In order to further ensure the drainage effect, the water guide channel 3 further comprises a first water guide part tightly attached to the outer side of the wall of the washing barrel 1; the second water guide part is communicated with the water outlet end of the first water guide part; the second water guide part guides the washing water to the water receiving device at the lower part of the washing barrel 1, and as the washing barrel 1 is in a high-speed rotating state in the dewatering operation, in order to avoid the washing water from flowing back to the washing barrel 1 from the water guide channel 3 in the state of the washing barrel 1 rotating at a high speed, the outer wall of the first water guide part is arranged in a trend that the distance from the top of the washing barrel 1 to the bottom is gradually changed, and the outer wall of the second water guide part is arranged in a trend that the distance from the top of the washing barrel 1 to the bottom is gradually changed; more preferably, the distance of the first water guide from the axis of the washing tub 1 exhibits an increasing trend; the distance between the second water guide part and the axis of the washing barrel 1 changes in a descending trend, and the multi-section water guide channel 3 provided by the invention utilizes the flowing trend of water in the washing barrel 1 rotating at a high speed, so that the backflow of water flow in the drainage process is avoided, and the concentrated drainage of the water flow is ensured in the drainage process.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a washing tub 1 of a washing machine according to the present embodiment includes a dewatering opening 2 disposed on a tub wall of the washing tub 1, and configured as an opening structure for guiding out washing water inside the washing tub 1; the water guide channel 3 is an independent structure which extends from top to bottom and is arranged on the wall of the washing barrel 1, is provided with a water inlet 4 communicated with the dewatering port 2 and guides the washing water in the washing barrel 1 to the lower part of the washing barrel 1, the water guide channel 3 is arranged on the peripheral wall of the washing barrel 1 and comprises a shell, a water inlet 4 arranged at one end of the shell and a water outlet arranged at the other end of the shell, and a water guide cavity chamber from the water inlet 4 to the water outlet is arranged in the shell; the radius of the outer wall of the water guide chamber is smaller than that of the washing barrel 1; and a sealing member 5 disposed between the dehydration port 2 and the water inlet 4, and configured to prevent the washing water from flowing out through a gap between the dehydration port 2 and the water inlet 4.
In order to ensure the water guide effect of the water guide channel 3, the sealing element 5 is arranged between the dewatering port 2 and the water inlet 4, so that the washing water is prevented from flowing out from a gap between the dewatering port 2 and the water inlet 4, the washing water is further ensured to be rapidly discharged from the water guide channel 3, and the integral structure is optimized.
According to the invention, the dehydration port 2 of the washing barrel 1 is arranged on the barrel wall of the washing barrel 1, and the water guide channel 3 is communicated with the dehydration port 2, so that the flowing trend of water flow during dehydration of the washing barrel 1 is effectively utilized, the function is ensured, and the energy consumption is reduced.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the washing tub 1 of the washing machine provided in the present embodiment, a dewatering port 2 is disposed at an upper end of a tub wall of the washing tub 1, and is configured as an opening structure for guiding out washing water inside the washing tub 1; a water guide channel 3 is communicated with the dehydration port 2, the water guide channel 3 is an independent structure extending from top to bottom and arranged on the wall of the washing tub 1, and is provided with a water inlet 4 communicated with the dehydration port 2 and used for guiding the washing water in the washing tub 1 to the lower part of the washing tub 1; in order to prevent the washing water from flowing out from the gap between the dehydration opening 2 and the water inlet 4, a sealing member 5 is provided between the dehydration opening 2 and the water inlet 4.
In order to improve the sealing performance between the dehydration opening 2 arranged on the barrel wall and the water inlet 4 arranged on the water guide channel 3, a connecting channel 6 protruding out of the barrel wall of the washing barrel 1 is arranged on one side of the dehydration opening 2 facing the water inlet 4, and the connecting channel 6 is inserted into the water inlet 4; furthermore, sealing member 5 has the through-hole that can the cover locate on connecting channel 6, and sealing member 5 extrusion sets up between dehydration mouth 2 and water inlet 4, and the cover is located on connecting channel 6, and in connecting channel 6 stretched into water inlet 4 towards one side of water inlet 4, connecting channel 6 had the guide effect to washing water entering water guide channel 3, and cooperation sealing member 5 has improved the leakproofness between dehydration mouth 2 and the water inlet 4, prevents that washing water from dehydrating the gap outflow between mouth 2 and the water inlet 4.
Preferably, the sealing element 5 is a sealing ring or a sealing glue annularly arranged at the edge of the dewatering opening 2, although the specific application of the sealing element 5 can be selected according to the actual situation, and this embodiment is only a preferred embodiment.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the washing tub 1 of the washing machine provided in the present embodiment, a dewatering port 2 is disposed at an upper end of a tub wall of the washing tub 1, and is configured as an opening structure for guiding out washing water inside the washing tub 1; a water guide channel 3 is communicated with the dehydration port 2, the water guide channel 3 is an independent structure extending from top to bottom and arranged on the wall of the washing tub 1, and is provided with a water inlet 4 communicated with the dehydration port 2 and used for guiding the washing water in the washing tub 1 to the lower part of the washing tub 1; in order to prevent the washing water from flowing out from the gap between the dehydration opening 2 and the water inlet 4, a sealing member 5 is provided between the dehydration opening 2 and the water inlet 4.

Preferably, the length of the connection channel 6 inserted into the water inlet 4 is shorter than the length of the first burring structure 7 extending into the dehydration opening 2, so that the washing water is better guided from the dehydration hole into the water guide channel 3 through the connection channel 6 and the first burring structure 7.
Example four
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the washing tub 1 of the washing machine provided in the present embodiment, a dewatering port 2 is disposed at an upper end of a tub wall of the washing tub 1, and is configured as an opening structure for guiding out washing water inside the washing tub 1; a water guide channel 3 is communicated with the dehydration port 2, the water guide channel 3 is an independent structure extending from top to bottom and arranged on the wall of the washing tub 1, and is provided with a water inlet 4 communicated with the dehydration port 2 and used for guiding the washing water in the washing tub 1 to the lower part of the washing tub 1; in order to prevent the washing water from flowing out from the gap between the dehydration opening 2 and the water inlet 4, a sealing member 5 is provided between the dehydration opening 2 and the water inlet 4.
In order to improve the sealing performance between the dehydration port 2 arranged on the barrel wall and the water inlet 4 arranged on the water guide channel 3, a connecting channel 6 protruding out of the barrel wall of the washing barrel 1 is arranged on one side of the dehydration port 2 facing the water inlet 4, the edge of the water inlet 4 extends to one side of the water guide channel 3 along the central line of the water inlet 4 to form a second flanging structure 8, and the connecting channel 6 is inserted into the water inlet 4; furthermore, the sealing element 5 is provided with a through hole which can be sleeved on the connecting channel 6, a first flanging structure 7 is arranged at the edge of the through hole outwards towards one side of the water inlet 4, and the first flanging structure 7 extends into the water inlet 4; sealing member 5 extrusion sets up between dehydration mouth 2 and water inlet 4, the cover is located on connecting channel 6, connecting channel 6 stretches into in the water inlet 4 towards one side of water inlet 4, sealing member 5's first turn-ups structure 7 also stretches into in the water inlet 4, connecting channel 6, first turn-ups structure 7 and the cooperation of second turn-ups structure 8 get into water guide channel 3 to the washing water and have the guide effect, cooperation sealing member 5 has improved the leakproofness between dehydration mouth 2 and the water inlet 4, prevent that the washing water from the gap outflow between dehydration mouth 2 and the water inlet 4.
Preferably, the length of the connecting channel 6 inserted into the water inlet 4 is less than the length of the first flanging structure 7 extending into the dewatering port 2 and less than the length of the second flanging structure 8 extending into the dewatering port 2, so that the washing water is better guided to enter the water guide channel 3 from the dewatering port 2 through the connecting channel 6, the first flanging structure 7 and the second flanging structure 8, the sealing performance between the dewatering port 2 arranged on the bucket wall and the water inlet 4 arranged on the water guide channel 3 is improved, and the washing water is prevented from flowing out from the gap between the dewatering port 2 and the water inlet 4.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the washing tub 1 of the washing machine provided in the present embodiment, a dewatering port 2 is disposed at an upper end of a tub wall of the washing tub 1, and is configured as an opening structure for guiding out washing water inside the washing tub 1; a water guide channel 3 is communicated with the dehydration port 2, the water guide channel 3 is an independent structure extending from top to bottom and arranged on the wall of the washing tub 1, and is provided with a water inlet 4 communicated with the dehydration port 2 and used for guiding the washing water in the washing tub 1 to the lower part of the washing tub 1; in order to prevent the washing water from flowing out from the gap between the dehydration opening 2 and the water inlet 4, a sealing member 5 is provided between the dehydration opening 2 and the water inlet 4.
In order to improve the sealing performance between the dewatering opening 2 arranged on the barrel wall and the water inlet 4 arranged on the water guide channel 3, one side of the water inlet 4 facing the dewatering opening 2 is provided with a connecting channel 6 protruding out of the inner wall of the shell of the water guide channel 3, and the connecting channel 6 is inserted into the dewatering opening 2. Furthermore, the sealing element 5 is provided with a through hole which can be sleeved on the connecting channel 6, the edge of the through hole is outwards provided with a third flanging structure towards one side of the dehydration port 2, and the third flanging structure extends into the dehydration port 2; sealing member 5 extrusion sets up between dehydration mouth 2 and water inlet 4, the cover is located on connecting channel 6, connecting channel 6 stretches into in the dehydration mouth 2 towards one side of dehydration mouth 2, the third turn-ups structure of sealing member 5 also stretches into in the dehydration mouth 2, connecting channel 6 and third turn-ups structure get into water guide channel 3 to the washing water and have the guide effect, cooperation sealing member 5 has improved the leakproofness between dehydration mouth 2 and the water inlet 4, prevent that the washing water from the gap outflow between dehydration mouth 2 and the water inlet 4.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the structure of the washing tub 1 of the washing machine according to the embodiment is configured as a tub structure for holding washing water during the washing process, and the part of the tub wall of the washing tub 1 below the dewatering opening 2 is arranged in a closed manner, so that the washing machine can omit an outer tub structure, and water only exists in the washing tub 1 during the washing process, thereby avoiding the problem of 'dirt collection and scale collection' caused by water storage between the inner and outer tubs of the traditional washing machine, having a better washing effect, omitting the outer tub, wherein the washing tub 1 is a water tub, and no water is stored between the inner and outer tubs during the washing process, thereby reducing the water consumption for washing, saving the water consumption for washing, increasing the capacity of the washing tub 1 under the condition that the volume of the cabinet is not changed or the volume of the cabinet is changed very little, and realizing the capacity expansion effect of the washing machine.
EXAMPLE seven
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the washing tub 1 of the washing machine provided in the present embodiment, a dewatering port 2 is disposed at an upper end of a tub wall of the washing tub 1, and is configured as an opening structure for guiding out washing water inside the washing tub 1; a water guide channel 3 is communicated with the dehydration port 2, the water guide channel 3 is an independent structure extending from top to bottom and arranged on the wall of the washing tub 1, and is provided with a water inlet 4 communicated with the dehydration port 2 and used for guiding the washing water in the washing tub 1 to the lower part of the washing tub 1; in order to prevent the washing water from flowing out from the gap between the dehydration opening 2 and the water inlet 4, a sealing member 5 is provided between the dehydration opening 2 and the water inlet 4.
At least part of the water guide channel 3 is made of metal materials, and the water guide channel 3 is connected with the washing barrel 1 in a welding mode; preferably, the sealing member 5 is inserted into the water inlet 4 before welding, and the connecting passage 6 is inserted into the waterway water inlet 4. Reliable sealing between the water guide passage 3 and the washing tub 1 is achieved by welding and partial sealing.
Example eight
This embodiment a washing tub 1 of washing machine is provided with water guide channel 3 at 1 outer wall of washing tub, connects water guide channel 3, is provided with dehydration mouth 2 at 1 wall top of washing tub, and this embodiment is provided with connection structure at the junction of water guide channel 3 and washing tub 1, and specifically, water guide channel 3 is connected through the screw thread with washing tub 1, and in the use, if meet water guide channel 3 and break, block up scheduling problem, user or maintainer can dismantle it and maintain.
The connection structures described in this embodiment are uniformly distributed on the through hole structures on both sides of the water guide channel 3, and the bolt can connect the water guide channel 3 with the washing tub 1 through the through hole, the threaded connection in this embodiment is only a preferred embodiment, and those skilled in the art can understand it as other technical means commonly used in the art, such as clamping, plugging, and the like.
When the through holes are used for connection, at least the sealing piece 5 provided in the second to fourth embodiments of the present invention can be used for sealing the connection.
Example nine
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the washing machine washing tub 1 of the present embodiment, a dewatering port 2 is disposed at the top of a tub wall of the washing tub 1, and is configured as an opening structure for guiding out washing water inside the washing tub 1 during a dewatering operation of the washing tub 1, a water guide channel 3 for guiding out the washing water in the washing tub 1 to a water receiving device at the lower part of the washing tub 1 is disposed corresponding to the dewatering port 2, the water guide channel 3 is disposed on the tub wall of the washing tub 1 and is communicated with the dewatering port 2, and water is discharged from the dewatering port 2 during a dewatering stage into the water guide channel 3 due to capacity expansion of the washing machine.
At least part has the outside recess of opening on the bucket wall of a washing section of thick bamboo, its water guide channel 3 is the independent structure of embedding washing bucket 1 recess, be equipped with the water guide cavity chamber in the water guide channel 3, when washing bucket 1 carries out the dehydration operation, the washing water of washing bucket 1 inside is derived from the water guide cavity chamber in water guide channel 3 through dehydration mouth 2, because washing bucket 1 is high-speed rotatory when the dehydration operation, consequently, this embodiment forms water guide channel 3 and washing bucket 1's outer wall smooth transition curved surface, when washing bucket 1 is high-speed rotatory, the resistance of wind can effectively be reduced to the curved surface of smooth transition, reduce the energy consumption, improve washing efficiency.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the washing tub 1 of the washing machine of the present embodiment, the dewatering port 2 is disposed at the top of the tub wall of the washing tub 1, and is configured as an opening structure for guiding out the washing water inside the washing tub 1 during the dewatering operation of the washing tub 1, the water guide channel 3 for guiding out the washing water inside the washing tub 1 to the water receiving device at the lower part of the washing tub 1 is disposed corresponding to the dewatering port 2, and the water guide channel 3 is disposed at the outer wall of the washing tub 1 and is communicated with the dewatering port 2, so that the water is discharged from the water channel port in the dewatering stage to enter the water channel due to the expansion of the washing machine.
Meanwhile, the water guide channel 3 of the present embodiment further includes a first water guide part closely attached to the outer side of the tub wall of the washing tub 1; the second water guide part is communicated with the water outlet end of the first water guide part; preferably, the outer wall of the first water guide part has a gradually changing trend of distance from the axis of the washing tub 1 from the top of the washing tub 1 to the bottom; the outer wall of the second water guide part is gradually changed from the top of the washing barrel 1 to the bottom of the washing barrel 1; more preferably, the distance of the first water guiding part from the axis of the washing tub 1 presents an increasing trend; the distance between the second water guide part and the axis of the washing barrel 1 is in a descending trend.
The multi-section water guide channel 3 utilizes the flowing trend of water in the high-speed rotating washing barrel 1, avoids the water flow from flowing backwards in the drainage process, and ensures the concentrated drainage of the water flow in the drainage process.
EXAMPLE eleven

Further, in the present invention,
the second water guide part of the water guide channel 3 guides the washing water in the washing barrel 1 into the water collection tank;
preferably, the upper edge of the water collecting tank is higher than the height of the position of the water outlet end of the second water guide part;
more preferably, the upper edge of the sump is not higher than a height of the washing tub 1 from a bottom to a top half thereof.
When the washing machine is used for washing, in order to ensure the normal work of the washing machine, a locking structure is arranged on the water collecting device at the outer side of the bottom of the washing barrel 1, and the locking structure is popped up during washing and is combined with the positioning on a flange plate at the bottom of the washing barrel 1 to realize the locking of the washing barrel 1; in addition, in order to avoid the loss of washing water of the washing machine in the washing process, a valve plug is arranged at the drainage port corresponding to the bottom of the washing barrel 1, and when the washing machine is used for washing, the valve plug is matched with the drainage hole at the bottom of the washing barrel 1 to block the drainage hole, so that the washing water in the washing barrel 1 is prevented from overflowing.

1. A washing tub of a washing machine, the washing tub being a rotatable water tub; the method is characterized in that: comprises that
The dewatering opening is arranged on the wall of the washing barrel;
the water guide channel is an independent structure which extends from top to bottom and is arranged on the wall of the washing barrel, and is provided with a water inlet communicated with the dewatering port and a water outlet for guiding out washing water, and a water guide chamber is formed between the water inlet and the water outlet;
and a sealing member disposed between the dehydration port and the water inlet.
2. The washing tub of a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
one side of the dehydration port, which faces the water inlet, is provided with a connecting channel protruding out of the wall of the washing barrel, and the connecting channel is spliced with the water inlet.
3. The washing tub of a washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the sealing element is provided with a through hole sleeved on the connecting channel, a first flanging structure is arranged on the edge of the through hole towards one side of the water inlet outwards, and the first flanging structure extends into the water inlet.
4. A washing tub of a washing machine as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that:
the edge of the water inlet extends to one side of the water guide channel along the central line of the water inlet to form a second flanging structure;
preferably, the first and second electrodes are formed of a metal,

5. The washing tub of a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
and a connecting channel protruding out of the water guide channel is arranged on one side of the water inlet facing the dehydration port, and the connecting channel is spliced with the dehydration port.
6. The washing tub of a washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein:
the sealing element is provided with a through hole which is sleeved on the connecting channel, the edge of the through hole faces to one side of the dehydration opening and is outwards provided with a third flanging structure, and the third flanging structure extends into the dehydration opening.
7. The washing tub of a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein:
at least part of the wall of the washing drum is provided with a groove with an outward opening, the water guide channel is embedded in the groove,
preferably, the first and second electrodes are formed of a metal,
the water guide channel and the wall of the washing barrel form a smooth transition curved surface.
8. The washing tub of a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein:
the number of the dewatering ports is at least one, the number of the water guide channels is at least one, and each water guide channel corresponds to at least one dewatering port;
preferably, the dewatering ports are at least two arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the washing tub, and the water guide channels are at least two arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the washing tub.
9. The washing tub of a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein:
at least part of the water guide channel is made of metal materials, and the water guide channel is connected with the washing barrel in a welding mode.
10. A washing machine having a washing tub of the washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising a cabinet, characterized in that:
a water receiving device for collecting the washing water guided and discharged through the water guide channel is also arranged in the box body;
preferably, the first and second electrodes are formed of a metal,
the water receiving device is arranged at the lower position outside the washing barrel,
a drainage channel for draining washing water is arranged on the water receiving device;
preferably, the water receiving device is a cavity structure with an opening at the upper part, and the bottom wall is arranged below the washing barrel;
preferably, the upper opening of the water receiving device is lower than the dewatering opening of the washing tub;
preferably, the water receiving device is positioned below the washing barrel and is coaxial with the washing barrel.
