When the device for monitoring the feed intake of the dairy cows in real time works, the solar cell panel provides electric energy, the pressure sensor and the sound sensor respectively extract pressure information and laryngeal sound information of the esophagus of the dairy cows and transmit the information to the signal processor, the signal processor can comprehensively process the pressure information and the sound frequency information, the frequency of pressure generated by the esophagus of the dairy cows due to feeding is determined, the feed intake of the dairy cows is obtained according to a formula, the information is finally input into the single chip microcomputer to be stored, meanwhile, the information in the single chip microcomputer is synchronized in a designed program and is searched by taking the two-dimensional code as a window, and the data of the feed intake of each dairy cow is obtained finally.
