Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
First, a structure of a cart 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a structural view of a cart 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 1, the L axis, the W axis, and the H axis are drawn orthogonal to each other. The L and W axes are parallel to the horizontal plane. The H axis is parallel to the vertical direction (i.e., height). Fig. 2 and the following figures are similar.
The cart 1 is provided with a placement table 11 and 4 wheels 12. For example, the cart 1 is used to simultaneously transport an indoor unit 21 of an air conditioner and an outdoor unit 22 used together with the indoor unit 21. The indoor unit 21 is an example of a blower. The outdoor unit 22 is an example of a discharge device.
Specifically, the placement stage 11 includes a placement section 11A. For example, on a part of the placement portion 11A, an adjustment portion 11B for adjusting the height is provided. The placement portion 11A and the adjustment portion 11B are constituted by a combination of a plurality of metal frames, for example. For example, a top plate may be provided on the top surfaces of the placement portion 11A and the adjustment portion 11B.
In fig. 1, the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are placed in parallel in the W axis direction at a predetermined distance from each other on the placement unit 11A. For example, the indoor unit 21 is placed on the adjusting portion 11B. The outdoor unit 22 is placed on the placement portion 11A. The placement positions of the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are not limited to the above description. The adjustment portion 11B may not be provided in the placement portion 11A.
Next, a placement table 11 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2. Fig. 2 is a block diagram of the placement stage 11 according to the embodiment of the present invention. For convenience of explanation, the placement stage 11 is shown in fig. 2 without the adjustment portion 11B.
For example, when the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are mounted on the cart 1 and transported, the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 may shake, which may deteriorate stability.
In the present embodiment, the placement base 11 is provided with the support portion 13 in order to suppress the wobbling of the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22. The support portion 13 is provided between the placement position of the indoor unit 21 and the placement position of the outdoor unit 22 in the placement portion 11A.
Next, the supporting portion 13 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2 and 3. Fig. 3 is a structural view of the support portion 13 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The support portion 13 supports the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 placed on the placement portion 11A. Specifically, the support portion 13 has two sets of columns and beams, namely, a column 31A and a beam 32A, a column 31B and a beam 32B, extending from the placement portion 11A. The posts 31A and 31B are disposed at a prescribed distance in the L-axis direction. The cross members 32A and 32B are provided, for example, at the top ends of the upper portions of the columns 31A and 31B, respectively. Specifically, the cross members 32A and 32B are provided at positions having the same height as the entire height of the indoor unit 21 or the outdoor unit 22 in the H-axis direction, for example. The posts 31A, 31B and the beams 32A, 32B are, for example, metal frames.
The first surface 321A of the cross member 32A faces the indoor unit 21. The second surface 322A of the cross member 32A faces the outdoor unit 22. Also, the first surface 321B of the cross beam 32B faces the indoor unit 21. The second surface 322B of the cross member 32B faces the outdoor unit 22. The first surfaces 321A and 321B may or may not be in contact with the indoor unit 21. The second surfaces 322A and 322B may or may not be in contact with the outdoor unit 22.
The support portion 13 includes a first coupling portion 33A and a second coupling portion 33B. The first connecting portion 33A is, for example, a metal frame connecting the first surface 321A of the beam 32A and the first surface 321B of the beam 32B. The second connection portion 33B is, for example, a metal frame that connects the second surface 322A of the cross beam 32A and the second surface 322B of the cross beam 32B.
In the present embodiment, the first surfaces 321A and 321B or the first coupling portion 33A are used to suppress the indoor unit 21 from being moved by shaking during transportation. The second surfaces 322A and 322B or the second connection portion 33B are configured to suppress the outdoor unit 22 from being moved by shaking during transportation.
In this way, by forming the cross member 32A, the cross member 32B, the first connecting portion 33A, and the second connecting portion 33B using a metal frame, the support portion 13 can be simply constructed.
Further, by the assembled structure of the metal frame, the air permeability of the space between the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 is improved. Thus, for example, when the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are used in a state of being mounted on the mounting table 11, heat dissipation from the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 is facilitated. In general, the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are mounted on the mount table 11 such that the air blowing direction of the indoor unit 21 is opposite to the air discharging direction of the outdoor unit 22.
Further, since the piping, cables, etc. connected to the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 can be simply fixed to the columns 31A and 31B using the tie-down tape, etc., handling of the piping, cables, etc. is also facilitated.
Next, an example of a supporting method in which the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are supported by the supporting unit 13 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 4. Fig. 4 is a plan view of the placement stage 11 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, in the first connecting portion 33A, the contact surface S1 that contacts the indoor unit 21 is welded and fixed to the indoor unit 21. In the second connection portion 33B, the contact surface S2 that contacts the outdoor unit 22 is welded and fixed to the outdoor unit 22. In this way, the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are fixed to the cart 1, whereby shake during transportation can be suppressed and stability of the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 can be improved.
In the present embodiment, the support portion 13 may be configured without the first connecting portion 33A and the second connecting portion 33B. In this case, for example, the first surface 321A of the cross beam 32A and the first surface 321B of the cross beam 32B are welded and fixed to the indoor unit 21. The second surface 322A of the cross member 32A and the second surface 322B of the cross member 32B are welded and fixed to the outdoor unit 22.
In this way, the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are fixed to the support portion 13, and shake during transportation is preferably suppressed.
In the present embodiment, the cross members 32A and 32B, the first connecting portion 33A, and the second connecting portion 33B may not be welded to the indoor unit 21 or the outdoor unit 22.
Next, another example of a supporting method in which the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are supported by the supporting unit 13 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a side view of the placement stage 11 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The placement stage 11 is provided with 1 or a plurality of fixing portions 34. In fig. 5, 2 fixing portions 34A and 34B are provided on one surface of the placement stage 11. The other surface, not shown, is also provided with 2 fixing portions 34.
The fixing portion 34A connects and fixes the indoor unit 21 and the cross beam 32A. Specifically, one end portion of the fixing portion 34A is screwed to the indoor unit 21 by a screw 35, and the other end portion of the fixing portion 34A is screwed to the cross member 32A by the screw 35.
The fixing portion 34B connects and fixes the outdoor unit 22 to the cross beam 32A. Specifically, one end of the fixing portion 34B is screwed to the outdoor unit 22 by a screw 35, and the other end of the fixing portion 34A is screwed to the cross member 32A by the screw 35.
In fig. 5, the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are fixed by the 2 fixing portions 34A and 34B, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the indoor unit 21, the outdoor unit 22, and the cross beam 32A may be fixed by 1 fixing portion 34.
Specifically, one end portion of the fixing portion 34 is screwed to the indoor unit 21 by a screw 35, the center portion of the fixing portion 34 is screwed to the cross beam 32A by the screw 35, and the other end portion of the fixing portion 34 is screwed to the outdoor unit 22 by the screw 35.
In this way, by using the fixing portion 34, the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 can be fixed to the support portion 13 more simply than by welding. The fixing portion 34 may be used after the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are welded to the support portion 13.
In the present embodiment, the support portion 13 has a structure having two sets of the column 31A and the beam 32A, and the column 31B and the beam 32B, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and a structure having a set of the column 31 and the beam 32 may be used. The support portion 13 may have a structure having 3 or more sets of columns 31 and beams 32.
In the present embodiment, the support portion 13 has both the first connection portion 33A and the second connection portion 33B, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and may have only one of them.
In the present embodiment, the position of the cross member 32 is not limited to the upper end of the column 31, but is also not limited to the position at which the height is the same as the overall height of the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22.
For example, in the case where the upper portions of the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are covers, the respective covers are welded to the cross members 32A, 32B, the first connecting portion 33A, and the second connecting portion 33B, so that the stability during transportation can be improved without impairing the maintainability of the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22.
Next, referring to fig. 6, a cart 111 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. Fig. 6 is a block diagram of the cart 111 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The cart 111 includes a placement table 11, 4 wheels 12, and a handle 14. The 4 wheels 12 are mounted on the lower portion of the placement portion 11A of the placement table 11.
The handle 14 is attached to the placement portion 11A, for example. For example, a person grasps the handle 14 and forcibly moves the cart 111. Further, by providing the handle 14 on the cart 111, when the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 are loaded on the cart 111 and transported, the cart 111 can be pushed without directly contacting the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22, and shake of the indoor unit 21 and the outdoor unit 22 during transportation can be suppressed. In fig. 6, the handle 14 is attached to the placement portion 11A, but may be attached to the support portion 13.
As described above, the embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to the drawings (fig. 1 to 6). However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and may be implemented in various manners within a range not departing from the gist thereof. For ease of understanding, the drawings schematically show the respective components, and for convenience of drawing, the thicknesses, lengths, numbers, etc. of the components may be shown as being different from the actual ones. The materials, shapes, sizes, and the like of the respective constituent elements shown in the above embodiments are merely examples, and are not particularly limited, and various modifications can be made without substantially departing from the scope of the present invention.
