Claims (10)

1. A production and preparation process of an environment-friendly straw pellet feed is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, crushing raw materials: taking crop straws and fresh sweet potatoes, and crushing the crop straws and the sweet potatoes respectively through a crusher to prepare crop straw powder and fresh sweet potato powder;
s2, mixing raw materials: mixing the crop straw powder and the fresh sweet potato powder prepared in the step S1 with oil, plant protein feed, adhesive, trace elements and essence by a mixer according to the proportion of 60% of the crop straw powder, 10% of the fresh sweet potato powder, 5% of the oil, 20% of the plant protein feed, 2% of the adhesive, 2% of the trace elements and 1% of the essence;
s3, granulating: transporting the mixed materials to a granulator, and extruding the materials by the granulator to prepare granular mixed feed particles, wherein the length of the mixed feed particles is 1-3cm, and the compression ratio is 1: 2-1: 8;
s4, drying: drying the processed mixed feed particles by a drying device at the temperature of 75-150 ℃ for 5-20 minutes;
s5, screening: and screening the dried mixed feed particles by a screening machine to remove small particles and powdery feed, and then obtaining the finished product pellet feed.

The production and preparation process of the environment-friendly straw granulated feed as claimed in claim 2, wherein the production and preparation process comprises the following steps: the drying device in the step S4 comprises a rack (1) and a drying roller (2), and is characterized in that: the drying roller (2) is rotatably mounted on the rack (1), one end of the drying roller (2) is provided with a material inlet and outlet (31), a detachable cover plate (32) is arranged at the material inlet and outlet (31), the other end of the drying roller (2) is provided with an air supply pipe (3), the inner wall of the drying roller (2) is provided with a plurality of lifting plates (4), and a second drying mechanism is arranged inside the drying roller (2);
the second drying mechanism comprises a fixed shaft (5) and a fixed cylinder (6), a feeding hole (7) is formed in one side of the fixed cylinder (6), a material guide plate (8) is arranged on the fixed cylinder (6), one end of the fixed cylinder (6) is far away from the material guide plate (8) and is provided with a transmission rod (9), one end of the transmission rod (9) is connected with the material guide plate (8) in an elastic mode through a connecting spring (10), an electric heating plate (11) is arranged inside the fixed cylinder (6), the fixed cylinder (6) is close to one side of the electric heating plate (11) and is provided with a discharge hole (12), the fixed shaft (5) is inserted into the fixed cylinder (6), and a baffle (13) is arranged on the fixed shaft (5).

The production and preparation process of the environment-friendly straw granulated feed as claimed in claim 2, wherein the production and preparation process comprises the following steps: one side of the drying roller (2) close to the air supply pipe (3) is provided with a fixing plate (14), the fixing plate (14) is fixedly connected with the air supply pipe (3), the fixing plate (14) is in sliding connection with the fixing shaft (5) through a sliding groove (15), a supporting spring (16) used for supporting the fixing shaft (5) is arranged in the sliding groove (15), and one side of the fixing plate (14) is provided with a supporting rod (17).
