The open real-time monitoring is realized, the tower crane operation condition safety data and the early warning information are transmitted to the GIS visual monitoring platform in real time through remote high-speed wireless data transmission while the on-site safety monitoring, the operation record and the acousto-optic warning are realized for the tower crane, and the short message of the mobile phone can be automatically triggered to give an alarm to related personnel when the alarm is given, so that the real-time dynamic remote monitoring, the remote alarm and the remote informing are realized, and the tower crane safety monitoring becomes the open real-time dynamic monitoring. The system and the method ensure timely supervision of the use process and behavior of the tower crane in terms of technical means, practically prevent and control dangerous factors and potential safety hazards in the operation process of equipment, and effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of tower crane safety production accidents.
Referring to fig. 10, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the elevator monitoring related equipment includes a floor call extension 590, a floor call switchboard 600, a car roof guarding device 610, a car fall prevention device 620, a second weighing sensor 630, a second height sensor 640 and a third main controller 650, and the floor call extension 590, the floor call switchboard 600, the car roof guarding device 610, the car fall prevention device 620, the second weighing sensor 630 and the second height sensor 640 are all connected with the third main controller 650 in communication. In the embodiment, the related monitoring equipment for the elevator can monitor the operation working condition of the construction elevator in all directions in real time, timely send out an alarm and output a control signal when the construction elevator is dangerous, record the operation data of the elevator in the whole process and transmit the working condition data to the mobile management terminal. The design of related equipment for monitoring the elevator is electronic monitoring integrating multiple high technologies such as precision measurement, automatic control, wireless network transmission and the like, comprises the functions of load monitoring, speed monitoring (anti-falling), gradient monitoring, height limit monitoring, anti-top collision monitoring, door lock state monitoring, driver identity recognition, car snapshot, floor calling and the like, and is the latest, most comprehensive and most reliable safety protection equipment in the field of building hoisting machinery at present.

And continuously subdividing the 5 management effect influence factors to form a three-level evaluation system.
