In examples 1 and 2 and comparative example 1, the materials and thicknesses of the thermal barrier coating and the abrasion resistant coating were the same, and therefore the surface abrasion resistance was theoretically equivalent. The examples are different from the comparative examples in that the decorative surface of the wood-plastic substrate in the comparative example is a plane structure, no embossed pattern is formed, and the wood grain forming the color register effect is directly printed on the plane of the colored primer. As can be seen from Table 1, the color register effect of comparative example 1 is partially disappeared after 15min of polishing, and the color register effect is completely disappeared after further polishing, while the color register effect of examples 1 and 2 is maintained after 20min of polishing. The reason is that in comparative example 1, after the abrasion resistant paint layer and the thermal insulating paint layer were sanded off, the sandpaper directly contacted the wood grain layer, so that the wood grain layer was sanded off, whereas in examples 1 and 2, after the abrasion resistant paint layer and the thermal insulating paint layer were sanded off, the sandpaper contacted the plane region of the decorative surface and was sanded, and did not contact the depressed region where the second coloring material was located, so that the depressed region was always in a sound state until the height difference between the plane region and the depressed region was sanded off. Therefore, under the condition that the surface wear resistance of the plate is equivalent, compared with the prior art, the color register effect has longer service life and is not easy to eliminate due to wear. In addition, compared with the prior art, the process flow is simpler, the first pigment is directly added into the wood-plastic base material, the color of the base material is used as the background color, the process of painting white paint and then painting background paint is omitted, and the production efficiency is higher.

s1, providing a base color substrate made of thermoplastic first resin, filler, first color material and other additives;
s2, forming embossed patterns on the decorative surface of the ground color substrate by using embossing equipment to obtain an embossed substrate;
s3, coating a coating liquid containing a second coloring material and a second resin on the decorative surface of the embossed base material;
s4, solidifying the coating liquid to form a continuous layered coloring body attached to the decorative surface of the embossed substrate to obtain a coated substrate;
s5, grinding the continuous layer-shaped coloring body on the decorative surface of the coating substrate by a grinding element, removing the coloring body part which is filled outside the grooves of the embossed pattern path and has enough contact force with the grinding element and the groove opening part of the grooves of the embossed pattern path, reserving the coloring body part which is filled in the grooves of the embossed pattern path and cannot be contacted with the grinding element or is not contacted with the grinding element, and converting the continuous layer-shaped coloring body into a non-continuously distributed coloring body layer (2) to obtain the grinding substrate;
and S6, coating the decorative surface of the polished base material to form a coating layer, and curing the coating layer to form a surface protection layer, thereby obtaining the composite board with the color register effect.
