Abstract
本发明公开了一种医用管道的亲水涂层,包括粘接层和亲水层:粘接层为交联剂,亲水层为亲水聚氨酯;两者质量比为1:10;其中交联剂采用多异氰酸酯、氮丙啶化合物、环氧基交联剂、硅氧烷交联剂或多碳二亚胺交联剂;亲水聚氨酯采用聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚丙烯酞胺、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚环氧乙烷、羧甲基壳聚糖或羟乙基纤维素。本发明提供的一种医用管道的亲水涂层,通过交联剂与亲水聚酯氨进行混合配比,提高亲水涂层在导管表面的稳定性,提高医用导管在使用时的亲水性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用管道的亲水涂层。
背景技术
医用导管作为常见的介入手术用材料被广泛应用,为了能够在人体内提供管道流通,保护手术中患者的人体机能,通常都需要利用医用管道进行介入手术,在管道置入患者体内时,如果管道表面不够润滑,就会对人体器官造成损伤,而管道在人体内不能与体内的其他组织产生反应,会影响到医疗效果,因此其表面的润滑性能就只能通过改性或者涂层来达到。
传统的涂层材料成本高昂,必须要导管浸润在材料内才能进行表面附着,依靠材料本身的亲水性能来保证使用,这样的涂层表面极不稳定。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种医用管道的亲水涂层,利用材料配比的修改,将传统的单一涂层改为粘接层和亲水层,使得粘接层与导管外圆相连接,再连接亲水层,提高亲水涂层在导管表面的稳定性。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供的一种医用管道的亲水涂层采用了如下技术方案:
一种医用管道的亲水涂层,包括粘接层和亲水层:粘接层为交联剂,亲水层为亲水聚氨酯,;两者质量比为1:10;其中交联剂采用多异氰酸酯、氮丙啶化合物、环氧基交联剂、硅氧烷交联剂或多碳二亚胺交联剂;亲水聚氨酯采用聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚丙烯酞胺、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚环氧乙烷、羧甲基壳聚糖或羟乙基纤维素。
进一步的,交联剂优选多异氰酸酯,多异氰酸酯为二异氰酸酯单体与二元醇和三元醇的混合物,摩尔比为1:0.1-0.4:0.25-0.3。
进一步的,亲水聚氨酯优选聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮,其质量比占总材料比重为30%。
进一步的,交联剂与亲水聚氨酯混合在45度温度下进行混合,加入的溶剂中进行搅拌,固体重量占溶剂重量的50%。
进一步的,搅拌频率为4000-6000r/min。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的一种医用管道的亲水涂层,通过交联剂与亲水聚酯氨进行混合配比,提高亲水涂层在导管表面的稳定性,提高医用导管在使用时的亲水性能。

为了更清楚的了解本发明提供的技术方案,下面结合具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
本发明提供的一种医用管道的亲水涂层,一种医用管道的亲水涂层,包括粘接层和亲水层:粘接层为交联剂,亲水层为亲水聚氨酯,;两者质量比为1:10;其中交联剂采用多异氰酸酯、氮丙啶化合物、环氧基交联剂、硅氧烷交联剂或多碳二亚胺交联剂;亲水聚氨酯采用聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚丙烯酞胺、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚环氧乙烷、羧甲基壳聚糖或羟乙基纤维素。
进一步的,交联剂优选多异氰酸酯,多异氰酸酯为二异氰酸酯单体与二元醇和三元醇的混合物,摩尔比为1:0.1-0.4:0.25-0.3。
进一步的,亲水聚氨酯优选聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮,其质量比占总材料比重为30%。
进一步的,交联剂与亲水聚氨酯混合在45度温度下进行混合,加入的溶剂中进行搅拌,固体重量占溶剂重量的50%。
进一步的,搅拌频率为4000-6000r/min。

1.一种医用管道的亲水涂层,其特征在于,包括粘接层和亲水层,粘接层为交联剂,亲水层为亲水聚氨酯,;两者质量比为1:10;其中交联剂采用多异氰酸酯、氮丙啶化合物、环氧基交联剂、硅氧烷交联剂或多碳二亚胺交联剂;亲水聚氨酯采用聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚丙烯酞胺、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚环氧乙烷、羧甲基壳聚糖或羟乙基纤维素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用管道的亲水涂层,其特征在于,交联剂优选多异氰酸酯,多异氰酸酯为二异氰酸酯单体与二元醇和三元醇的混合物,摩尔比为1:0.1-0.4:0.25-0.3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用管道的亲水涂层,其特征在于,亲水聚氨酯优选聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮,其质量比占总材料比重为30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用管道的亲水涂层,其特征在于,交联剂与亲水聚氨酯混合在45度温度下进行混合,加入的溶剂中进行搅拌,固体重量占溶剂重量的50%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种医用管道的亲水涂层,其特征在于,搅拌频率为4000-6000r/min。
