技术领域
本发明涉及固体化妆料。再有,本发明中有时将化妆料用的组合物记载为化妆料。
背景技术
固体化妆料由于含有蜡等固化成分,因此要求具有良好的使用感,特别是在***用化妆料的情况下,进一步要求光泽度、密合性。为了赋予光泽度、密合性,已知将苯基有机硅、高聚合的烃油、酯油等组合、用蜡等固化的方法。但是,容易获得光泽度、密合性的成分之间倾向于相容性差,例如,已知制作油包油这样的状态、用蜡等固化的技术(专利文献1:日本专利第5280490号公报)。另外,为了提高蜡的透明性,已知将规定量的含有苯基的聚硅氧烷混合的技术(专利文献2:日本专利第6231748号公报)。但是,这些技术从光泽度、密合性的方面来看存在不足。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
本发明鉴于上述实际情况而完成,目的在于提供光泽度、密合性、使用感、保存稳定性优异的固体化妆料。
用于解决课题的手段
光泽度优异的苯基有机硅与密合性优异的氢化聚异丁烯由于分子量、结构,相容化困难,进而与其他油剂的相容性也低。在由相容性高的油剂构成的固体化妆料的情况下,通过油剂中的蜡结构的均匀化,期待使用感、保存稳定性的提高。本发明人发现:通过将光泽度优异的特定的苯基有机硅、与其溶解的密合性优异的氢化聚异丁烯、和特定的化合物组合,从而能够解决上述课题,完成了本发明。
因此,本发明提供下述固体化妆料。
1.固体化妆料,其包含:
(a)二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷,
(b)与所述(a)成分溶解的氢化聚异丁烯,
(c)选自异壬酸异十三烷基酯、异壬酸异壬酯、三异辛酸甘油酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、二癸酸新戊二醇酯、苹果酸二异硬脂酯、矿物油、多异硬脂酸聚甘油酯及山梨糖醇酐倍半异硬脂酸酯中的1种以上,和
(d)蜡。
2.根据1所述的固体化妆料,其中,(a)成分的含量为固体化妆料的5~50质量%。
3.根据1或2所述的固体化妆料,其中,(b)成分的含量为固体化妆料的0.5~30质量%。
4.根据1~3中任一项所述的固体化妆料,其还含有(e)除(a)以外的苯基有机硅,将(a)成分和(b)成分和(c)成分和(e)成分混合时,该固体化妆料为溶解的组合。
5.根据1~4中任一项所述的固体化妆料,其还含有(f)有机硅粉末。
6.根据1~5中任一项所述的固体化妆料,其用于***。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提供光泽度、密合性、使用感、保存稳定性优异的固体化妆料。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明详细地说明。以下有时将固体化妆料仅记载为化妆料,有时将化合物名用化妆品表示名称(以下,()内为INCI名:国际化妆品原料名称目录(InternationalNomenclature for Cosmetic Ingredients))记载。
[(a)成分]
本发明的(a)成分为用化妆品表示名称定义的二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷(Diphenylsiloxy Phenyl Trimethicone)。作为市售品,可列举出KF-56A(信越化学工业(株)制造)。
(a)成分的含量优选化妆料中的5~50质量%,更优选6~35质量%。应予说明,在配混颜料、水性成分等通常的化妆料中所使用的各种成分时,进一步优选6质量%以上且不到20质量%。通过使含量为5质量%以上,从而能够进一步获得配混成分之间的相容性、光泽度。另外,通过使其为50质量%以下,从而能够进一步获得密合性。
[(b)成分]
本发明的(b)成分为用化妆品表示名称定义的氢化聚异丁烯(INCI名:Hydrogenated Polyisobutene),与(a)成分溶解,与(a)成分具有相容性,优选3~24聚体。从光泽度的方面出发,更优选6~24聚体,进一步优选18聚体。这些能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。再有,对于“与(a)成分溶解”将后述。
(b)成分的含量优选化妆料中的0.5~30质量%,在配混颜料、水性成分等在通常的化妆料中所使用的各种成分时,更优选0.5~15质量%,进一步优选0.5~5质量%。通过使其为0.5质量%以上,从而能够进一步获得密合性,通过使其为30质量%以下,从而能够进一步获得配混成分之间的相容性。

本发明的(c)成分为选自用化妆品表示名称定义的、异壬酸异十三烷基酯(Isotridecyl Isononanoate)、异壬酸异壬酯(Isononyl Isononanoate)、三异辛酸甘油酯(Triethylhexanoin)、棕榈酸乙基己酯(Ethylhexyl Palmitate)、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯(Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride)、二癸酸新戊二醇酯(Neopentyl Glycol Dicaprate)、苹果酸二异硬脂酯(Diisostearyl Malate)、矿物油(Mineral Oil)、多异硬脂酸聚甘油酯、及山梨糖醇酐倍半异硬脂酸酯(Sorbitan Sesquiisostearate)中的1种以上,可将2种以上组合使用。作为多异硬脂酸聚甘油酯,可列举出三异硬脂酸聚甘油酯-2(Polyglyceryl-2Triisostearate)、二异硬脂酸聚甘油酯-2(Polyglyceryl-2Diisostearate)、二异硬脂酸聚甘油酯-3(Polyglyceryl-3Diisostearate)等。
(c)成分的含量优选化妆料中的5~60质量%,更优选10~55质量%,进一步优选15~50质量%。通过使其为5质量%以上,从而能够进一步获得相容性,通过使其为60质量%以下,从而能够进一步获得光泽度、密合性。
本发明的(b)成分为与上述(a)二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷溶解的氢化聚异丁烯。即,如果将(a)成分和(b)成分混合,则混合溶解。作为(a)~(c)的组合,包含如果将(a)成分和(b)成分和(c)成分混合则溶解的组合,不包含只将(a)成分和(b)成分混合的情况下不溶解的组合。所谓“(b)成分与(a)成分溶解”、“如果将(a)、(b)及(c)成分混合则溶解”,在将各成分以质量比1:1(1:1:1)混合,在85℃下加热混合,然后在25℃下静置1小时的情况下,将没有边界、透明~半透明的状态记为“溶解”,将白浊或分离成2层的状态记为“不溶解”。再有,就透明性而言,将填充于厚1cm的池中时的根据JIS K7361的透射率为50%以上的情形评定为透明~半透明。
[(d)成分]
本发明的(d)成分为蜡,可列举出蜡类、糖脂肪酸酯、高级醇等,能够单独使用1种,或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。
作为蜡类,可列举出(提纯)地蜡、天然地蜡、微晶蜡、聚乙烯蜡等合成烃蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、米蜡、米糠蜡、荷荷巴蜡、小烛树蜡等来自植物的蜡、蜂蜡等来自动物的蜡、有机硅蜡等。
作为糖脂肪酸酯,可列举出糊精棕榈酸酯、糊精硬脂酸酯、糊精2-乙基己酸棕榈酸酯等糊精脂肪酸酯;蔗糖棕榈酸酯、蔗糖硬脂酸酯等蔗糖脂肪酸酯;低聚果糖硬脂酸酯、低聚果糖2-乙基己酸酯等低聚果糖脂肪酸酯等。
作为高级醇,可列举出鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇、花生醇、山嵛醇等。
(d)成分的含量优选化妆料中的1~25质量%,更优选3~20质量%,进一步优选5~18质量%。通过使其为1质量%以上,从而获得目标的硬度,容易保持形状,通过使其为25质量%以下,从而能够得到容易涂布、使用感更好的化妆料。
[(e)成分]
本发明的(e)成分为(a)成分以外的苯基有机硅,如果将(a)成分和(b)成分和(c)成分和(e)成分混合则得到溶解的组合。只要是通常化妆料中能够配混的苯基有机硅,则并无特别限定,能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。再有,所谓“如果将(a)成分、(b)成分、(c)成分和(e)成分混合则溶解”,是指上述中使质量比为((a):(b):(c):(e)=1:1:1:1)的情形。作为除(a)成分以外的苯基有机硅,具体地,可列举出用化妆品表示名称定义的二苯基二甲基聚硅氧烷、苯基二甲基聚硅氧烷、三甲基甲硅烷氧基苯基二甲基聚硅氧烷、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、三甲基五苯基三硅氧烷。这些中,在赋予光泽度的方面,优选二苯基二甲基聚硅氧烷,作为市售品,可列举出KF-50-100cs,1000cs,KF-53、54、54HV(均为信越化学工业(株)制造)。其中,从赋予光泽度的方面出发,优选KF-54,54HV。
配混(e)成分时的含量优选化妆料中的0.1~10质量%,优选0.5~8质量%,更优选1~5质量%。从相容性的方面出发,优选10质量%以下。
[(f)成分]
在本发明的化妆料中,优选配混(f)有机硅粉末。通过配混(f)成分,从而使触感变得光滑,有时能够提高精饰性。进而,通过控制化妆料涂布时的膜厚,从而能够从具有光泽度的精饰性调整到哑光的精饰性。作为有机硅粉末,只要是通常在化妆料中能够配混的有机硅粉末,则并无特别限定。
例如,可列举出交联型有机硅粉末(即,由具有二有机硅氧烷重复单元链交联的结构的有机聚硅氧烷构成的所谓的硅橡胶粉末)、有机硅树脂粒子(三维网状结构的聚有机硅倍半氧烷树脂粒子)等,作为具体例,可列举出用化妆品表示名称定义的、(二甲基聚硅氧烷/乙烯基二甲基聚硅氧烷)交联聚合物、聚甲基硅倍半氧烷等。这些作为粉体或作为包含硅油的溶胀物市售,已以KMP-598、590、591、592,KSG-016F等(均为信越化学工业(株)制造)的商品名市售。
有机硅粉末从防止发粘等提高触感效果、皱纹、毛孔等凹凸的修补效果等方面出发,更优选为有机硅树脂被覆硅橡胶粉末。作为有机硅树脂被覆的硅橡胶粉末的具体例,以用化妆品表示名称定义的、(乙烯基二甲基聚硅氧烷/甲基聚硅氧烷硅倍半氧烷)交联聚合物、(二苯基二甲基聚硅氧烷/乙烯基二苯基二甲基聚硅氧烷/硅倍半氧烷)交联聚合物、聚有机硅-22、聚有机硅-1交联聚合物等名称已知。这些已以KSP-100、101、102、105、300、411、441等(均为信越化学工业(株)制造)的商品名市售。这些粉体能够使用1种或2种以上。
<其他成分>
在本发明的化妆料中,作为其他成分,能够配混通常在化妆料中所使用的各种成分。作为其他成分,例如可包含(1)有机硅交联物、(2)(f)成分以外的粉体、(3)表面活性剂、(4)被膜剂、(5)水性成分、(6)除(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)成分以外的油剂、(7)其他添加剂。这些能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。根据化妆料的种类等,适当地选择使用这些成分。在没有特别记载含量的情况下,其含量能够设为与化妆料的种类等相符的公知的含量。
(1)有机硅交联物
作为有机硅交联物,可列举出部分交联型甲基聚硅氧烷、部分交联型聚醚改性有机硅、部分交联型聚甘油改性有机硅等,能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。作为具体例,可列举出信越化学工业(株)制造的KSG-210、240、310、320、330、340、320Z、350Z、710、810、820、830、840、820Z、850Z、15、1510、16、1610、18A、19、41A、42A、43、44、042Z、045Z、048Z等。就配混有机硅交联物时的含量而言,以固体成分计,优选化妆料中的0.1~20质量%,更优选0.2~15质量%,进一步优选0.5~10质量%。
(2)(f)成分以外的粉体
粉体只要是通常在化妆料中能够配混的原料,则并无特别限定,例如可列举出颜料、紫外线散射剂等。在配混粉体的情况下,对粉体的含量并无特别限定,优选在化妆料中配混0.1~30质量%,更优选1~15质量%。
·颜料
作为颜料,只要是一般在上妆化妆料中使用的颜料,则并无特别限制。例如可列举出滑石、云母、绢云母、合成金云母、硫酸钡、氧化铝、高岭土、二氧化硅、碳酸钙、氧化锌、氧化钛、氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑、群青、绀青、炭黑、低价氧化钛、钴紫、氧化铬、氢氧化铬、钛酸钴、氧氯化铋、钛-云母系珠光颜料等无机颜料;红色201号、红色202号、红色204号、红色205号、红色220号、红色226号、红色228号、红色405号、橙色203号、黄色205号、黄色4号、黄色5号、蓝色1号、蓝色404号、绿色3号等锆、钡或铝色淀等有机颜料;叶绿素、β-胡萝卜素等天然色素;染料等。特别是在口红的情况下,颜料作为着色剂或增量剂配混。
再有,上述的粉体也能够以对粒子表面进行了处理的产物来使用。另外,就其表面处理剂而言,从不损害制剂的耐水性的目的出发,优选能够赋予疏水性的表面处理剂,只要能够赋予疏水性,则并无特别限定,可列举出有机硅处理剂、蜡类、链烷烃类、全氟烷基与磷酸盐等的有机氟化合物、表面活性剂、N-酰基谷氨酸等氨基酸、硬脂酸铝、肉豆蔻酸镁等金属皂等处理剂。其中,优选有机硅处理剂,可列举出辛酰基硅烷(信越化学工业(株)制:AES-3083)、三甲氧基甲硅烷基二甲基聚硅氧烷等硅烷类或硅烷化剂、二甲基有机硅(信越化学工业(株)制:KF-96A系列)、甲基氢型聚硅氧烷(信越化学工业(株)制:KF-99P,KF-9901等)、有机硅分支型有机硅处理剂(信越化学工业(株)制:KF-9908,KF-9909等)等硅油、丙烯酸系有机硅(信越化学工业(株)制:KP-574、KP-541)等。进而,上述的表面疏水化处理剂能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。作为实施了表面处理的着色颜料的具体例,可列举出信越化学工业(株)制:KTP-09系列、特别是KTP-09W、09R、09Y、09B等。
·紫外线散射剂
紫外线散射剂只要是通常能够在化妆料中配混的原料,则并无特别限定。具体地,可列举出氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化铈等。这些紫外线散射剂与上述颜料不同,也能够使用平均一次粒径为200nm以下、用有机硅等疏水化的产物。作为疏水化处理过的无机粉体的具体例,作为含有疏水化处理微粒氧化钛或疏水化处理微粒氧化锌的分散体市售,已以SPD-T5、T6、T5L、Z5、Z6、Z5L等(均为信越化学工业(株)制造)的商品名市售。
(3)表面活性剂
作为表面活性剂,有非离子性、阴离子性、阳离子性及两性的活性剂,并无特别限制,只要在通常的化妆料中使用,均能够使用,能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。在这些表面活性剂中,优选为直链或分支状聚氧乙烯改性有机聚硅氧烷、直链或分支状聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯改性有机聚硅氧烷、直链或分支状聚氧乙烯-烷基共改性有机聚硅氧烷、直链或分支状聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯-烷基共改性有机聚硅氧烷、直链或分支状聚甘油改性有机聚硅氧烷、直链或分支状聚甘油-烷基共改性有机聚硅氧烷。在这些表面活性剂中,亲水性的聚氧乙烯基、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基或聚甘油残基的含量优选占分子中的10~70质量%。作为具体例,可列举出信越化学工业(株)制造的KF-6011,6013,6017,6043,6028,6038,6048,6100,6104,6105,6106等。配混表面活性剂时的含量优选化妆料中的0.01~15质量%。
(4)被膜剂
作为被膜剂,只要是通常能够在化妆料中配混的原料,则并无特别限定,具体地,使用聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚丙烯酸烷基酯等胶乳类、糊精、烷基纤维素、硝基纤维素等纤维素衍生物、三(三甲基甲硅烷氧基)甲硅烷基丙基氨基甲酸支链淀粉等有机硅化多糖化合物、(丙烯酸烷基酯/二甲基聚硅氧烷)共聚物等丙烯酸系-有机硅系接枝共聚物、三甲基甲硅烷氧基硅酸等有机硅树脂、有机硅改性聚降冰片烯、氟改性有机硅树脂等有机硅系树脂、氟树脂、芳族系烃树脂、聚合物乳液树脂、萜烯系树脂、聚丁烯、聚异戊二烯、醇酸树脂、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮改性聚合物、松香改性树脂、聚氨酯等。
这些中,特别优选有机硅系的被膜剂,其中,可列举出三(三甲基甲硅烷氧基)甲硅烷基丙基氨基甲酸支链淀粉[作为市售品,作为在溶剂中溶解的产物,为信越化学工业(株)制:TSPL-30-D5,ID]、(丙烯酸烷基酯/二甲基聚硅氧烷)共聚物[作为市售品,作为在溶剂中溶解的产物,为信越化学工业(株)制:KP-543,545,549,550,545L等]、三甲基甲硅烷氧基硅酸[作为市售品,作为在溶剂中溶解的产物,为信越化学工业(株)制:KF-7312J,X-21-5250等]、有机硅改性聚降冰片烯[作为市售品,作为在溶剂中溶解的产物,为信越化学工业(株)制:NBN-30-ID等]、有机硅氧烷接枝聚乙烯醇系聚合物等,但并不限定于这些。配混被膜剂时的含量优选化妆料中的0.1~20质量%。
(5)水性成分
水性成分只要是通常能够在化妆料中配混的水性成分,则并无特别限定。具体地,可列举出水、低级醇、糖醇、多元醇等保湿剂等。配混水性成分时的含量优选化妆料中的0.1~30质量%。再有,通过在分散体中少量添加水,有时分散性提高。在分散体中配混的情况下,优选分散体中的1质量%以下,更优选0.5质量%以下。
(6)除(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)成分以外的油剂
就除(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)成分以外的油剂而言,在室温下为半固体、液体均可,例如可列举出硅油、天然动植物油脂类及半合成油脂等酯油、氟系油剂、烃油、紫外线吸收剂等。在配混上述油剂的情况下,油剂的含量优选化妆料中的1~50质量%,更优选15~40质量%。
·硅油
作为硅油,只要是通常能够在化妆料中配混的原料,则并无特别限定,具体地,可列举出二甲基聚硅氧烷、甲基己基聚硅氧烷、甲基氢聚硅氧烷、二甲基硅氧烷-甲基苯基硅氧烷共聚物等从低粘度到高粘度的直链或分支状的有机聚硅氧烷、氨基改性有机聚硅氧烷等。这些中,特别优选利用获得清爽的使用感的挥发性有机硅、低粘度有机硅[作为市售品,为信越化学工业(株)制:KF-995,KF-96L-1.5,2cs,KF-96A-6cs等]、出于提高与其他油剂的相容性、上光泽的目的使用的丙烯酸系有机硅[作为市售品,为信越化学工业(株)制:KP-561P,562P等]。
·酯油
作为酯油,只要是通常在化妆料中能够配混的原料,则并无特别限定,具体地,可列举出四异硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、四乙基己酸季戊四醇酯、三异硬脂精、三异硬脂酸三羟甲基丙烷酯、六(羟基硬脂酸/硬脂酸/松香酸)二季戊四醇酯、四(羟基硬脂酸/异硬脂酸)二季戊四醇酯、六羟基硬脂酸二季戊四醇酯、荷荷巴油、澳洲坚果油、乙基己酸鲸蜡酯、羊毛脂等。
·烃油
作为烃油,只要是通常在化妆料中能够配混的原料,则并无特别限定,具体地,可列举出异十二烷、十一烷、异十六烷、聚丁烯、角鲨烷、凡士林等。
·紫外线吸收剂
作为紫外线吸收剂,可列举出水杨酸高孟酯、奥克立林、4-叔-丁基-4’-甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、4-(2-β-吡喃葡糖基甲硅烷氧基)丙氧基-2-羟基二苯甲酮、水杨酸辛酯、2-[4-(二乙基氨基)-2-羟基苯甲酰基]苯甲酸己酯、二羟基二甲氧基二苯甲酮、二羟基二甲氧基二苯甲酮二磺酸钠、二羟基二苯甲酮、二甲基硅氧烷二乙基亚苄基丙二酸酯、1-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-4,4-二甲基-1,3-戊二酮、二甲氧基亚苄基二氧代咪唑烷丙酸2-乙基己酯、四羟基二苯甲酮、对苯二亚甲基二樟脑磺酸、2,4,6-三[4-(2-乙基己氧基羰基)苯胺基]-1,3,5-三嗪、三甲氧基肉桂酸甲基双(三甲基甲硅烷氧基)甲硅烷基异戊酯、甲酚曲唑三硅氧烷、对二甲基氨基苯甲酸2-乙基己酯、对甲氧基肉桂酸异丙酯、对甲氧基肉桂酸2-乙基己酯、2,4-双-[{4-(2-乙基己氧基)-2-羟基}-苯基]-6-(4-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、羟基甲氧基二苯甲酮磺酸及其三水盐、羟基甲氧基二苯甲酮磺酸钠、苯基苯并咪唑磺酸、2,2’-亚甲基双[6-(2H苯并***-2-基)-4-(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)苯酚]。另外,能够将UVA吸收剂(例如二乙基氨基羟基苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯等)与UVB吸收剂(例如甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯等)并用,也能够将它们各自任意地组合。

·油溶性凝胶化剂
作为油溶性凝胶化剂,可列举出硬脂酸铝、硬脂酸镁、肉豆蔻酸锌等金属皂;N-月桂酰基-L-谷氨酸、α,γ-二-正-丁基胺等氨基酸衍生物;二硬脂基二甲基铵锂蒙脱石、硬脂基铵锂蒙脱石、锂蒙脱石的有机改性粘土矿物等。
[化妆料的制造方法]
本发明的化妆料例如能够采用将(a)~(d)成分加热混合、冷却的工序来制造。(e)、(f)成分、其他的任意成分可按照常规方法与(a)~(d)成分同时混合,也可在(a)~(d)成分均匀混合后混合。
本发明的化妆料只要为固体状,则并无特别限定,可为非水系,也可为乳化系。作为乳化形态,W/O型乳液、O/W/O型乳液的任何形态均可。从成型性的方面出发,优选非水系,在想要获得娇嫩感的情况下优选乳化系。再有,所谓固体状,为不具有流动性的状态。作为性状,能够选择浇铸型、棒状、铅笔型、片型、压实型等各种的性状。
本发明中的化妆料也可应用于各种制剂。例如可应用于美容液、乳液、面霜、按摩霜、面膜、护发、粉底、化妆基底、药膏、腮红、唇彩、眼线、身体彩妆等、对这些赋予了防晒效果的制品。这些中,由于获得光泽度、密合性,因此优选口红、唇彩、润唇膏、唇底、亮唇膏等***用化妆料。
实施例
以下示出实施例及比较例,对本发明具体地说明,但本发明并不受下述的实施例限制。应予说明,下述的例子中没有特别说明的情况下,组成的“%”为质量%。
[混合油的制备及评价]
将表2中记载的混合油以各成分质量比1:1(1:1:1)混合,在85℃下加热混合,然后在25℃下静置了1小时的情况下,将无边界、透明~半透明的状态记为“溶解”,将白浊或分离为2层的状态记为“不溶解”。将“溶解”的情形记为“◎”,将“不溶解”的情形记为“×”。
[实施例1~10、比较例1~5]
将表3、4中所示的各成分在95℃下均匀地混合后,冷却,得到了固体化妆料。
对于得到的固体化妆料进行了下述评价。将结果一并记载于表中。应予说明,配混量为记载的配混制品的配混量。
(1)特性评价
对于下述实施例及比较例的固体化妆料,根据表1中所示的评价标准,采用10人的专门小组成员评价了光泽度(精饰性的良好)、密合性(涂布时的附着性的良好)、使用感(不粗糙、伸长率的良好)。基于10人的平均值,按照下述判断标准判定了结果。

将固体化妆料填充于30mL小瓶中,在50℃的恒温槽内保存了1个月后,用肉眼观察性状,涂布于肌肤,考察了触感。其结果,将不具有发生分离、发汗和触感的变化等问题的情形记为“◎”,将具有问题的情形记为“×”。

由上述结果可知,实施例1~10的固体化妆料的光泽度(精饰性良好)、密合性(涂布时的附着性良好)及使用感(不粗糙、延展性良好)以及保存稳定性(50℃·1个月)良好。
其中的(b)成分与(a)成分溶解但不含(c)成分的比较例1、以及包含作为除(a)成分以外的(e)苯基有机硅且不与(b)成分溶解的(e)成分的比较例2的使用感、保存稳定性不可取,(e)成分与(b)成分溶解但不含(c)成分的比较例3、以及不含(b)成分的比较例4没有获得充分的光泽度、密合性。其中的氢化聚异丁烯不与(a)成分溶解并且不含(c)成分的比较例5的使用感、保存稳定性不可取。
以下的实施例是(a)成分和(b)成分混合时溶解的组合、(a)成分、(b)成分和(c)成分混合时溶解的组合、在配混(e)成分的情况下(a)成分、(b)成分、(c)成分和(e)成分混合时溶解的组合。应予说明,配混量为记载的配混制品的配混量,(a)成分的合计量及(b)成分的合计量为纯净成分的量。

油包水型油膏
<化妆料的制备>
A:将成分1~12在95℃下均匀地混合。
B:将成分13~18在85℃下均匀地混合。
C:将B添加到A中,在85℃下乳化,浇铸到皿中,冷却,得到了油包水型油膏。

润唇膏
<化妆料的制备>
A:将成分1~16在95℃下均匀地混合。
B:将A浇铸到模具中,冷却而得到了润唇膏。

确认了得到的润唇膏的光泽度、密合性及使用感良好,保存稳定性优异。
Claims (6)
1.固体化妆料,其含有:
(a)二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷,
(b)与所述(a)成分溶解的氢化聚异丁烯,
(c)选自异壬酸异十三烷基酯、异壬酸异壬酯、三异辛酸甘油酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、二癸酸新戊二醇酯、苹果酸二异硬脂酯、矿物油、多异硬脂酸聚甘油酯及山梨糖醇酐倍半异硬脂酸酯中的1种以上,和
(d)蜡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固体化妆料,其中,(a)成分的含量为固体化妆料的5~50质量%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的固体化妆料,其中,(b)成分的含量为固体化妆料的0.5~30质量%。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的固体化妆料,其还含有(e)除(a)以外的苯基有机硅,将(a)成分、(b)成分、(c)成分和(e)成分混合时,该固体化妆料为溶解的组合。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的固体化妆料,其还含有(f)有机硅粉末。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的固体化妆料,其用于***。
