The present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-2 for a self-contained bubble curtain protection system and a submarine.
As shown in fig. 1, the self-hidden bubble curtain protection system provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes a steam supply device 11, a vacuum device 22, and a plurality of nozzles 12. The steam supply device 11 and the plurality of nozzles 12 are provided in the protective body 100, and the steam supply device 11 is connected to the plurality of nozzles 12 through a steam path. The plurality of nozzles 12 are provided on the protective body 100 and spray bubbles to the outside of the protective body 100. The vacuum-pumping device 22 is used to communicate with the water inlet 110 on the protective body 100, so that a negative pressure can be formed at the water inlet 110 with respect to the outside of the protective body 100.
The protection body 100 is a body to be protected by the self-hidden bubble curtain protection system provided by the invention, such as a submarine body. The steam supply device 11 comprises a gas storage device and/or a steam supply pipeline connected with the steam power system. That is, the steam supply device 11 is an independent gas storage device built in the protective body 100, and high-pressure steam or high-pressure gas is stored in the gas storage device. Or the steam supply device 11 is a steam supply pipeline connected with the steam power system, so that part of the steam output by the steam generation device is supplied to the steam turbine to generate steam power; another portion is supplied to a plurality of nozzles 12 for generating a bubble curtain. Of course, the steam supply device 11 may include both a gas storage device and a steam supply pipe connected to the steam power system.
When it is desired to generate a bubble curtain, the gas storage means is opened and/or the valve between the steam generating means and the nozzle 12 is opened. The high pressure gas or steam in the gas reservoir and/or the steam in the steam generator is ejected from the plurality of nozzles 12 to form a curtain of bubbles.
The vacuuming device 22 is communicated with a water inlet on the protective body 100, and the vacuuming device 22 is started in the bubble curtain generation process. Under the action of the vacuumizing device 22, a negative pressure area is formed between the vacuumizing device 22 and the water inlet of the protecting body 100. The pressure at the water inlet of the protector 100 is lower than the pressure at the outside of the protector 100, and water outside the protector 100 enters the protector 100 from the water inlet 110 of the protector 100 under the action of the low pressure inside the protector 100 and the high pressure outside. In the process of flowing water to the water inlet 110, bubbles discharged from the plurality of nozzles 12 flow to the water inlet 110 of the protecting body 100 together, so that the bubbles can be timely recovered into the protecting body 100, and automatic hiding of the bubbles is realized.
The present invention provides a self-hidden bubble curtain protection system, which forms a bubble curtain by arranging a steam supply device 11 and a plurality of nozzles 12 on a protection body 100. Meanwhile, the vacuumizing device 22 is arranged on the protecting body 100, and negative pressure is formed at the water inlet of the protecting body 100 by using the vacuumizing device 22, so that bubbles outside the protecting body 100 can flow to the water inlet of the protecting body 100 under the action of the negative pressure and can be recovered into the protecting body 100, and the recovery and self-hiding of the bubbles can be realized.
When the self-hidden bubble curtain protection system is applied to a submarine, namely the protection body 100 is a submarine body, the protection system can not only provide a bubble curtain to absorb shock waves when the submarine is attacked by external weapons such as torpedoes; the problems of secondary exposure and wake aggravation of the submarine body can be further reduced, the concealment of the submarine is improved, the attack and damage of the submarine by marine organisms and other factors are reduced, and the survivability of the submarine is improved. Compared with the chemical method for eliminating bubbles, such as O 2 and NO in the cyclic reaction, the method can theoretically completely consume the exhausted gas by controlling the mixture ratio of different components, but can introduce secondary components and introduce uncertain factors to the operation of the submarine. The self-hidden bubble curtain protection system provided by the embodiment of the invention adopts a physical mode, does not generate secondary components, and can realize the self-hidden bubble more safely and effectively.

Wherein the plurality of nozzles 12 are spaced apart in the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the protector 100. Alternatively, the plurality of nozzles 12 are equally spaced in the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the protection body 100. Specifically, m rows of nozzles 12 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the protector 100, and the m rows of nozzles 12 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the protector 100. As a specific example, as shown in fig. 2, 6 rows of nozzles 12 are distributed along the circumference Xiang Junyun of the protector 100, each row including 7 nozzles uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the protector 100, and a total of 42 nozzles.

In the embodiment of the invention, after the water stored in the water storage device 21 is reheated by the supercharging device 13 and/or the temperature reducing device 14, the reheated water can be output to the main condenser 6 to be mixed with the condensed water in the main condenser 6 and then returned to the steam generating device, so that the heat of the supercharging device 13 and/or the temperature reducing device 14 is recycled.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the vacuum-pumping device 22 forms a negative pressure area for recovering bubbles at the water inlet 110 of the protective body 100, so that physical elimination of a bubble curtain is realized, a bubble curtain self-hiding effect is achieved, the problems of secondary exposure and wake flow aggravation of the bubble curtain are solved, and the bubble curtain technology is more suitable for a deep sea submarine. And the operation mode of energy conversion of the system working substance in the submarine is constructed by carrying out the collaborative operation design of system equipment on the steam supply device 11, the supercharging device 13, the temperature reducing device 14, the water storage device 21, the steam generating device of the steam power system and the main condenser 6, so that the steam use efficiency is improved, the operation cost of the bubble curtain protection system is saved, and the practical operation requirement is more easily met.
The invention also provides a submarine, which comprises a submarine body and the self-hidden bubble curtain protection system in any embodiment. The submarine body is the protective body 100 described in the above embodiments.
The water inlet 110 of the protecting body 100 is disposed at the tail of the submarine body. The tail of the submarine body is positioned at one end of the submarine body in the running direction. In the sailing process of the submarine, the bubbles naturally move towards the tail of the submarine. Therefore, the self-hiding of bubbles can be realized through the negative pressure area more effectively, and wake flow is reduced.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
