The embodiment of the invention provides a brake pad wear reminding method, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the brake pad wear reminding method.
In this embodiment, the brake pad wear reminding method includes the following steps:
step S10: and acquiring the target brake pad parameters and the target braking speed.
It should be noted that, the execution main body of the embodiment is an intelligent controller of the vehicle, the intelligent controller obtains the brake pad parameters and the brake speed obtained by various sensors on the vehicle, calculates based on the brake pad parameters and the brake speed to obtain the corresponding brake pad wear amount, combines the historical wear amount of the brake pad to obtain the total current wear amount of the brake pad so far, and finally sends the total current wear amount to a display page, namely a central control screen and an instrument for display.
It is understood that the target brake pad parameters refer to brake related parameters when the vehicle is braked, and the target brake pad parameters include a target brake disc temperature, a target brake line pressure, and a target axle weight.
It is understood that the target braking speed refers to an initial speed at which the vehicle starts braking and a final speed at which braking ends.
In a specific implementation, in order to accurately determine whether the brake pad parameter and the brake speed need to be acquired at present, before acquiring the target brake pad parameter and the target brake speed, the method further includes: acquiring a current master cylinder pressure signal and a current brake lamp signal corresponding to a target brake pad; judging whether the target vehicle is currently in a braking state or not based on the current master cylinder pressure signal and the current brake lamp signal; and if the target vehicle is in a braking state currently, executing the step of acquiring the target brake pad parameters and the target braking speed.
The current master cylinder pressure signal and the current brake lamp signal are signals for judging whether the current vehicle starts braking, and when the current brake signal lamp is on and the current master cylinder pressure signal accords with the master cylinder pressure signal during braking, the current braking state of the target vehicle is indicated, and the step of acquiring the target brake pad parameter and the target brake speed is executed at the moment.
Step S20: and calculating through a preset brake pad abrasion model based on the target brake pad parameters and the target brake speed to obtain a corresponding target brake pad abrasion loss.
It should be noted that, the preset brake pad wear model is a model which is trained in advance and can calculate the corresponding target brake pad wear amount through the target brake pad parameters and the target brake speed.
It will be appreciated that the single wear function in the brake pad wear model is presetWherein N is the target axle weight; v 0 Is the initial braking speed; v i Is the brake end speed; epsilon is the single brake pad wear; t is the brake disc temperature; p is brake line pressure; k is the wear scaling factor; a. b is a temperature dependent wear parameter; m, n are wear parameters related to pressure; the total brake pad wear is the sum of the single brake pad wear.
In a specific implementation, in order to obtain more accurate target brake pad parameters so as to calculate the brake pad wear, further, the target brake pad parameters include at least one of a target brake disc temperature, a target brake line pressure and a target axle weight; the calculating based on the target brake pad parameters and the target brake speed through a preset brake pad abrasion model to obtain a corresponding target brake pad abrasion loss comprises the following steps: and when the target brake pad parameters comprise the target brake disc temperature, the target brake pipeline pressure and the target axle weight, calculating through a preset brake pad abrasion model based on the target brake disc temperature, the target brake pipeline pressure, the target axle weight and the target brake speed to obtain the corresponding target brake pad abrasion amount.

The current brake pad wear refers to the total wear of the brake pad after the target vehicle completes the current braking.
It can be understood that after the current brake pad wear amount is obtained, the obtained target brake pad wear amount is sent to a display page, namely a central control screen or an instrument for display.
In a specific implementation, in order to make the display of the brake pad wear clearer and more visible, further, the determining the current brake pad wear according to the target brake pad wear and the historical brake pad wear, and sending the current brake pad wear to a display page for warning and reminding includes: determining the current brake pad abrasion loss according to the target brake pad abrasion loss and the historical brake pad abrasion loss; acquiring a preset brake pad wear limit value; determining a current brake pad wear ratio according to the preset brake pad wear limit value and the current brake pad wear amount; and warning and reminding the target brake pad abrasion ratio and the current brake pad abrasion quantity on a display page in a preset display mode.
It should be noted that, the preset brake pad wear limit value refers to a value of a maximum wear amount that a user or an administrator preset a brake pad can bear, and after the current brake pad wear amount and the preset brake pad wear limit value are obtained, the current brake pad wear ratio can be obtained according to the ratio of the current brake pad wear amount and the preset brake pad wear limit value.
It can be understood that the preset display mode refers to a circular comparison display mode, the current brake pad abrasion ratio is displayed in a display page, namely a vehicle central control screen or a meter by using a circular percentage disc, and the current brake pad abrasion amount value is displayed in the display page, namely the vehicle central control screen or the meter.
In a specific implementation, in order to better initiate a warning to a vehicle user or an administrator, so as to remind them to replace a brake pad in time, thereby reducing the occurrence of dangerous accidents, further, the method includes determining the current brake pad wear according to the target brake pad wear and the historical brake pad wear, and sending the current brake pad wear to a display page for warning, and then further includes: judging whether the current brake pad abrasion loss exceeds a preset brake pad abrasion loss threshold value or not; if the current brake pad abrasion loss exceeds the preset brake pad abrasion loss threshold, sending alarm information to a mobile terminal where a user is located; judging whether the user receives alarm information in a preset interval time; and if the user does not receive the alarm information within the preset time interval, sending the alarm information to the display page and the mobile terminal where the user is located again after the preset time interval.
The preset brake pad abrasion loss threshold value refers to an alarm threshold value set by an administrator or a user, after the current brake pad abrasion loss exceeds the preset brake pad abrasion loss threshold value, the current brake pad abrasion loss and the current brake pad abrasion ratio are displayed on a display page in daily life, and replacement warning information is popped up on the display page, and the user or the mobile terminal where the administrator is located is sent to alarm and replace the brake pad information to further remind the user of replacing the brake pad.
It can be understood that the preset time interval refers to a time interval preset by a user or an administrator, the alarm information includes a confirmation receiving instruction, when the user or the administrator clicks down, the current user can be confirmed to receive the alarm information, and if the user or the administrator does not receive the alarm information after the preset time interval, that is, does not click down the confirmation receiving instruction in the alarm information, the alarm information is sent to the display page and the mobile terminal where the user is located again.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining a target brake pad parameter and a target brake speed; calculating through a preset brake pad abrasion model based on the target brake pad parameters and the target brake speed to obtain a corresponding target brake pad abrasion loss; acquiring the wear amount of a historical brake pad; and determining the current brake pad abrasion loss according to the target brake pad abrasion loss and the historical brake pad abrasion loss, and sending the current brake pad abrasion loss to a display page for warning and reminding. Through the mode, the brake pad parameters and the brake speed are obtained in real time, the accurate brake pad abrasion loss is obtained through calculation of the brake pad parameters and the brake speed, the judgment standard is unified, and the user can be timely reminded of replacing the brake pad by sending the brake pad abrasion loss to the display page for warning.
