随着年龄增长,面部皮肤会逐步老化,眼部肌肤问题更为突出。为了延缓眼周皮肤衰老,日常生活中除了保证充足睡眠、养成良好的生活习惯和用眼习惯外,常用方法就是使用保湿类眼部化妆品,眼霜就是最常用的一种眼部化妆品。
发明内容
本发明的首要目的在于克服现有技术的缺点与不足,提供一种保湿眼霜。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述保湿眼霜的制备方法。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种保湿眼霜,包括以下质量百分比的组分:A1组分:丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.6%-1.4%、甘油3%-6%、水余量;A2组分:丁二醇0.6%-1.2%、透明质酸0.1%-0.5%;A3组分:肌醇1.5%-2.5%;B组分:山嵛醇0.5%-1%、鲸蜡硬脂醇1%-1.4%、硬脂酸0.3%-0.4%、十六十八醇1.8%-2.2%、三月桂精0.8%-1.3%、椰油醇-辛酸酯1.9%-2.3%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.8%-2.2%、植物角鲨烷1.5%-1.8%、姜根油0.05%-0.4%、白池花籽油0.6%-0.8%、异壬酸异壬酯1.0%-1.2%、维生素E0.3%-0.6%、红没药醇0.05%-0.5%、姜根提取物0.05%-0.5%、芒果籽脂0.4%-0.5%;C组分:对羟基苯乙酮0.4%-0.5%、丁二醇2%-3%、乙基己基甘油0.1%-0.15%、1,2-己二醇0.4%-0.5%;D组分:Vc乙基醚0.4%-0.5%;E组分:植物提取物合剂2.5%-3%、水溶神经酰胺0.1%-0.3%。
优选地,所述保湿眼霜,包括以下质量百分比的组分:A1组分:丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.9%-1.2%、甘油4%-5%、水余量;A2组分:丁二醇0.6%-1%、透明质酸0.1%-0.4%;A3组分:肌醇1.5%-2%;B组分:山嵛醇0.6%-0.7%、鲸蜡硬脂醇1.1%-1.2%、硬脂酸0.3%、十六十八醇1.9%-2%、三月桂精1.0-1.2%、椰油醇-辛酸酯2%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2%、植物角鲨烷1.5%、姜根油0.1%-0.3%、白池花籽油0.8%、异壬酸异壬酯1.2%、维生素E 0.4-0.5%、红没药醇0.2%-0.4%、姜根提取物0.1%-0.35%、芒果籽脂0.5%;C组分:对羟基苯乙酮0.5%、丁二醇3%、乙基己基甘油0.1%、1,2-己二醇0.5%;D组分:Vc乙基醚0.4%-0.5%;E组分:植物提取物合剂3%、水溶神经酰胺0.3%。
所述植物提取物合剂包括以下质量百分比的组分:小米椒果提取物0.01%-10%、假叶树根提取物0.05%-10%、葡萄柚果提取物0.1%-20%、苯甲酸钠0.01%-3.0%、氨乙基次膦酸0.05%-3.0%、问荆提取物0.1%-10%、光果甘草根提取物0.01%-5.0%,水余量。
上述保湿眼霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将分别预先分散的A1组分与A2组分混合均匀,再与A3组分混合均匀;
(2)将B组分90-95℃分散10min,与步骤(1)的产物混合,均质,降温至70℃,加入80℃预先分散的C组分,混合均匀;
(3)将D组分于45-50℃下与步骤(2)的产物混合,分散均匀,加入E组分,溶解完全,得到保湿眼霜。
步骤(1)中所述A1组分预先分散均匀的方式为3000-3500rpm转速下95-90℃加热分散15-20min。
步骤(1)中所述混合均匀为搅拌15-20min。
步骤(2)中所述均质为3000-3500rpm均质15-20min。
步骤(3)中所述分散均匀为搅拌15-20min。
步骤(3)中所述溶解完全为搅拌15-20min。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的保湿眼霜包含姜根油、红没药醇、透明质酸、水溶神经酰胺、姜根提取物及其他植物提取物,可有效针对眼周皮肤保湿、提高光泽度,气味令人愉悦,使用体验好,皮肤舒适度高。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1-4
各实施例中保湿眼霜的配方如表1所示,制备方法包括以下步骤:
1.将丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、甘油加入水中,3000rpm均质下加入主锅中,加热至95℃,保温20分钟并搅拌,分散均匀;
2.将丁二醇、透明质酸组分搅拌分散均匀,然后投入到主锅中,搅拌20分钟,完全溶解;
3.将肌醇投入主锅中,搅拌15分钟;
4.将山嵛醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇、硬脂酸、十六十八醇、三月桂精、椰油醇-辛酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、植物角鲨烷、姜根油、白池花籽油、异壬酸异壬酯、维生素E、红没药醇、姜根提取物、芒果籽脂投入油相锅中,加热至90℃,保温搅拌10分钟后,抽入主锅中,3200rpm均质15分钟,开启冷却水降温至70℃;
5.将预先80℃分散均匀的对羟基苯乙酮、丁二醇、乙基己基甘油、1,2-己二醇投入主锅中搅拌15分钟,混合均匀;
6.降温至45℃,将Vc乙基醚投入至主锅中,混合搅拌15分钟,均匀;
7.将植物提取物合剂(小米椒果提取物1%、假叶树根提取物2%、葡萄柚果提取物5%、苯甲酸钠2%、氨乙基次膦酸3%、问荆提取物4%、光果甘草根提取物2%,水余量)预配后投入主锅中,再加入水溶神经酰胺,混合搅拌20分钟,溶解完全;
8.降温至35℃,半成品检验,检验合格后出料。检验项目及标准见表2。

对比例1-4
对比例1-4的保湿眼霜与实施例1的差别仅在于配方上的不同,各对比例中保湿眼霜的配方如表3所示。

效果检测
1、保湿效果测试
为验证本发明眼霜的使用功效,将实施例1-4以及对比例1-4所得样品进行保湿效果测试。
测试方法:
筛选25-45岁志愿者人群,志愿者是无严重***疾病,无免疫缺陷或自身免疫性疾病者,无活动性过敏性疾病者,既往对化妆品无严重过敏史者,近一个月未曾使用过激素类药物及免疫抑制剂者,未参加其他临床测试者受试者。将志愿者分为8组,每组10人,各组之间无显著差异。选择眼部四周皮肤作为测试部位,试验前(即未使用本发明实施例及对比例产品)测试一次,每天早晚洁面后使用受试产品,从涂抹样品的时间开始计时,于28天测定测试区域的角质层水分含量、皮肤光泽度。受试产品分别为实施例1-4和对比例1-4的样品。角质层水分含量和皮肤光泽度分别使用皮肤水分测试探头Cornometer CM825和皮肤光泽度测试探头Skin-Glossymeter GL200(德国Courage+Khazaka,50829Koln,Germany)进行测试得到。
结果数据分析:
a.水分、光泽度变化量的计算
使用样品后受试部位的测量值减去使用前受试部位的测量值,得到使用产品前后受试部位角质层水分含量、皮肤光泽度的平均差值,计算公式如下式(1)和式(2)。
(1)T=(Mx-Mo)/10;(2)G=(Nx-No)/10;其式中:T为皮肤水分变化量;Mx为使用产品28天后,皮肤水分的测量值;Mo为皮肤水分产品使用前测量值;G为皮肤光泽度变化量;Nx为使用产品28天后,皮肤光泽度的测量值;No为皮肤光泽度产品使用前测量值。
测试结果如表4所示。

从表4测试结果可知,实施例1-4所得产品对使用者皮肤的含水量和光泽度存在显著的提升作用,其中实施例1-2所得产品的提升程度较高于实施例3和4的产品。而从对比例1-4所得产品的测试结果可知,眼霜配方中组分的添加量对产品的保湿效果具有较大影响,尤其是姜根油,姜根提取物,透明质酸、植物提取物合剂的添加量不足时,得到的产品使用后的皮肤含水量及光泽度提升效果与实施例的产品使用后效果差异明显。
2、用户体验测试
为检测本发明眼霜的使用体验,对实施例1-4及对比例1-4的8个样品进行用户体验测试,对保湿效果测试的志愿者进行回访调查,针对志愿者使用后是否发干起白屑现象、气味评价、使用皮肤舒适度评价进行统计。其中气味评价总分5分,5评分标准为:气味协调自然,有愉悦香气;4评分标准为:气味协调,有一定香气;3评分标准为:气味一般,有一定特殊气味,但总体协调,不反感;2评分标准:有一定的不和谐气味,协调较弱,***均值,所述结果如表5所示。

从表中可以看出,实施例1-4制备的眼霜样品总体气味令人愉悦,使用后皮肤舒适度良好,没有发干起白屑现象。
综合而言,实施例1-4所得样品具有良好的使用体验和优异的皮肤质量提升效果,其中,实施例1所得产品效果最佳。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种保湿眼霜,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:A1组分:丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.6%-1.4%、甘油3%-6%、水余量;A2组分:丁二醇0.6%-1.2%、透明质酸0.1%-0.5%;A3组分:肌醇1.5%-2.5%;B组分:山嵛醇0.5%-1%、鲸蜡硬脂醇1%-1.4%、硬脂酸0.3%-0.4%、十六十八醇1.8%-2.2%、三月桂精0.8%-1.3%、椰油醇-辛酸酯1.9%-2.3%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.8%-2.2%、植物角鲨烷1.5%-1.8%、姜根油0.05%-0.4%、白池花籽油0.6%-0.8%、异壬酸异壬酯1.0%-1.2%、维生素E0.3%-0.6%、红没药醇0.05%-0.5%、姜根提取物0.05%-0.5%、芒果籽脂0.4%-0.5%;C组分:对羟基苯乙酮0.4%-0.5%、丁二醇2%-3%、乙基己基甘油0.1%-0.15%、1,2-己二醇0.4%-0.5%;D组分:Vc乙基醚0.4%-0.5%;E组分:植物提取物合剂2.5%-3%、水溶神经酰胺0.1%-0.3%;
所述植物提取物合剂包括以下质量百分比的组分:小米椒果提取物0.01%-10%、假叶树根提取物0.05%-10%、葡萄柚果提取物0.1%-20%、苯甲酸钠0.01%-3.0%、氨乙基次膦酸0.05%-3.0%、问荆提取物0.1%-10%、光果甘草根提取物0.01%-5.0%。

3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述保湿眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将分别预先分散的A1组分与A2组分混合均匀,再与A3组分混合均匀;
(2)将B组分90-95℃分散10min,与步骤(1)的产物混合,均质,降温至70℃,加入80℃预先分散的C组分,混合均匀;
(3)将D组分于45-50℃下与步骤(2)的产物混合,分散均匀,加入E组分,溶解完全,得到保湿眼霜。
4.根据权利要求3所述保湿眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于,
步骤(1)中所述A1组分预先分散均匀的方式为3000-3500rpm转速下95-90℃加热分散15-20min;
步骤(1)中所述混合均匀为搅拌15-20min。
5.根据权利要求3所述保湿眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于,
步骤(2)中所述均质为3000-3500rpm均质15-20min。
6.根据权利要求3所述保湿眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于,
步骤(3)中所述分散均匀为搅拌15-20min;
步骤(3)中所述溶解完全为搅拌15-20min。
