Further, referring to fig. 5, the plastic packaging device 100 for packaging paper products further includes a cutting plate 11, a cutting knife 12, a handle 13 and a covering and pressing assembly 14, wherein the cutting plate 11 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 1 and is located on one side of the bottom plate 1 close to the collecting box 4; the cutting knife 12 is rotatably connected with the cutting plate 11 and is positioned on one side of the cutting plate 11 away from the collecting box 4; the handle 13 is fixedly connected with the cutting knife 12; the capping assembly 14 is disposed on the cutting board 11.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the covering and pressing assembly 14 includes a shaft 141 and a cover plate 142, wherein the shaft 141 is fixedly connected to the cutting plate 11; the cover plate 142 is rotatably connected to the shaft 141 and is located on a side of the shaft 141 close to the cutting plate 11.
In the present embodiment, the cutting board 11 is mounted on the upper surface of the bottom board 1 by bolts and located at the left side of the collecting box 4, the front end of the cutting knife 12 is mounted on the upper end of the cutting board 11 by a connecting rod and located at the left surface of the cutting board 11, the handle 13 is welded and fixed on the upper end of the cutting knife 12, the shaft rod 141 is mounted in the slot at the upper end of the cutting board 11, the cover board 142 is mounted on the shaft rod 141 and can rotate on the shaft rod 141, the plastic encapsulated photo is placed on the edge at the left side of the surface of the cutting board 11, so that the photo paper is parallel to the edge at the left side of the cutting board 11, the plastic encapsulated photo is pressed on the cutting board 11 by rotating the cover board 142 on the shaft rod 141, the photo is fixed on the cutting board 11 by pressing one end of the cover board 142 away from the cutting knife 12 by hand, therefore, the photo cutting is directly pressed by hand instead of being pressed by hand, fingers are prevented from being injured during cutting, the cover plate 142 can move on the cutting plate 11 through the shaft rod 141, photos with different sizes can be conveniently covered and cut, and redundant parts of the plastic-packaged photos are cut by holding the grip 13 and rotating the cutting knife 12, so that the plastic-packaged photos are more attractive.
The plastic packaging device 100 for packaging paper products comprises a lower bottom film, a photo and a cover film which are used for plastic packaging of the photo, wherein the lower bottom film, the photo and the cover film are respectively and sequentially placed into three mounting cavities of a feeding box 3 from bottom to top, the lower bottom film, the photo and the cover film are respectively guided into the feeding box 3 through three feeding assemblies 6 and are heated and softened, after the lower bottom film, the photo and the cover film are pressed together through a pressing assembly 8 after the heating and softening, the lower bottom film, the photo and the cover film are cooled and fixed through a heat dissipation assembly 9, the pressed and plastic packaged photo is guided out of a pressing box 5 through a transmission assembly 7, the pressed and plastic packaged photo is extruded through an exhaust assembly 10, air between the photo and the cover film is exhausted, air bubbles are removed, the plastic packaging is more attractive, the photo and falls into a collecting box 4 for collecting, and the photo is clamped and plastically packaged by directly using the lower bottom film and the cover film, therefore, the time for searching the plastic packaging film bag is saved, and the plastic packaging efficiency of the photo is improved.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (7)
1. A plastic packaging device for packaging paper products is characterized by comprising a bottom plate, a partition plate, a feeding box, a collecting box, a pressing box, a feeding assembly, a transmission assembly, a pressing assembly, a heat dissipation assembly and an exhaust assembly;
the feeding box is arranged on the bottom plate, the partition plate is fixedly connected with the feeding box and located inside the feeding box, the feeding assembly is arranged in the feeding box, the pressing box is fixedly connected with the bottom plate and located on one side, close to the feeding box, of the bottom plate, the pressing assembly is fixedly connected with the pressing box, the heat dissipation assembly is arranged on the pressing box, the transmission assembly is rotatably connected with the pressing box, the exhaust assembly is arranged on the outer side of the pressing box, and the collecting box is fixedly connected with the bottom plate and located on one side, far away from the feeding box, of the bottom plate.

the feeding assembly comprises a transmission roller, a synchronous motor and a heater, the transmission roller is rotatably connected with the feeding box and is positioned on one side of the feeding box close to the partition plate; the synchronous motor is fixedly connected with the feeding box, and an output shaft of the synchronous motor is fixedly connected with the transmission roller; the heater is fixedly connected with the feeding box and is positioned on one side of the feeding box close to the transmission roller.

the transmission assembly comprises a transmission roller, a transmission belt and a servo motor, and the transmission roller is fixedly connected with the pressing box and is positioned inside the pressing box; the conveying belt is rotatably connected with the transmission roller and sleeved outside the transmission roller; the servo motor is fixedly connected with the pressing box, and an output shaft of the servo motor is fixedly connected with the transmission roller.
4. A plastic-sealing device for packaging paper products according to claim 3,
the pressing assembly comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a pressing plate, and the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the pressing box and is positioned on one side of the pressing box close to the conveying belt; the pressing plate is fixedly connected with the output end of the hydraulic cylinder and is positioned on one side, close to the conveyor belt, of the hydraulic cylinder.
5. A plastic-sealing device for packaging paper products according to claim 4,
the heat dissipation assembly comprises an installation frame, a rotating motor and fan blades, and the installation frame is fixedly connected with the pressing box; the rotating motor is fixedly connected with the mounting frame and is positioned on one side of the mounting frame close to the conveyor belt; the fan blades are fixedly connected with an output shaft of the rotating motor and are positioned on one side of the rotating motor, which is close to the conveyor belt.
6. A plastic-sealing device for packaging paper products according to claim 1,
the exhaust assembly comprises a rolling roller and a driving member, and the driving member is fixedly connected with the pressing box; the laminating roller is rotated on the laminating box by the driving member.

the driving component comprises a mounting seat and a driving motor, the mounting seat is fixedly connected with the pressing box, is rotatably connected with the rolling roller and is positioned on one side of the pressing box far away from the feeding box; the driving motor is fixedly connected with the mounting seat, and an output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly connected with the rolling roller.
