本发明涉及一种添加人参类脂质体的抗氧化功能眼霜及其制备方法,属于化妆品领域。将牛油果树果脂、霍霍巴籽油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸、癸酸甘油三酯、角鲨烷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG‑100硬脂酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯称量在一个容器内并加热溶解;将甘油、甜菜碱、EDTA二钠、尿囊素、丁二醇,黄原胶加入到蒸馏水中搅拌溶解,降温过程中,依次加入透明质酸钠、人参总皂苷冻干粉、人参类脂质体混悬液、VC乙基醚、人参精油、苯氧乙醇、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、丙二醇、丙烯酸钠、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,搅拌均匀。本发明能够有效抗氧抗衰,淡化黑眼圈、眼袋,解决眼部肌肤细纹和干燥等问题。

本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种添加人参类脂质体的抗氧化功能眼霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
人参总皂苷冻干粉是人参中主要的活性成分,具有护肤、抗紫外线、抑制黑色素产生的作用,同时能够增加皮肤中SOD含量和活性,发挥其强大的抗氧化和清除自由基作用功能。现阶段人参总皂苷冻干粉作为一种抗氧化的活性物质已经被广泛的应用到化妆品中,但化妆品作为外涂使用,因为皮肤的屏障作用被吸收利用的成分可以说是少之又少,只有不到20%会透过表皮发挥作用。正因透过率低导致人参总皂苷冻干粉中的有效成分难以透过皮肤发挥作用。
眼霜,护肤类化妆产品之一,是用来保护眼睛周围比较薄的皮肤,其有滋润的功效,对眼袋、黑眼圈、鱼尾纹、干纹、细纹等都有一定的效果。目前市场上眼霜产品有很多,国际大牌的价格昂贵是一般百姓不能承受的,而中低端市场的眼霜质量良荞不齐,大多对改善眼部肌肤没有实际的效果,普遍存在渗透性差、不易吸收,使用效果不明显等问题,同时,眼部的肌肤非常细致而脆弱,容易受到伤害,因此,眼霜需要真正的温和、不刺激、低敏。
发明内容
本发明提供一种添加人参类脂质体的抗氧化功能眼霜及其制备方法,以解决目前眼霜在防止眼部肌肤细纹和干燥方面存在的问题。
本发明采取的技术方案是:是由如下重量百分比的原料和方法得到的:
配方:
牛油果树果脂1-4%、霍霍巴籽油2-6%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-1.5%、辛酸1.5-3.5%、癸酸甘油三酯1.5-3.5%、角鲨烷3-9%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.5-2.5%、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷0.5-2.5%、甘油硬脂酸酯0.05-0.5%、PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.05-0.5%、生育酚乙酸酯0.1-1%、甘油1-5%、甜菜碱1-5%、EDTA二钠0.01-0.1%、尿囊素0.1-0.5%、丁二醇5-20%,黄原胶0.1-0.5%、透明质酸钠1-20%、人参总皂苷冻干粉0.1-1%、人参类脂质体混悬液1-10%、VC乙基醚0.1-1%、人参精油0.05-0.15%、苯氧乙醇0.1-1%、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.5-2.5%、丙二醇0.5-2.5%、丙烯酸钠0.15-0.4%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.15-0.4%、余量为蒸馏水;
方法如下:
(1)按上述配方,首先将牛油果树果脂、霍霍巴籽油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸、癸酸甘油三酯、角鲨烷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯称量在一个容器内并加热溶解;
(2)将甘油、甜菜碱、EDTA二钠、尿囊素、丁二醇,黄原胶加入到蒸馏水中搅拌溶解,之后向其中加入步骤(1)中溶液,均质5-8分钟后降温;
(3)降温过程中,依次加入透明质酸钠、人参总皂苷冻干粉、人参类脂质体混悬液、VC乙基醚、人参精油、苯氧乙醇、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、丙二醇、丙烯酸钠、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,搅拌均匀。
所述人参总皂苷冻干粉的制备:取人参样品,加入8倍蒸馏水,超声温度为40℃,每次30min,30min后过滤重新加入蒸馏水,重复进行三次后,将所得滤液合并进行旋转蒸发得人参粗提液;取粗提液加入大孔树脂柱中,60%乙醇洗脱,收集醇洗液为人参总皂苷提取物,浓缩后预冻,放入冻干机24h后得到人参总皂苷冻干粉。
所述人参类脂质体混悬液的乙醇注入法制备:按重量百分比称取司盘80 50-60%,吐温80 10-15%,胆固醇20-30%,二鲸蜡磷酸酯0.5-2%,置于烧杯中,加入5-10%人参总皂苷冻干粉,再加入无水乙醇,超声,使其溶解,之后用注射器吸入,取PBS缓冲液于60℃水浴锅,边搅拌边将注射器内液体逐滴缓慢的加入到PBS缓冲液中,共计1h,1h之后取出,放入摇床中,振摇12h后,取出即得人参类脂质体混悬液混悬液。
本发明的优点:采用类脂质体可以将人参总皂苷包封于脂质双分子层中,从而使被包埋人参总皂苷穿过角质层而渗透到皮肤深处,在表皮、真皮内沉积而形成储存库,活性物质经皮吸收后,可更好地实现眼霜对于眼部皮肤的保湿、滋润、防皱、抗氧化等各种保健美容的作用。本发明富含人参类脂质体混悬液,人参总皂苷提取物、VC乙基醚和多种保湿剂的复配,使得有效成分更容易被皮肤吸收,能够有效抗氧抗衰,淡化黑眼圈、眼袋,解决眼部肌肤细纹和干燥等问题。

所述人参总皂苷冻干粉的制备:取人参样品,加入8倍蒸馏水,超声温度为40℃,每次30min,30min后过滤重新加入蒸馏水,重复进行三次后,将所得滤液合并进行旋转蒸发得人参粗提液;取粗提液加入大孔树脂柱中,60%乙醇洗脱,收集醇洗液为人参总皂苷提取物,浓缩后预冻,放入冻干机24h后得到人参总皂苷冻干粉;
所述人参类脂质体混悬液的乙醇注入法制备:按重量百分比称取司盘80 50%,吐温80 10%,胆固醇29.5%,二鲸蜡磷酸酯0.5%,置于烧杯中,加入10%人参总皂苷冻干粉,再加入无水乙醇,超声,使其溶解,之后用注射器吸入,取PBS缓冲液于60℃水浴锅,边搅拌边将注射器内液体逐滴缓慢的加入到PBS缓冲液中,共计1h,1h之后取出,放入摇床中,振摇12h后,取出即得人参类脂质体混悬液混悬液;

实验例眼周淡化细纹测试:
以实施例1~3为实验组1~3,市面上普通眼霜为对照组。选取眼部部有干燥起皮、细小皱纹的使用者60人,平均分成4组,每天清洁皮肤后将实验组和对照组的爽肤水均匀涂在眼部,28天后记录使用效果,如下表:

Claims (10)
1.一种添加人参类脂质体的抗氧化功能眼霜,其特征在于,是由下列重量百分比的原料和方法得到的:
配方:
牛油果树果脂1-4%、霍霍巴籽油2-6%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-1.5%、辛酸1.5-3.5%、癸酸甘油三酯1.5-3.5%、角鲨烷3-9%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.5-2.5%、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷0.5-2.5%、甘油硬脂酸酯0.05-0.5%、PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.05-0.5%、生育酚乙酸酯0.1-1%、甘油1-5%、甜菜碱1-5%、EDTA二钠0.01-0.1%、尿囊素0.1-0.5%、丁二醇5-20%,黄原胶0.1-0.5%、透明质酸钠1-20%、人参总皂苷冻干粉0.1-1%、人参类脂质体混悬液1-10%、VC乙基醚0.1-1%、人参精油0.05-0.15%、苯氧乙醇0.1-1%、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.5-2.5%、丙二醇0.5-2.5%、丙烯酸钠0.15-0.4%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.15-0.4%、余量为蒸馏水;
方法如下:
(1)按上述配方,首先将牛油果树果脂、霍霍巴籽油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸、癸酸甘油三酯、角鲨烷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯称量在一个容器内并加热溶解;
(2)将甘油、甜菜碱、EDTA二钠、尿囊素、丁二醇,黄原胶加入到蒸馏水中搅拌溶解,之后向其中加入步骤(1)中溶液,均质5-8分钟后降温;
(3)降温过程中,依次加入透明质酸钠、人参总皂苷冻干粉、人参类脂质体混悬液、VC乙基醚、人参精油、苯氧乙醇、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、丙二醇、丙烯酸钠、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,搅拌均匀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种添加人参类脂质体的抗氧化功能眼霜,其特征在于,是由如下重量百分比的原料和方法得到的:
配方:
牛油果树果脂2.5%、霍霍巴籽油4%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.0%、辛酸2.5%、癸酸甘油三酯2.5%、角鲨烷6%、鲸蜡硬脂醇1.5%、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷1.5%、甘油硬脂酸酯0.25%、PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.25%、生育酚乙酸酯0.5%、甘油3%、甜菜碱3%、EDTA二钠0.05%、尿囊素0.3%、丁二醇12.5%,黄原胶0.3%、透明质酸钠10.5%、人参总皂苷冻干粉0.5%、人参类脂质体混悬液5.5%、VC乙基醚0.5%、人参精油0.10%、苯氧乙醇0.5%、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯1.5%、丙二醇1.5%、丙烯酸钠0.25%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.25%、余量为水37.25%;
方法如下:
(1)按上述配方,首先将牛油果树果脂、霍霍巴籽油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸、癸酸甘油三酯、角鲨烷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯称量在一个容器内并加热溶解;
(2)将甘油、甜菜碱、EDTA二钠、尿囊素、丁二醇,黄原胶加入到蒸馏水中搅拌溶解,之后向其中加入步骤(1)中溶液,均质5-8分钟后降温;
(3)降温过程中,依次加入透明质酸钠、人参总皂苷冻干粉、人参类脂质体混悬液、VC乙基醚、人参精油、苯氧乙醇、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、丙二醇、丙烯酸钠、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,搅拌均匀。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种添加人参类脂质体的抗氧化功能眼霜,其特征在于,所述人参总皂苷冻干粉的制备:取人参样品,加入8倍蒸馏水,超声温度为40℃,每次30min,30min后过滤重新加入蒸馏水,重复进行三次后,将所得滤液合并进行旋转蒸发得人参粗提液;取粗提液加入大孔树脂柱中,60%乙醇洗脱,收集醇洗液为人参总皂苷提取物,浓缩后预冻,放入冻干机24h后得到人参总皂苷冻干粉。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种添加人参类脂质体的抗氧化功能眼霜,其特征在于,所述人参类脂质体混悬液的乙醇注入法制备:按重量百分比称取司盘80 50-60%,吐温8010-15%,胆固醇20-30%,二鲸蜡磷酸酯0.5-2%,置于烧杯中,加入5-10%人参总皂苷冻干粉,再加入无水乙醇,超声,使其溶解,之后用注射器吸入,取PBS缓冲液于60℃水浴锅,边搅拌边将注射器内液体逐滴缓慢的加入到PBS缓冲液中,共计1h,1h之后取出,放入摇床中,振摇12h后,取出即得人参类脂质体混悬液混悬液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种添加人参类脂质体的抗氧化功能眼霜,其特征在于,所述人参类脂质体混悬液的乙醇注入法制备:按重量百分比称取司盘80 55%,吐温80 12%,胆固醇24%,二鲸蜡磷酸酯1.5%,置于烧杯中,加入7.5%人参总皂苷冻干粉,再加入无水乙醇,超声,使其溶解,之后用注射器吸入,取PBS缓冲液于60℃水浴锅,边搅拌边将注射器内液体逐滴缓慢的加入到PBS缓冲液中,共计1h,1h之后取出,放入摇床中,振摇12h后,取出即得人参类脂质体混悬液混悬液。
6.一种添加人参类脂质体的抗氧化功能眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下列重量百分比的原料和步骤:
配方:
牛油果树果脂1-4%、霍霍巴籽油2-6%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-1.5%、辛酸1.5-3.5%、癸酸甘油三酯1.5-3.5%、角鲨烷3-9%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.5-2.5%、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷0.5-2.5%、甘油硬脂酸酯0.05-0.5%、PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.05-0.5%、生育酚乙酸酯0.1-1%、甘油1-5%、甜菜碱1-5%、EDTA二钠0.01-0.1%、尿囊素0.1-0.5%、丁二醇5-20%,黄原胶0.1-0.5%、透明质酸钠1-20%、人参总皂苷冻干粉0.1-1%、人参类脂质体混悬液1-10%、VC乙基醚0.1-1%、人参精油0.05-0.15%、苯氧乙醇0.1-1%、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.5-2.5%、丙二醇0.5-2.5%、丙烯酸钠0.15-0.4%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.15-0.4%、余量为蒸馏水;
步骤如下:
(1)按上述配方,首先将牛油果树果脂、霍霍巴籽油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸、癸酸甘油三酯、角鲨烷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯称量在一个容器内并加热溶解;
(2)将甘油、甜菜碱、EDTA二钠、尿囊素、丁二醇,黄原胶加入到蒸馏水中搅拌溶解,之后向其中加入步骤(1)中溶液,均质5-8分钟后降温;
(3)降温过程中,依次加入透明质酸钠、人参总皂苷冻干粉、人参类脂质体混悬液、VC乙基醚、人参精油、苯氧乙醇、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、丙二醇、丙烯酸钠、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,搅拌均匀。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种添加人参类脂质体的抗氧化功能眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于,是由如下重量百分比的原料和方法得到的:
配方:
牛油果树果脂2.5%、霍霍巴籽油4%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.0%、辛酸2.5%、癸酸甘油三酯2.5%、角鲨烷6%、鲸蜡硬脂醇1.5%、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷1.5%、甘油硬脂酸酯0.25%、PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.25%、生育酚乙酸酯0.5%、甘油3%、甜菜碱3%、EDTA二钠0.05%、尿囊素0.3%、丁二醇12.5%,黄原胶0.3%、透明质酸钠10.5%、人参总皂苷冻干粉0.5%、人参类脂质体混悬液5.5%、VC乙基醚0.5%、人参精油0.10%、苯氧乙醇0.5%、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯1.5%、丙二醇1.5%、丙烯酸钠0.25%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.25%、余量为水37.25%;
方法如下:
(1)按上述配方,首先将牛油果树果脂、霍霍巴籽油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸、癸酸甘油三酯、角鲨烷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯称量在一个容器内并加热溶解;
(2)将甘油、甜菜碱、EDTA二钠、尿囊素、丁二醇,黄原胶加入到蒸馏水中搅拌溶解,之后向其中加入步骤(1)中溶液,均质5-8分钟后降温;
(3)降温过程中,依次加入透明质酸钠、人参总皂苷冻干粉、人参类脂质体混悬液、VC乙基醚、人参精油、苯氧乙醇、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、丙二醇、丙烯酸钠、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,搅拌均匀。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的一种添加人参类脂质体的抗氧化功能眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述人参总皂苷冻干粉的制备:取人参样品,加入8倍蒸馏水,超声温度为40℃,每次30min,30min后过滤重新加入蒸馏水,重复进行三次后,将所得滤液合并进行旋转蒸发得人参粗提液;取粗提液加入大孔树脂柱中,60%乙醇洗脱,收集醇洗液为人参总皂苷提取物,浓缩后预冻,放入冻干机24h后得到人参总皂苷冻干粉。
9.根据权利要求6或7所述的一种添加人参类脂质体的抗氧化功能眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述人参类脂质体混悬液的乙醇注入法制备:按重量百分比称取司盘80 50-60%,吐温80 10-15%,胆固醇20-30%,二鲸蜡磷酸酯0.5-2%,置于烧杯中,加入5-10%人参总皂苷冻干粉,再加入无水乙醇,超声,使其溶解,之后用注射器吸入,取PBS缓冲液于60℃水浴锅,边搅拌边将注射器内液体逐滴缓慢的加入到PBS缓冲液中,共计1h,1h之后取出,放入摇床中,振摇12h后,取出即得人参类脂质体混悬液混悬液。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种添加人参类脂质体的抗氧化功能眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述人参类脂质体混悬液的乙醇注入法制备:按重量百分比称取司盘80 55%,吐温80 12%,胆固醇24%,二鲸蜡磷酸酯1.5%,置于烧杯中,加入7.5%人参总皂苷冻干粉,再加入无水乙醇,超声,使其溶解,之后用注射器吸入,取PBS缓冲液于60℃水浴锅,边搅拌边将注射器内液体逐滴缓慢的加入到PBS缓冲液中,共计1h,1h之后取出,放入摇床中,振摇12h后,取出即得人参类脂质体混悬液混悬液。
