本发明提供一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料及其制备方法,所述涂料按重量份包括:功能性单体35.6‑38.5份、引发剂1.3‑1.8份、偶联剂4.8‑6.8份、成膜基料35.3‑50.7份、助剂9.6‑13.2份、复合填料11.7‑16.6份、消泡剂2.2‑3.9份、抗菌剂1.9‑2.6份去离子水余量。本发明通过功能性单体改性的纳米级填料提升涂膜硬度和耐磨性能,赋予涂膜优异的疏水防粘抗菌性能,同时大幅提高填料与成膜溶剂之间的相容性,降低涂膜缺陷。最终制备的涂料吸附能力强、成膜性能好、高硬、耐磨、防粘、无毒无挥发物适合食品机械涂料用。

涂料不仅具有保护着被涂覆物体的价值,同时由于其丰富的色彩也起到了很好的装饰作用。如今,随着人们的环保意识不断提高,水性涂料的发展得到了大力倡导。涂料中的固体成分如颜料和填料占据着重要的组成部分,它们在水性体系中的分散稳定程度决定了涂料的优劣性能,同时填料的分散稳定性以及其与有机溶剂之间的相容性都存在一定的缺陷,所以导致高硬度涂膜都存在耐候性差易老化的问题。食品用机械用品最关心的是清洁安全,涂料膜在受到微生物的侵袭后,成膜物质易被溶解,基材受到腐蚀失去对基体的保护能力,直致变色、起泡、粉化、脱落,使被保护材料失去保护层,特别是在潮湿环境场所,以及环境中富含营养物的场所,微生物对涂料的破坏作用表现就更加突出,因此,涂料在生产时都必须加入合适的抗菌、防霉剂,制成可抵御微生物侵害的抗菌防霉涂料,保证涂料产品在生产期、贮存期和使用后不受微生物侵害,长期保持涂饰效果。同时具有自清洁疏水疏油性能的涂料更适合食品加工机械用,为食品的长期安全生产提供保障。
专利CN111040611A公开了一种适用于工程机械的防锈涂料及其制备方法,涉及涂料技术领域,该涂料原料包括以下重量份的组分:异氰酸酯预聚体42-56份、消泡剂0.6-0.9份、防锈颜料10-16份、填料8-12份、转锈剂6-10份、抗闪锈剂0.7-1.3份,水30-50份,该涂料的制备方法为:1)将异氰酸酯预聚体与消泡剂、水在80℃真空条件下反应3-4h,得混合物;2)向步骤1)得到的混合物中加入防锈颜料、填料、转锈剂、抗闪锈剂,搅拌2-3h至混合均匀,缓慢冷却至室温,得到防锈涂料。本发明制备的涂料固化后的漆膜具有良好的附着力,耐水性,耐盐水性以及耐盐雾性。
专利CN108864786A公开了一种涂覆在农业机械表面的防腐耐高温涂料,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:改性丙烯酸树脂42-51份、苯基乙基丙烯酸酯5-9份、有机树脂乳液15-23份、磷酸二氢铝4-8份、磷酸盐5-8份、氧化锌1-4份、云母氧化铁1-5份、有机膨润土5-10份、滑石粉2-6份、碳纤维6-10份、镁粉2-5份、复合磷酸锌1-4份、钛白粉2-5份、去离子水5-13份。本发明配方合理,涂覆在农机外表上不仅具有优异的耐高温性和隔热性,还具有良好的附着力、优异的防腐性能,可广泛用于农业机械领域。
专利CN108300124A公开了一种机械产品用水性防腐涂料及其制备工艺,其特征在于,按其原材料的质量分数比配制而成:去离子水30-40份、RS610润湿分散剂0.3-0.6份、DF681F消泡剂0.2-0.5份、AN130 PH调节剂1.5-2份、A401碱溶胀增稠剂0.2-0.4份、FA-179防闪锈剂0.1-0.4份、催干剂1.5-2.5份、铁钛粉8-10份、氧化铁红粉10-12份、沉淀硫酸钡20-25份、水性环氧酯树脂20-25份。以水作为分散介质,节省了大量的资源,消除了施工时的火灾危险性,降低了对大气的污染,改善了作业环境条件;其涂层附着力强,对材质表面适应性也比较好。
区别以上专利,本发明所提供的是一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料及其制备方法。针对机械用涂料的主要作用就是保护机械在不同环境下长期使用而不被破坏,食品应用方面就需要考虑安全问题,综合考虑本发明提供一种高硬耐磨防粘自清洁的食品用机械涂料,通过清洁安全的成膜交联成分提供优异的成膜性能,添加适当的聚硅氮烷进一步加强涂膜的连接强度和吸附性能,保证涂膜在温度变化以及长期潮湿等情况下不会发粘脱离,填料碳化钨,氧化锆,氧化钇大大提高涂膜的硬度、耐磨性以及涂膜整体的稳定性,复合抗菌剂提高涂膜自清洁能力的同时提高填料的分散稳定性,制备的涂料不仅吸附成膜性好,硬度高、疏水抗吸附抗粘性能也非常好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料及其制备方法。
本发明的发明构思如下:本发明制备的是一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料。本发明在涂料基本应用性能的基础上针对食品机械的安全性需求,选用有机硅树脂与环氧树脂作为主要成膜基料,通过自制流平分散稳定剂和高交联性的聚硅氮烷之间通过硅羟基交联,再与阳离子抗菌剂和无机填料吸附分散后与有机料混合,从而能够大大提高整体相容性和无机填料的分散性,赋予涂料优异的稳定和流平、抗菌、粘结、疏水性能。无机填料氧化钇和碳化钨烧结能显著提供硬度,氧化锆有低膨胀系数,能够提高涂膜对环境的应变,降低开裂风险,硅烷类能够发挥很好的疏水作用,最终制备的涂料成膜后不仅硬度高耐磨,同时疏水抗粘抗菌等性能优异,非常适合食品类安全性要求高的机械涂料用。
为解决以上问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
所述的一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料及其制备方法主要由以下几种组分制备而成,各组分包括:
功能性单体35.6-38.5份
引发剂1.3-1.8份
偶联剂4.8-6.8份
成膜基料35.3-50.7份
助剂9.6-13.2份
无机填料11.7-16.6份
消泡剂2.2-3.9份
抗菌剂1.9-2.6份
其余量为去离子水
作为优选,所述功能性单体为2-乙氧基-3-丁烯-1-醇、苯乙烯化苯酚、丙二醇单烯丙基醚、油胺聚氧乙烯(2)醚中的一种或几种组成,最优选为质量比为3:1:2的2-乙氧基-3-丁烯-1-醇、丙二醇单烯丙基醚与油胺聚氧乙烯(2)醚的组合物。
作为优选,所述的成膜基料为有机硅树脂与环氧树脂中的一种或两种组成,最优选为质量比为3:2的有机硅树脂与环氧树脂组合物。
作为优选,所述的无机填料为碳化钨、氧化锆、氧化钇、银沸石、载银磷酸锆中的一种或几种组成,最优选为质量比为3:2:2:1的碳化钨、氧化锆、氧化钇与载银磷酸锆的组合物。
作为优选,所述的助剂为聚硅氮烷。
作为优选,所述的引发剂为过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯中的一种或两种组成,最优选为过氧化二碳酸二环己酯。
作为优选,所述的抗菌剂为甲基吡啶、N-碘炔丙基氧羰基氨基酸和辛酸亚锡中的一种或几种组成,最优选为质量比为3:1的甲基吡啶与N-碘炔丙基氧羰基氨基酸的组合物。
作为优选,所述的偶联剂为均苯二酐二甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)均苯二酐酯中的一种或两种组成,最优选为二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)均苯二酐酯。
作为优选,所述的消泡剂为乳化硅油。
所述的一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,制备过程依次包括如下操作步骤:
步骤一:自制流平分散稳定剂,将1.3-1.8份引发剂与20份水配置成引发剂水溶液,在三口烧瓶内加入40份水,一次性投入35.6-38.5份功能性单体,搅拌升温至65℃,恒温滴加引发剂水溶液,滴加时间为1h。引发剂滴加完毕后一次性投入4.8-6.8份偶联剂恒温搅拌反应30min后自然冷却。
步骤二:将11.7-16.6份无机填料、5-8份步骤一制备的流平分散稳定剂与1.9-2.6份抗菌剂、9.6-13.2份助剂均匀混合持续搅拌30min。
步骤三:在涂料调控釜内加入15-30份水,一次性投入35.3-50.7份有机硅树脂或环氧树脂、2.2-3.9份消泡剂,步骤二制备的填料混合物持续搅拌分散30min,即制得所述耐磨防粘涂料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
1.本发明制备的涂料以有机硅树脂为主要溶剂,聚硅氮烷为成膜助剂和粘结剂,乳化硅油为消泡剂,最终制备的涂料体系匀质性、相容性和贮存稳定性非常好,最终涂膜的粘结强度高,疏水抗粘性能优异。
2.本发明在提高聚合物与无机涂料之间相容性与储存稳定性上,通过自制流平分散稳定剂和高交联性的聚硅氮烷之间通过硅羟基交联,再与阳离子抗菌剂和无机填料吸附分散后再与有机料混合,从而能够大大提高整体相容性和无机填料的分散性,赋予涂料优异的稳定和流平、抗菌、粘结、疏水性能。
3.本发明选取的无机填料氧化钇和碳化钨烧结能显著提供硬度,氧化锆有低膨胀系数,能够提高涂膜对环境的应变,降低开裂风险,更好的发挥了无机填料的功能性作用,更是对食品机械用涂料安全性能的关注。
具体实施方式
下面,将结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案和有益效果做进一步的详细说明,但应理解,以下实施例不应在任何程度上被理解为对本申请权利要求书所请求保护范围的限制。
实施例1
一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料及其制备方法,由下述各组分聚合而成,原料总质量为100份,各组分包括:
自制流平分散稳定剂6.5份;
有机硅树脂40.3份;
聚硅氮烷12.6份;
均苯二酐二甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯5.3份;
质量比为2:1:1:1的碳化钨、氧化锆、氧化钇与载银磷酸锆的组合物13.6份;
乳化硅油2.6份;
甲基吡啶1.9份;
其余量为水,总质量为100份。
所述的一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,制备过程依次包括如下操作步骤:
步骤一:自制流平分散稳定剂,将1.6份引发剂与20份水配置成引发剂水溶液,在三口烧瓶内加入40份水,一次性投入35.6份功能性单体,搅拌升温至65℃,恒温滴加引发剂水溶液,滴加时间为1h。引发剂滴加完毕后一次性投入5.3份均苯二酐二甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯恒温搅拌反应30min后自然冷却。
步骤二:将13.6份质量比为2:1:1:1的碳化钨、氧化锆、氧化钇与载银磷酸锆的组合物、6.5份步骤一制备的流平分散稳定剂、1.9份甲基吡啶与12.6份聚硅氮烷均匀混合持续搅拌30min。
步骤三:在涂料调控釜内加入25份水,一次性投入40.3份有机硅树脂、2.6份乳化硅油,步骤二制备的填料混合物持续搅拌分散30min,即制得所述耐磨防粘涂料。
水以外的原料均为一次性加入,故方法中不写重量份。
实施例2-6的具体原料及制备方法中具体参数(步骤是相同的)与实施例1有所区别,具体如下表所示(表1为流平分散稳定剂的制备,表2为涂料制备),未列出的表明与实施例1相同:

对上述实施例中得到的耐磨防粘涂料进行检测,实验检测结果如下表所示:
将实施例1-6涂料分别涂覆于同个样品的不同位置,之后取0.2ml规定浓度的菌悬液滴在经消毒的已涂饰样品的表面(涂料干膜要预先烘烤去除VOC的干扰),用聚乙烯薄膜覆于其上,在温度为37℃,且相对湿度90%的恒温恒湿培养箱内培养18-24h,然后用无菌水将菌液洗下,稀释成适当的浓度梯度,取0.1ml均匀涂布在无菌琼脂培养基上,移至培养箱内于37℃培养18-24h,观察涂料的除菌效果。
施工检测基材为60目白刚玉喷砂,通过超音速火焰喷涂法涂覆,260℃烘干半小时。
通过上表检测结果,可以明显看到本发明制备的涂料不仅具有通用涂料优异的施工和成膜性能,同时具有超高硬度和优异的抗粘性能,并且抗菌杀菌能力很好,成品涂料无挥发物,成膜后疏水性能优异,非常适合食品类安全要求高的机械涂料用。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料,由下述各组分聚合而成,原料总质量为100份,各组分包括:功能性单体35.6-38.5份、引发剂1.3-1.8份、偶联剂4.8-6.8份、成膜基料35.3-50.7份、助剂9.6-13.2份、无机填料11.7-16.6份、消泡剂2.2-3.9份、抗菌剂1.9-2.6份,去离子水余量;
所述功能性单体为2-乙氧基-3-丁烯-1-醇、苯乙烯化苯酚、丙二醇单烯丙基醚、油胺聚氧乙烯(2)醚中的一种或几种组成;
所述成膜基料为有机硅树脂与环氧树脂中的一种或两种组成;
所述的无机填料为碳化钨、氧化锆、氧化钇、银沸石、载银磷酸锆中的一种或几种组成;
所述的助剂为聚硅氮烷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料,其特征在于:所述引发剂为过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯、过氧化二叔丁基(DTBP)、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯中的一种或两种组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料,其特征在于:所述的抗菌剂为甲基吡啶、N-碘炔丙基氧羰基氨基酸和辛酸亚锡中的一种或几种组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料,其特征在于:所述的偶联剂为均苯二酐二甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)均苯二酐酯中的一种或几种组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为乳化硅油。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料,其特征在于:所述的无机填料为质量比为3:2:2:1的碳化钨、氧化锆、氧化钇与载银磷酸锆的组合物。
7.权利要求1所述的用于食品机械的耐磨防粘涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,依次包括如下操作步骤:
步骤一:自制流平分散稳定剂,将1.3-1.8份引发剂与20份水配置成引发剂水溶液,在三口烧瓶内加入40份水,一次性投入35.6-38.5份功能性单体,搅拌升温至65℃,恒温滴加引发剂水溶液,滴加时间为1h,引发剂滴加完毕后一次性投入4.8-6.8份偶联剂恒温搅拌反应30min后自然冷却;
步骤二:将11.7-16.6份无机填料、5-8份步骤一制备的流平分散稳定剂与1.9-2.6份抗菌剂、9.6-13.2份助剂均匀混合持续搅拌30min。
步骤三:在涂料调控釜内加入15-30份水,一次性投入35.3-50.7份有机硅树脂或环氧树脂、2.2-3.9份消泡剂,步骤二制备的填料混合物持续搅拌分散30min,即制得所述耐磨防粘涂料。
