为了达成本发明的另一目的,根据本发明的实施例的一种显示装置的驱动方法可以包括如下步骤:判断是否以所述可变帧模式操作;当以所述可变帧模式操作时,基于帧率的值来控制施加到像素的感测初始化电压的大小;以及基于所述感测初始化电压来显示图像。
在一实施例中,其特征可以在于,在控制所述感测初始化电压的大小的步骤中,当以所述可变帧模式操作时,在显示面板以第一帧率被驱动的区间中,将所述感测初始化电压控制为第一电压电平,在所述显示面板以高于所述第一帧率的第二帧率被驱动的区间中将所述感测初始化电压控制为高于所述第一电压电平的第二电压电平。

在一实施例中,相比于所述显示面板以所述第一帧率被驱动的区间,所述数据电压可以在所述显示面板以所述第二帧率被驱动的区间中具有更大的大小。
在一实施例中,还可以包括如下步骤:生成施加到所述像素的第一电源电压,并且基于所述第一电压控制信号及所述第二电压控制信号来控制施加到所述像素的所述第一电源电压的大小。

根据本发明的实施例的显示装置及显示装置的驱动方法,可以在以可变帧模式操作时,在以较高的帧率驱动的帧区间中,使施加于各个像素的感测初始化电压增加而使阳极电极的电压充电时间缩短,从而防止因阳极电极的电压充电不足而导致的亮度降低,并且改善图像质量。
然而,本发明的效果并不限于上述效果,其可以在不脱离本发明的思想及构思的范围内实现多种扩展。

参照图1,显示装置100可以包括:显示面板110,包括多个像素PX;数据驱动器120,向多个像素PX提供数据电压VDATA;栅极驱动器130,向多个像素PX提供栅极信号GS;电源电压生成电路140,生成显示面板驱动电压RV、VINIT、ELVDD;以及控制器150,控制数据驱动器120、栅极驱动器130及电源电压生成电路140。
显示面板110可以包括多条数据线、多条栅极线以及连接到所述多条数据线和所述多条栅极线的多个像素PX。在一实施例中,各个像素PX可以包括开关晶体管及连接到所述开关晶体管的电容器。
数据驱动器120可以基于从控制器150输出的图像数据ODAT及数据控制信号DCTRL生成数据电压VDATA,并将数据电压VDATA提供给多个像素PX。例如,数据控制信号DCTRL可以包括输出数据使能信号、水平开始信号及负载信号,但不限于此。另外,数据驱动器120可以从电源电压生成电路140接收基准电压(例如,伽马基准电压)RV。此时,数据电压VDATA可以基于基准电压RV而生成。在一实施例中,数据驱动器120可以利用一个以上的数据集成电路(IC:Integrated Circuit)实现。并且,根据实施例,数据驱动器120可以直接贴装(mounted)于显示面板110,或者以带载封装(TCP:tape carrier package)形态连接到显示面板110。在另一实施例中,数据驱动器120可以集成(integrated)在显示面板110的周围部。
栅极驱动器130可以基于从控制器150输出的栅极控制信号GCTRL来生成栅极信号GS,并且将栅极信号GS提供给多个像素PX。在一实施例中,栅极控制信号GCTRL可以包括帧开始信号及栅极时钟信号,但不限于此。在一实施例中,栅极驱动器130可以利用集成在显示面板110的周围部的非晶硅栅极(ASG:Amorphous Silicon Gate)驱动器实现。在另一实施例中,栅极驱动器130可以利用一个以上栅极IC实现。并且,根据实施例,栅极驱动器130可以直接贴装于显示面板110,或者以TCP形态连接到显示面板110。
电源电压生成电路140可以生成将被提供给数据驱动器120的基准电压RV。例如,电源电压生成电路140可以从外部的电源接收输入电压VIN,基于输入电压VIN生成基准电压RV,并将基准电压RV提供给数据驱动器120。数据驱动器120可以基于从电源电压生成电路140提供的基准电压RV来生成数据电压VDATA。例如,数据驱动器120可以基于基准电压RV生成分别对应于整个灰度级(例如,0-灰度级至255-灰度级)的灰度电压(例如,256个灰度电压),并且将与从控制器150输出的图像数据ODAT指示的灰度级对应的灰度电压作为数据电压VDATA而提供给多个像素PX。在一实施例中,基准电压RV可以包括正极性基准电压及负极性基准电压,数据驱动器120可以基于所述正极性基准电压向多个像素PX提供正极性数据电压VDATA,基于所述负极性基准电压向多个像素PX提供负极性数据电压VDATA。并且,电源电压生成电路140可以向多个像素PX提供感测初始化电压VINIT及第一电源电压ELVDD。并且,在一实施例中,电源电压生成电路140还可以基于输入电压VIN生成供应给数据驱动器120和/或控制器150的模拟驱动电压、供应给显示面板110的公共电压、供应给栅极驱动器130的栅极驱动电压(例如,高栅极电压及低栅极电压)等。并且,在一实施例中,电源电压生成电路140可以利用布置于布置有控制器150的控制板上的电源管理集成电路(PMIC:Power Management Integrated Circuit)来实现。
控制器(例如,时序控制器(T-CON:Timing Controller))150可以从外部的主机处理器(例如,图形处理单元(GPU:Graphic Processing Unit)或图形卡)接收输入图像数据IDAT及控制信号CTRL。在一实施例中,输入图像数据IDAT可以是包括红色图像数据、绿色图像数据及蓝色图像数据的RGB数据。并且,在一实施例中,控制信号CTRL可以包括垂直同步信号、水平同步信号、输入数据使能信号、主时钟信号等,但不限于此。控制器150可以基于输入图像数据IDAT及控制信号CTRL生成栅极控制信号GCTRL、数据控制信号DCTRL及输出图像数据ODAT。控制器150可以向数据驱动器120提供数据控制信号DCTRL及输出图像数据ODAT而控制数据驱动器120的操作,并且向栅极驱动器130提供栅极控制信号GCTRL而控制栅极驱动器130的操作。
根据本发明的实施例的控制器150可以支持可变帧模式,可变帧模式为所述主机处理器在每个帧区间中变更空白区间而以可变帧率向显示装置100提供输入图像数据IDAT,控制器150将输出图像数据ODAT与所述可变帧率同步而提供给数据驱动器120,从而支持图像以所述可变帧率被显示(或刷新)。另外,这样的可变帧模式可以被称为Free-Sync模式、G-Sync模式等。
例如,如图4所示,所述主机处理器(例如,GPU或图形卡)的渲染210、220、230的周期或频率(尤其,当对游戏图像数据进行渲染时)可能不是恒定的,所述主机处理器可以在所述可变帧模式中将输入图像数据IDAT(即,帧数据FD1、FD2、FD3)与这样的渲染210、220、230的不恒定的周期或频率同步而提供给显示装置100。即,在所述可变帧模式中,各个帧FP1、FP2、FP3包括具有恒定的时间的恒定有效区间AP1、AP2、AP3,但是所述主机处理器可以改变各个帧FP1、FP2、FP3的可变空白区间BP1、BP2、BP3的时间而以可变帧率向显示装置100提供帧数据FD1、FD2、FD3。
在图4的示例中,在第一帧FP1中,第二帧数据FD2以约240Hz的频率被渲染210的情况下,所述主机处理器可以以约240Hz的帧率向显示装置100提供第一帧数据FD1。并且,所述主机处理器可以在第二帧FP2的有效区间AP2期间输出第二帧数据FD2,并持续第二帧FP2的可变空白区间BP2,直到针对第三帧数据FD3的渲染220结束为止。因此,在第二帧FP2中,第三帧数据FD3以约48Hz的频率被渲染220的情况下,所述主机处理器可以增加第二帧FP2的可变空白区间BP2的时间而以约48Hz的帧率向显示装置100提供第二帧数据FD2。在第三帧FP3中,在第四帧数据FD4再次以约240Hz的频率被渲染230的情况下,所述主机处理器可以再次以约240Hz的帧率向显示装置100提供第三帧数据FD3。
如上所述,在所述可变帧模式中,各个帧FP1、FP2、FP3可以包括与可变帧率无关地具有恒定的时间的恒定有效区间AP1、AP2、AP3以及具有与所述可变帧率对应的可变时间的可变空白区间BP1、BP2、BP3。例如,在所述可变帧模式中,随着所述帧率减小,可变空白区间BP1、BP2、BP3的时间可以增加。在所述可变帧模式中,控制器150可以以所述可变帧率将以所述可变帧率接收的输入图像数据IDAT作为输出图像数据ODAT而输出到数据驱动器120。据此,支持所述可变帧模式的显示装置100可以将图像与所述可变帧率同步地进行显示,从而防止由于帧率不匹配而发生的撕裂(Tearing)现象。
参照图1至图3,所述像素PX可以包括:第一薄膜晶体管T1,响应于第一节点N1的信号而将第一电源电压ELVDD施加到第二节点N2;第二薄膜晶体管T2,响应于第一信号S1而将所述数据电压VDATA输出到所述第一节点N1;第三薄膜晶体管T3,响应于第二信号S2而将所述第二节点N2的信号输出到感测节点;存储电容器CS,包括连接到所述第一节点N1的第一端及连接到所述第二节点N2的第二端;以及发光元件EE,包括连接到所述第二节点N2的第一电极及被施加第二电源电压ELVSS的第二电极。
在此,所述第二电源电压ELVSS可以小于所述第一电源电压ELVDD。例如,所述发光元件EE可以是有机发光二极管。
另外,在感测初始化步骤中,所述第二信号S2可以被激活,使得所述感测初始化电压VINIT被施加到所述第二节点N2。
如图3所示,在感测模式中,所述第一信号S1可以被激活,从而数据电压VDATA通过所述第二薄膜晶体管T2施加到所述第一节点N1。此时,所述数据电压VDATA可以是用于感测所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的阈值电压的感测数据电压。
所述第一薄膜晶体管T1可以通过在所述感测模式中施加到所述第一节点N1的所述感测数据电压以及在所述感测初始化步骤中施加到所述第二节点N2的所述感测初始化电压VINIT而导通。
并且,由于在所述感测模式中所述第二信号S2也被激活,因此所述第三薄膜晶体管T3可以导通,并且所述第二节点N2的信号通过所述第三薄膜晶体管T3输出到感测节点。
在所述感测节点可以布置有模数转换器,并且所述第二节点N2的信号可以被所述模数转换器转换为数字感测信号,从而所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的阈值电压被感测。
另外,可以利用VA表示所述发光元件EE的阳极电极的电压。在所述发光元件EE的初始化之前,由于先前帧的数据电压VDATA,所述发光元件EE的所述阳极电极的电压VA可以具有ELVSS+VEL的电平。在此,VEL表示所述发光元件EE的阈值电压。在所述发光元件EE可以存在并联连接的电容器。在所述感测初始化步骤中,所述发光元件EE的所述阳极电极的电压VA可以具有所述感测初始化电压VINIT。在所述发光元件EE的发光步骤中,所述发光元件EE的所述阳极电极的电压VA缓慢增加。
另外,由于在所述可变帧模式中所述空白区间是可变的,因此所述空白区间的时间长度可以相比于以恒定的帧率显示图像的一般模式中的空白区间的时间长度增加,并且在所述增加的空白区间中,漏电流等可能导致亮度下降且图像质量劣化。为了防止在这样的可变空白区间中因漏电流等导致的画质降低,当以可变帧模式操作时,根据本发明的实施例的控制器150可以基于帧率的值来控制施加到多个像素PX的感测初始化电压VINIT的大小。
例如,相比于显示中灰度或高灰度的图像的情况,在显示面板110显示低灰度的图像的情况下,对发光元件EE的并联电容器进行充电的时间可能相对变长。尤其,在帧率增加的情况下,由于显示面板110通过较低的电流驱动,因此发光元件EE的并联电容器可能无法被完全充电,并且图像的画质可能劣化。在所述帧率增加而所述发光元件EE的并联电容器充电时间相对变长的情况下,控制器150可以控制电源电压生成电路140增加感测初始化电压VINIT。在一实施例中,控制器150可以向电源电压生成电路140提供表示期望的电压电平的电压控制信号VCS,从而控制电源电压生成电路140将感测初始化电压VINIT增加到所述期望的电压电平。据此,可以通过感测初始化电压VINIT的增加来补偿因所述帧率增加而导致的亮度降低。
另外,控制器150可以相应于感测初始化电压VINIT的增加而变更基准电压RV及第一电源电压ELVDD。例如,在图像以较高的帧率显示在显示面板110的情况下,随着感测初始化电压VINIT增加,施加到多个像素PX中的每一个的数据电压VDATA可以增加。作为另一示例,在图像以较高的帧率显示在显示面板110的情况下,随着感测初始化电压VINIT增加,施加到多个像素PX中的每一个的第一电源电压ELVDD可以增加。
以下,参照图1至图6对根据本发明的实施例的显示装置100的操作进行说明。
图5是示出在感测初始化电压VINIT被控制的情况下像素PX的输入信号及输出信号的时序图,图6是示出根据本发明的一实施例的显示装置的驱动方法的流程图。
参照图5及图6,根据本发明的实施例的显示装置100判断是否以所述可变帧模式操作(步骤S310),当以所述可变帧模式操作时基于帧率的值来控制施加到像素的感测初始化电压的大小(步骤S320、S330),并基于感测初始化电压来显示图像(步骤S340)。
在一实施例中,显示装置100可以判断是否以所述可变帧模式操作(步骤S310)。此时,当显示装置100以所述可变帧模式操作时,显示装置100可以基于帧率值来控制施加到像素的感测初始化电压的大小(步骤S320、S330)。
观察图5的阳极电极的电压VA,所述控制器150可以在不以可变帧模式操作时(NORMAL)不控制感测初始化电压VINIT。与此不同,当以所述可变帧模式操作时(ADAPTIVESYNC),所述控制器150可以在所述显示面板110以第一帧率被驱动的区间中将所述感测初始化电压VINIT控制为第一电压电平(步骤S320)。并且,当以可变帧模式操作时(ADAPTIVESYNC),控制器150可以在所述显示面板110以高于所述第一帧率的第二帧率被驱动的区间中将所述感测初始化电压VINIT控制为高于所述第一电压电平的第二电压电平(步骤S330)。例如,控制器150可以向电源电压生成电路140提供指示期望的电压电平的电压控制信号VCS来控制电源电压生成电路140将感测初始化电压VINIT增加到所述期望的电压电平。
具体而言,电源电压生成电路140可以生成感测初始化电压VINIT,并将其传递到显示面板110。此时,控制器150可以在所述显示面板110以所述第一帧率被驱动的区间中向所述电源电压生成电路140提供第一电压控制信号来控制所述电源电压生成电路140将所述感测初始化电压VINIT生成为所述第一电压电平(例如,2V)。并且,控制器150可以在显示面板110以所述第二帧率被驱动的区间向所述电源电压生成电路140提供第二电压控制信号来控制所述电源电压生成电路140将所述感测初始化电压VINIT生成为第二电压电平。此时,第二电压电平可以高于第一电压电平(例如,2V)。显示面板110可以基于根据各个帧率的感测初始化电压VINIT来驱动像素,从而显示图像(操作S340)。
如此,当以可变帧模式操作时,在显示面板110以第二帧率被驱动的区间中施加到像素的感测初始化电压VINIT增加的情况下,并联连接到发光元件EE的电容器可以被快速充电,结果,可以防止因阳极电极的电压VA的充电不足而导致的亮度降低,并且可以改善图像质量。
图7是示出根据本发明的另一实施例的显示装置的驱动方法的流程图。
参照图7,根据本发明的实施例的显示装置100可以在每个帧判断是否以所述可变帧模式操作(步骤S410、S420),当以所述可变帧模式操作时基于帧率的值控制施加到像素的感测初始化电压的大小(步骤S430、S440),将数据电压及第一电源电压控制为相比于在显示面板110以第一帧率被驱动的区间在显示面板110以第二帧率被驱动的区间中具有更大的大小(步骤S450),基于感测初始化电压来显示图像(步骤S460)。
在一实施例中,显示装置100可以在每个帧判断是否以所述可变帧模式操作(步骤S410、S420)。具体而言,显示装置100可以从外部的装置接收输入数据。控制器150可以基于输入数据在每个帧判断是否以可变帧模式操作。例如,控制器150可以包括在有效区间期间对输入时钟信号进行计数而生成有效计数信号的有效时间计数器以及在空白区间期间对输入时钟信号进行计数而生成空白计数信号的空白时间计数器。此时,控制器150可以基于有效计数信号及空白计数信号来判断是否以可变帧模式操作。作为另一示例,控制器150可以通过集成电路之间(I2C:Inter-Integrated Circuit)的接口接收所述可变帧模式的开始信号而判断是否以所述可变帧模式操作。控制器150如上所述地判断可变帧模式,从而控制器150可以在每个帧确定是否控制施加到像素的感测初始化电压的大小。
在一实施例中,当显示装置100以所述可变帧模式操作时,显示装置100(例如,控制器150)可以基于帧率值来控制施加到像素的感测初始化电压的大小(步骤S430、S440)。
当不以可变帧模式操作时(一般(NORMAL)),所述控制器150可以不控制感测初始化电压VINIT。与此不同,当以所述可变帧模式操作时(自适应同步(ADAPTIVE SYNC)),所述控制器150可以在所述显示面板110以第一帧率被驱动的区间将所述感测初始化电压VINIT控制为第一电压电平(步骤S430)。并且,当以可变帧模式操作时(自适应同步(ADAPTIVESYNC)),控制器150可以在所述显示面板110以高于所述第一帧率的第二帧率被驱动的区间中将所述感测初始化电压VINIT控制为高于所述第一电压电平的第二电压电平(步骤S440)。例如,控制器150可以向电源电压生成电路140提供指示期望的电压电平的电压控制信号VCS来控制电源电压生成电路140将感测初始化电压VINIT增加到所述期望的电压电平。
具体而言,电源电压生成电路140可以生成感测初始化电压VINIT,并将其传递到显示面板110。此时,在所述显示面板110以所述第一帧率被驱动的区间中,控制器150可以向所述电源电压生成电路140提供第一电压控制信号来控制所述电源电压生成电路140将所述感测初始化电压VINIT生成为所述第一电压电平(例如,2V)。并且,在显示面板110以所述第二帧率被驱动的区间中,控制器150可以向所述电源电压生成电路140提供第二电压控制信号来控制所述电源电压生成电路140将所述感测初始化电压VINIT生成为第二电压电平。此时,第二电压电平可以高于第一电压电平(例如,2V)。
在一实施例中,显示装置100可以将数据电压及第一电源电压控制为相比于显示面板110以第一帧率被驱动的区间在显示面板110以第二帧率被驱动的区间中具有更大的大小(步骤S450)。在图像以较高的帧率显示在显示面板110的情况下,随着感测初始化电压VINIT增加,施加到多个像素PX中的每一个的数据电压VDATA可以增加。并且,在图像以较高的帧率显示在显示面板110的情况下,随着感测初始化电压VINIT增加,施加到多个像素PX中的每一个的第一电源电压ELVDD可以增加。
所述电源电压生成电路140可以从所述控制器150接收第一电压控制信号而生成第一基准电压,从所述控制器150接收第二电压控制信号而生成高于所述第一基准电压的第二基准电压。电源电压生成电路140可以将第一基准电压及第二基准电压传递到数据驱动器120。此时,所述数据驱动器120可以基于所述第一基准电压及所述第二基准电压来控制施加到所述像素的数据电压的大小。例如,在显示面板110以第一帧率被驱动的情况下,数据驱动器120可以从电源电压生成电路140接收第一基准电压。在显示面板110以第二帧率被驱动的情况下,数据驱动器120可以从电源电压生成电路140接收第二基准电压。此时,相比于显示面板110以所述第一帧率被驱动的区间,数据驱动器120生成的所述数据电压可以在所述显示面板110以所述第二帧率被驱动的区间中具有更大的大小。即,在显示面板110以第二帧率被驱动,使得施加到像素的感测初始化电压VINIT增加的情况下,施加到像素的数据电压VDATA可以相应地增加。
所述电源电压生成电路140可以生成施加到所述像素的第一电源电压ELVDD。此时,电源电压生成电路140可以从所述控制器150接收第一电压控制信号及第二电压控制信号,并且基于其控制施加到像素的第一电源电压ELVDD的大小。例如,电源电压生成电路140可以在显示面板110以第一帧率被驱动的情况下从控制器150接收第一电压控制信号。电源电压生成电路140可以在显示面板110以第二帧率被驱动的情况下从控制器150接收第二电压控制信号。此时,相比于在显示面板110以所述第一帧率被驱动的区间,电源电压生成电路140生成的所述第一电源电压ELVDD可以在所述显示面板110以所述第二帧率被驱动的区间中具有更大的大小。即,在显示面板110以第二帧率被驱动使得施加到像素的感测初始化电压VINIT增加的情况下,施加到像素的第一电源电压ELVDD可以相应地增加。显示面板110可以基于根据各个帧率的感测初始化电压VINIT、数据电压VDATA及第一电源电压ELVDD驱动像素来显示图像(步骤S460)。
如此,当以可变帧模式操作时,在显示面板110以第二帧率被驱动的区间中施加到像素的感测初始化电压VINIT、数据电压VDATA及第一电源电压ELVDD增加的情况下,并联连接到发光元件EE的电容器可以被快速充电。因此,显示装置100可以防止因阳极电极的电压VA的充电不足而导致的亮度降低,并且可以改善图像质量。结果,在根据本发明的实施例的显示装置100中,可以防止在可变帧模式中因帧率变更导致的亮度降低。
图8是示出根据本发明的实施例的包括显示装置的电子设备的框图。
参照图8,电子设备1100可以包括处理器1110、存储器装置1120、存储装置1130、输入/输出装置1140、电源1150及显示装置1160。电子设备1100还可以包括能够与视频卡、声卡、存储卡、USB装置等进行通信或者与其他***进行通信的多个端口(port)。

存储装置1130可以包括固态驱动器(SSD:Solid State Drive)、硬盘驱动器(HDD:Hard Disk Drive)、紧凑盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)等。输入/输出装置1140可以包括诸如键盘、小键盘、触摸板、触摸屏、鼠标等输入结构以及诸如扬声器、打印机等输出结构。电源1150可以供应电子设备1100的操作所需的电源。显示装置1160可以通过所述总线或其他通信链路连接于其他构成要素。
显示装置1160可以在每个帧判断是否以所述可变帧模式操作,当以所述可变帧模式操作时,基于帧率的值来控制施加到像素的感测初始化电压的大小,将数据电压及第一电源电压控制为相比于在显示面板以第一帧率被驱动的区间在显示面板以第二帧率被驱动的区间中具有更大的大小,并基于感测初始化电压来显示图像。据此,显示装置1160可以防止因阳极电极的电压的充电不足而导致的亮度降低,并且可以改善图像质量。结果,在根据本发明的实施例的显示装置1160中,可以防止在可变帧模式中因帧率变更而导致的亮度降低。
根据实施例,电子设备1100可以是诸如数字电视(Digital Television)、3D电视、个人计算机(PC:Personal Computer)、家用电子设备、笔记本计算机(Laptop Computer)、平板计算机(Tablet Computer)、移动电话(Mobile Phone)、智能电话(Smart Phone)、个人数字助理(PDA:personal digital assistant)、便携式多媒体播放器(PMP:portablemultimedia player)、数码相机(DigitalCamera)、音乐播放器(Music Player)、便携式游戏主机(portable game console)、导航仪(Navigation)等包括显示装置1160的任意的电子设备。
产业上的可利用性
本发明可以应用于支持可变帧模式的任意的显示装置及包括该显示装置的电子设备。例如,本发明可以应用于包括显示装置的诸如电视(TV:Television)、数字电视、3D电视、移动电话(Mobile Phone)、智能电话(Smart Phone)、平板计算机(Tablet Computer)、笔记本计算机(Laptop Computer)、个人计算机(PC:Personal Computer)、家用电子设备、个人数字助理(PDA:personal digital assistant)、便携式多媒体播放器(PMP:portablemultimedia player)、数码相机(Digital Camera)、音乐播放器(Music Player)、便携式游戏主机(portable game console)、导航仪(Navigation)等任意的电子设备。
以上,虽然参照本发明的实施例进行了说明,但只要是本技术领域的熟练的技术人员,则应当能够理解在不脱离记载于权利要求书的本发明的思想及构思的范围内可以对本发明进行多种修改以及变更。
Claims (10)
1.一种支持可变帧模式的显示装置,其特征在于,包括:
显示面板,包括多个像素;
数据驱动器,向所述多个像素提供数据电压;
栅极驱动器,向所述多个像素提供栅极信号;以及
控制器,控制所述数据驱动器及所述栅极驱动器,
其中,当以所述可变帧模式操作时,所述控制器基于帧率的值来控制施加到所述像素的感测初始化电压的大小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
当以所述可变帧模式操作时,所述控制器在所述显示面板以第一帧率被驱动的区间中将所述感测初始化电压控制为第一电压电平,在所述显示面板以高于所述第一帧率的第二帧率被驱动的区间中将所述感测初始化电压控制为高于所述第一电压电平的第二电压电平。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,还包括:
电源电压生成电路,生成所述感测初始化电压,
其中,在所述显示面板以所述第一帧率被驱动的区间中,所述控制器向所述电源电压生成电路提供第一电压控制信号来控制所述电源电压生成电路将所述感测初始化电压生成为所述第一电压电平,
在所述显示面板以所述第二帧率被驱动的区间中,所述控制器向所述电源电压生成电路提供第二电压控制信号来控制所述电源电压生成电路将所述感测初始化电压生成为所述第二电压电平。
4.根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
所述电源电压生成电路根据所述第一电压控制信号生成第一基准电压,根据所述第二电压控制信号生成高于所述第一基准电压的第二基准电压,
所述数据驱动器基于所述第一基准电压及所述第二基准电压来控制施加到所述像素的数据电压的大小。
5.根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
相比于所述显示面板以所述第一帧率被驱动的区间,所述数据电压在所述显示面板以所述第二帧率被驱动的区间中具有更大的大小。
6.根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
所述电源电压生成电路生成施加到所述像素的第一电源电压,并且基于所述第一电压控制信号及所述第二电压控制信号来控制施加到所述像素的所述第一电源电压的大小。
7.根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
相比于所述显示面板以所述第一帧率被驱动的区间,所述第一电源电压在所述显示面板以所述第二帧率被驱动的区间中具有更大的大小。
8.根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
所述控制器在每个帧判断是否以所述可变帧模式操作。
9.根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
所述控制器包括:
有效时间计数器,在有效区间期间对输入时钟信号进行计数而生成有效计数信号;以及
空白时间计数器,在空白区间期间对所述输入时钟信号进行计数而生成空白计数信号,
其中,所述控制器基于所述有效计数信号及所述空白计数信号来判断是否以所述可变帧模式操作。
10.根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
所述控制器通过集成电路之间的接口接收所述可变帧模式的开始信号而判断是否以所述可变帧模式操作。
