The working principle of the washing and drying machine is as follows: when a drying program is executed, the drying driving motor is started to drive the pull rod, the pull rod drives the tension spring to stretch, the tension spring drives the valve pipe to move downwards, the valve pipe drives the pressure spring and the first telescopic sealing portion 31 to compress to a position below the highest edge of the drying air communicating opening 211, so that the drying air inlet 121 and the drying air communicating opening 211 are conducted, and drying air enters the drying air inlet 121 of the outer barrel bottom wall 12 to enter the outer barrel 1, so that a drying function is realized. More preferably, the drainage communication port and the drying air communication port 211 are arranged on two opposite sides of the first vertical pipe 21 in a vertically staggered manner, so as to avoid that the drainage communication port and the drying air communication port 211 are arranged on the same side, and the structures such as pipelines connected outside the two communication ports are easy to interfere.
Further, the drainage communication port is communicated with a drainage system of the washing and drying machine through a drainage channel, a drainage sealing module is arranged on the drainage channel, and the drainage sealing module has a closed state capable of blocking the drainage channel and an open state capable of conducting the drainage channel.

Further, the drainage sealing module comprises a second telescopic sealing part which is located in the second branch pipe, the second telescopic sealing part is made of flexible materials such as rubber and has a certain transverse extension length, and the second telescopic sealing part can be plugged on the drainage communication opening under the action of an elastic component.
The drainage sealing module further comprises a drainage driving mechanism capable of driving the second telescopic sealing part to perform front and back telescopic movement, and the second telescopic sealing part can move backwards to a position behind the drainage outlet under the driving of the drainage driving mechanism, so that the drainage communication port and the drainage outlet are in a conduction state to drain water.
When a drainage procedure is performed, the drainage driving mechanism drives the second flexible sealing part to move towards the outside direction far away from the drainage communication port, the second flexible sealing part moves to the position behind the drainage port, the drainage channel is conducted, and the drainage water in the outer barrel 1 sequentially flows through the drying air inlet 121, the drainage communication port, the second branch pipe and the drainage port and is drained to a drainage system of the washing and drying machine. And controlling the second telescopic sealing part to open the water outlet, controlling the first telescopic sealing part 31 to open the drying air inlet 121 and seal the drying air communication port 211, so as to prevent the discharged water in the outer tub 1 from entering the drying module 2.
It should be noted that the structure and the working principle of the drainage sealing module in the above embodiment are the same as those of the drying sealing module in the present embodiment, and therefore, the structure of the drainage sealing module is not described herein again.
In the washing and drying machine provided in this embodiment, the drying channel is connected to the drainage channel, and the drainage sealing module is disposed on the drainage channel, so as to implement conduction or blocking of the drying channel/drainage channel by respectively controlling different states of the drying sealing module and the drainage sealing module, thereby implementing both introduction of drying air and drainage function as an outer tub drainage outlet through the same drying air inlet 121, and simplifying the structure of the washing and drying machine.

The present embodiment provides a control method of the washing and drying machine in the first embodiment on the basis of the first embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a control method of a washing and drying machine, wherein a drying module 2 is installed at a bottom of an outer tub 1 of the washing and drying machine, the drying module 2 is communicated with the outer tub 1 through a drying channel, a drying sealing module 3 is disposed on the drying channel, and the drying sealing module 3 has a closed state capable of blocking the drying channel and an open state capable of conducting the drying channel.
When a drying program is executed, the control unit controls the drying sealing module 3 to open the drying channel, drying air generated by the drying module 2 enters the washing and drying machine from the bottom of the outer barrel 1 through the drying channel, and clothes to be dried attached to the inner wall of the inner barrel of the washing and drying machine are blown away, so that the clothes to be dried are fully contacted with the drying air, and the drying efficiency of the washing and drying machine is improved.
When a washing program is executed, the control unit controls the drying sealing module 3 to block the drying channel, the outer barrel 1 and the drying module 2 are in a sealing state, the sealing performance of the outer barrel 1 is guaranteed, and the phenomenon that when the washing program is executed, washing water in the outer barrel 1 overflows from the drying channel to influence the washing effect and damage the drying module 2 is avoided.
Further, a drying air inlet 121 is formed in the bottom wall 12 of the outer tub, the drying module 2 is installed outside the bottom wall 12 of the outer tub, the air outlet 201 of the drying module 2 and the drying air inlet 121 are connected through a connecting pipeline, and the drying channel is formed inside the connecting pipeline, and the drying sealing module 3 is disposed at the drying air inlet 121.

When a drying program is executed, the control unit controls the drying sealing module 3 to open the drying air inlet 121, then the drying module 2 is started, drying air enters the outer barrel 1 from the drying air inlet 121 on the bottom wall 12 of the outer barrel, and enters the inner barrel from the water permeable holes on the lower part of the barrel wall of the inner barrel, hot drying air can gradually rise, from bottom to top and from outside to inside, clothes are dried in all directions, compared with the drying air directly entering from the barrel opening of the inner barrel, the drying air energy is more sufficient and uniformly contacted with the clothes, and the drying effect is better.
After the drying program is finished or before the washing program is executed next time, the drying sealing module 3 is controlled to be blocked at the drying air inlet 121, so that the washing water in the outer tub 1 can be prevented from overflowing from the drying air inlet 121 during the washing program, and the sealing performance of the outer tub 1 is effectively ensured.
Preferably, after the drying program is finished, the drying sealing module 3 is controlled to seal the drying air inlet 121, so as to ensure the sealing performance of the outer tub 1 in real time and reduce the probability of occurrence of an unexpected situation.
Further, the connecting pipeline includes a first vertical pipe 21 connected to the drying air inlet 121, a drying air communicating opening 211 communicated with the air outlet 201 of the drying module 2 is formed in a peripheral side wall of the first vertical pipe 21, and the drying sealing module 3 includes a first telescopic sealing portion 31 having a certain longitudinal extension length and located in the first vertical pipe 21.

After the drying process is finished or before the washing process is executed next time, the first telescopic sealing part 31 is controlled to move upwards to seal the drying air inlet 121. The first telescopic sealing part 31 can be driven by the drying driving mechanism to move upwards to block at the drying air inlet 121. Preferably, in this example, the first telescopic sealing portion 31 is sealed at the drying air inlet 121 under the action of the elastic mechanism, and the specific structure and the working principle of the drying sealing module 3 can be referred to in the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Further, a clothes obtaining unit for obtaining the clothes information of the clothes to be dried in the inner barrel is arranged in the washing and drying machine; the control unit controls the downward movement displacement of the first telescopic sealing part 31 according to the clothes information acquired by the clothes acquisition unit to adjust the opening size of the drying air communication port 211, so that the air intake amount is regulated and controlled, the function of a flow valve is achieved, and the clothes drying device is multifunctional.
For example, the washing and drying machine is provided with a device for obtaining weight information of clothes to be dried in the inner tub, and when the weight of the clothes to be dried is judged to be greater than a set weight, the drying air communication port 211 is controlled to be fully opened, so that sufficient drying air can be ensured to dry the clothes, and the drying effect of the clothes is improved.
When the weight of the clothes to be dried is judged to be less than the set value, the ratio of the opened part of the drying air communication port 211 to the whole drying air communication port 211 is controlled to be 1/3-1/2, so that the drying effect can be ensured, the energy consumption is reduced, and the resources are saved.
Further, a plurality of drying air inlets 121 are formed in the outer tub bottom wall 12 at intervals in the circumferential direction, the drying air inlets 121 are respectively communicated with the air outlet 201 of the drying module 2 through a plurality of drying channels, and the drying sealing modules 3 are respectively arranged on the plurality of drying channels.
When the drying program is executed, the control unit controls the drying sealing modules 3 in corresponding number and/or positions to open corresponding drying channels according to the clothes information acquired by the clothes acquisition unit.
Further, the laundry information includes weight information of the laundry and/or moisture content information of the laundry and/or material information of the laundry and/or category information of the laundry and/or position information of the laundry.
For example, in the embodiment, 5 drying air inlets 121 may be formed in the bottom wall 12 of the outer tub, and when it is detected that the moisture content or the weight value of the laundry to be dried in the inner tub is greater than a predetermined value, or when it is detected that the laundry is down jackets or other thick-type laundry, the number of the drying air inlets 121 opened is controlled to be 3-5, and the laundry is dried through the plurality of drying air inlets 121, so as to further ensure the drying effect of more laundry.
Or, a position detection unit for detecting the position information of the clothes is arranged in the washing and drying machine, and the drying air inlet 121 corresponding to the position of the clothes to be dried in the inner barrel is controlled to be opened according to the position distribution condition of the clothes to be dried in the inner barrel, so that the drying efficiency is improved.
In another embodiment, the first vertical pipe 21 further has a drainage communication port formed on a peripheral wall thereof, the drainage communication port is communicated with a drainage system of the washing and drying machine through a drainage channel, and a drainage sealing module is disposed on the drainage channel. The drying air inlet 121 of the tub bottom wall 12 may be used not only as an inlet through which the drying air is introduced, but also as a tub drain port through which the washing water is discharged from the tub.
When the drainage program is carried out, the control unit controls the drying sealing module 3 to block the drying channel, controls the drainage sealing module to open the drainage channel, and enters the dehydration step. And controlling the drying sealing module 3 to block the drying channel during the drainage process, so as to prevent the discharged water from entering the drying module 2 and damaging the structure of the drying module 2.
And when the drainage program is finished, controlling the drainage sealing module to plug the drainage channel, controlling the drying sealing module 3 to open the drying channel, starting the drying module 2, and entering the drying program. When the drying program is executed, the drainage sealing module is controlled to plug the drainage channel, so that unnecessary waste caused by the fact that drying air is discharged from the drainage channel is avoided.
Further, the drainage communication port is positioned above the drying air communication port 211, a second branch pipe is connected to the drainage communication port, and a drainage outlet is formed in the peripheral wall of the second branch pipe; the drainage sealing module is installed on the outer side end of the second branch pipe in a sealing mode and comprises a second telescopic sealing portion located in the second branch pipe and having a certain extending length. Referring to the first embodiment, the specific structure and the working principle of the drainage sealing module are the same as those of the drying sealing module 3, and are not described herein again.
When the drainage program is executed, the control unit controls the first telescopic sealing part 31 to move downwards to a position between the lowest edge of the drainage communication port and the highest edge of the drying air communication port 211, so as to open a channel between the drying air inlet 121 and the drainage communication port and block the drying air communication port 211.
And controlling the second telescopic sealing part to move backwards to a position located at the rear side of the water outlet, so that the water discharge communication port and the water outlet are in a communicated state, entering a water discharge procedure, and discharging the washing water through the drying air inlet 121, a channel between the drying air inlet 121 and the water discharge communication port, a channel between the water discharge communication port and the water outlet of the second branch pipe and the water outlet in sequence.
Further, the control method of the washing and drying machine comprises rinsing, draining and dehydrating programs which are circularly executed in sequence, and after the last dehydrating program is finished, the drying program is executed.
When washing, rinsing, draining and dewatering processes are carried out, the control unit controls the drying sealing module 3 to block the drying channel, when the last dewatering is finished, the drying sealing module 3 is controlled to open the drying channel, the drying module 2 is started, meanwhile, the inner barrel is controlled to rotate at a low speed, drying air can gradually diffuse to the whole inner barrel along with the rotation of the inner barrel, and the drying efficiency is improved.
The embodiments in the above embodiments can be further combined or replaced, and the embodiments are only used for describing the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the concept and scope of the present invention, and various changes and modifications made to the technical solution of the present invention by those skilled in the art without departing from the design idea of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A washer-dryer, characterized by comprising:
an outer tub;
the drying module is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel and is communicated with the outer barrel through a drying channel;
the drying channel is provided with a drying sealing module, and the drying sealing module has a closing state capable of blocking the drying channel and an opening state capable of conducting the drying channel.

the outer barrel comprises an outer barrel water containing part which is positioned at the bottom of the outer barrel and can contain part of washing water, a drying air inlet is formed in the barrel wall of the outer barrel water containing part, the drying module is installed on the outer side of the barrel wall of the outer barrel water containing part, and an air outlet of the drying module is connected with the drying air inlet through a connecting pipeline to form the drying channel;
the drying sealing module is arranged at a drying air inlet and has an opening state capable of opening the drying air inlet and a closing state capable of blocking the drying air inlet so as to realize the conduction or the blockage of the drying channel.
3. The washer-dryer according to claim 2, wherein:
the drying air inlet is formed in the bottom wall of the outer barrel, the drying module is installed on the outer side of the bottom wall of the outer barrel, and the position, corresponding to the drying air inlet, of the drying sealing module is installed on the outer side of the bottom wall of the outer barrel.
4. The washing and drying machine according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that:
the connecting pipeline comprises a first vertical pipe connected to the drying air inlet, a drying air communicating opening is formed in the peripheral side wall of the first vertical pipe, and the connecting pipeline further comprises a first branch pipe connected between the drying air communicating opening and the air outlet of the drying module;
the drying sealing module comprises a first telescopic sealing part positioned in the first vertical pipe, and the first telescopic sealing part can be butted against the drying air inlet in a sealing manner under the action of an elastic part;
the drying sealing module further comprises a driving mechanism capable of driving the first telescopic sealing portion to move up and down, and the first telescopic sealing portion can move down to a position below the highest edge of the drying air communicating opening under the driving of the driving mechanism, so that the drying air inlet and the drying air communicating opening are in a conduction state.
5. The washer-dryer according to claim 4, wherein:
the first standpipe has an internal diameter d1, and the drying air inlet has an internal diameter d2, wherein: d1 > d 2;
the first telescoping seal has a certain elastic extension in the axial direction, the first telescoping seal having an outer diameter dimension d3, wherein: d1 > d3 > d 2.

a drainage communication port is further formed in the peripheral wall of the first vertical pipe, and the drainage communication port is formed in the first vertical pipe between the drying air communication port and the drying air inlet;
the drainage communication port is communicated with a drainage system of the washing and drying machine through a drainage channel, a drainage sealing module is arranged on the drainage channel, and the drainage sealing module has a closed state capable of plugging the drainage channel and an open state capable of conducting the drainage channel;
preferably, the drain communication port and the drying air communication port have different opening directions.

the drainage communication port is connected with a second branch pipe, a drainage port is formed in the peripheral wall of the second branch pipe and communicated with a drainage system of the washing and drying machine, and the drainage sealing module is installed at the outer side end of the second branch pipe;
the drainage sealing module comprises a second telescopic sealing part positioned in the second branch pipe, and the second telescopic sealing part can be plugged on the drainage communication port under the action of an elastic component;
the drainage sealing module further comprises a drainage driving mechanism capable of driving the second telescopic sealing part to perform front and back telescopic motion, and the second telescopic sealing part can move backwards to a position located on the rear side of the drainage outlet under the driving of the drainage driving mechanism, so that the drainage communication port and the drainage outlet are in a conduction state.
8. The washer-dryer according to any one of claims 3 to 7, wherein:
the drying air inlet is arranged on the outer peripheral side close to the outer barrel bottom wall, and the drying module is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the outer barrel bottom wall corresponding to the drying air inlet.
