufactured by profiling from a sheet metal material having a good elongation. This solution does not exclude solutions in which a similar function is achieved in other ways by using other materials, such as nylon material for the spring tray 16, which is then fitted with the stabilizing springs 15 in their respective cavities 19, by means of an injection moulding process.
The elastic side bearing assembly 11 is not limited to the cylindrical structure shown in the figure, and side bearings in other structural forms meeting the interface parameter requirements can be assembled; the side bearing mounting seat 12 can be formed by reforming cold-formed steel or hot-rolled channel steel meeting the requirement of side bearing load applied in vehicle operation; the fasteners are not limited to pull rivets.
In the figure, 3 is a rubber pad, 6 is a rolling bearing device, 9 is a joint connector, and 10 is a center plate wear plate.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 1-5, the invention comprises a wheel set assembly 1, a side frame assembly 2, a bolster assembly 4, an integrated brake device 5, an elastic side bearing assembly 7 and a central suspension and vibration damping device 8; the central suspension and damping device 8 comprises a wedge 13, a damping spring 14 arranged on the wedge 13, an inner circular spring 17 and an outer circular spring 18, wherein the inner circular spring 17 is sleeved in the outer circular spring 18 to form a single spring group. The key technology is that a spring tray 16 is arranged at the upper end of an inner round spring 17, and a stabilizing spring 15 is arranged in the spring tray 16 to form an embedded type vibration damper; through the action of the embedded vibration damper, the translational freedom degree of the inner circle spring 17 in the vertical direction is restrained, so that the noise pollution caused by the vibration of parts and the collision between adjacent parts is eliminated, and the environmental friendliness of the vehicle is further improved. Four sets of long-stroke normally-contacted elastic side bearings 11 are assembled on a single swing bolster assembly 4 through a side bearing mounting seat 12, namely, a swing bolster assembled with double side bearings (each set of elastic side bearing assembly 7 comprises 2 sets of elastic side bearing assemblies 11, so that the assembly of the bogie and a joint connector (such as an S.A.C.1 type joint connector) is realized, and the number of bogies can be greatly reduced for a vehicle assembled with the bogie, for example, a 5-unit joint flat car is totally 6 bogies when being configured with the bogie, and the number of the conventional five flat cars is reduced by 40%, so that the manufacturing, application and maintenance costs of the vehicle are reduced.
The spring tray 16 is provided with a cavity 19, the top end of the cavity 19 is provided with a flange 20, the flange 20 is contacted with the supporting ring of the inner circle spring 17, and the stabilizing spring 15 is arranged in the cavity 19.

An articulated bogie with an embedded vibration and noise reduction device comprises a wheel pair assembly (1), a side frame assembly (2), a swing bolster assembly (4), an integrated brake device (5), an elastic side bearing assembly (7) and a central suspension and vibration reduction device (8); the central suspension and vibration reduction device (8) comprises a wedge (13), a vibration reduction spring (14), an inner circle spring (17) and an outer circle spring (18), wherein the vibration reduction spring (14), the inner circle spring (17) and the outer circle spring (18) are arranged on the wedge (13), and the inner circle spring (17) is sleeved in the outer circle spring (18), and is characterized in that a spring tray (16) is arranged at the upper end of the inner circle spring (17), and a stabilizing spring (15) is arranged in the spring tray (16) to form an embedded vibration reduction device.
2. Articulated bogie with embedded vibration and noise reduction according to claim 1, characterized in that the spring tray (16) has a cavity (19), the cavity (19) being provided at its top with a flange (20), the flange (20) being in contact with the support ring of the inner coil spring (17), the stabilizer spring (15) being placed in the cavity (19).
