Example 1
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of an air conditioner cleaning method, it should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that while a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than that presented herein.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an air conditioner cleaning method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
step S102, detecting the mould density of mould at a preset part of the air conditioner;
step S104, controlling a degerming device to emit ultraviolet light with a preset wavelength to a preset part of the air conditioner to inhibit the growth of the mildew under the condition that the mildew concentration is greater than a first preset threshold value;
and S106, controlling the sterilizer to spray disinfectant to the predetermined part of the air conditioner at a first intensity to kill the mould when the mould density is greater than a second predetermined threshold value, wherein the second predetermined threshold value is greater than the first predetermined threshold value.
Through the steps, the mold concentration of mold at the preset part of the air conditioner is detected, so that the preset part of the air conditioner is processed according to the mold concentration, the mold concentration is considered to be general under the condition that the mold concentration is greater than a first preset threshold, at the moment, the sterilizer is controlled to emit ultraviolet light with preset wavelength to the preset part of the air conditioner to inhibit the growth of the mold, the mold concentration is considered to be serious under the condition that the mold concentration is greater than a second preset threshold, the sterilizer is controlled to spray disinfectant to the preset part of the air conditioner at the first intensity to kill the mold, and the second preset threshold is greater than the first preset threshold. According to the different mould densities, the preset parts of the air conditioner are correspondingly treated, the mould growth is inhibited, the mould is killed in time, and the technical problem that a plurality of parts needing to be cleaned in the air conditioner are difficult to clean in time in the related technology is solved.
As an alternative embodiment, the mold concentration of mold at a predetermined position of the air conditioner is detected. The predetermined portion may be a plurality of portions in the air conditioner, for example, a dust screen of the air conditioner, an air outlet of the air conditioner, a water tank of the air conditioner, and the like. The selection of the preset part of the air conditioner can be carried out according to the actual application and the requirement. Wherein, the mould density can reflect the mould density, and the mould is treated according to the mould density. It should be noted that the detection of the mould concentration of the mould at the predetermined position of the air conditioner is performed in the state that the air conditioner stops operating, so that the operating state of the air conditioner can be determined firstly, the mould concentration of the mould at the predetermined position of the air conditioner is ensured to be detected under the condition that the operating state is the stop state, the phenomena that the mould concentration may be greatly changed due to air outlet in the operating process of the air conditioner, faults occur during the subsequent disinfectant spraying and the like are avoided, and the normal operation of the cleaning detection of the air conditioner is ensured.
As an alternative embodiment, in the case that the mold concentration is greater than a first predetermined threshold, the sterilizer is controlled to emit ultraviolet light with a predetermined wavelength to the predetermined portion of the air conditioner to inhibit the growth of mold, and in the case that the mold concentration is greater than a second predetermined threshold, the sterilizer is controlled to spray disinfectant to the predetermined portion of the air conditioner with a first intensity to kill mold, wherein the first predetermined threshold and the second predetermined threshold are different according to the predetermined portion of the air conditioner, because in real life, the mold concentration generated in different positions is generally different, and the degree of concentration of mold to be treated in different positions is also different, so that the mold concentration is set autonomously according to actual application and requirements. The second preset threshold is larger than the first preset threshold, namely when the mould density is larger than the first preset threshold, the mould density is considered to be small, cleaning is not needed, and the growth of the mould is inhibited. Under the condition that the mold concentration is greater than the second preset threshold value, the mold concentration degree is considered to be high, and the harm to polluted air, respiratory tract infection and the like to a human body can be caused.
As an optional embodiment, a first mold concentration change value of mold at a predetermined position of the air conditioner within a predetermined time period is detected, that is, after a sterilizer sprays a disinfectant to the predetermined position of the air conditioner at a first intensity, the change of the mold within a certain time period is observed, and when the first mold concentration change value is smaller than a third threshold value, the disinfectant is considered to be not functional, and a prompt message is sent to the terminal, wherein the prompt message is used for prompting the cleaning of the predetermined position of the air conditioner, so that manual cleaning is performed, and harm to the environment or human bodies caused by improper cleaning is avoided. In the case where the first mold concentration variation value is less than the third threshold value, it is considered that the disinfectant is not functioning, and there may be various causes, for example, that the sterilizer is malfunctioning, and therefore, the operating state of the sterilizer is determined, and in the case where the operating state is malfunctioning, the sterilizer is subjected to a repair or replacement process; in the case of normal operation in the operating state, there are also a number of possibilities, for example, the disinfectant has already been sprayed with light, the disinfectant needs to be replenished, or the disinfectant is not suitable for moulds in the intended part of the air conditioner, and the disinfectant needs to be replaced. The treatment can be carried out according to actual reasons, so that the orderly cleaning treatment of the preset part of the air conditioner can be ensured.
As an alternative embodiment, after the sterilizer sprays the disinfectant to the predetermined air-conditioning site at the first intensity, one or more air-conditioning sites within a predetermined range from the predetermined air-conditioning site may be determined, and a second mold concentration change value of the one or more air-conditioning sites for a predetermined period of time is detected. Since the disinfectant is sprayed at the first intensity from the sterilizer, it may occur that a large amount of mold at the predetermined portion of the air conditioner is collided with other portions of the air conditioner so that the mold at the predetermined portion of the air conditioner is reduced, rather than that the disinfectant kills the mold so that the mold at the predetermined portion of the air conditioner is reduced. Therefore, in order to avoid the above-mentioned impact situation, one or more air-conditioning parts within a predetermined range of the predetermined part of the air-conditioning are determined, and a second mold concentration variation value of the mold of the one or more air-conditioning parts within a predetermined time period is detected. And under the condition that the second mold concentration change value is larger than the fourth threshold value, considering that a large amount of molds at the preset part of the air conditioner impact other air conditioner parts, and adjusting the first intensity of the disinfectant sprayed by the sterilizer to a second intensity at the moment, wherein the second intensity is determined according to the first mold concentration change value and the second mold concentration change value. Because the second intensity is determined according to the first mould density change value and the second mould density change value, the impact strength can be effectively reduced, and the condition that a large amount of moulds at the preset part of the air conditioner impact other air conditioner parts to reduce the moulds at the preset part of the air conditioner is avoided.
As an alternative embodiment, a plurality of mould concentrations of moulds at a predetermined position of the air conditioner are recorded in a predetermined period, a mould growth index is determined according to the mould concentrations, namely the mould growth index of the predetermined position of the air conditioner is determined, and a cleaning period of the predetermined position of the air conditioner is determined according to the mould growth index. It should be noted that, when the growth index of mold is determined according to the concentration of a plurality of molds, the temperature and humidity of the predetermined portion of the air conditioner may be obtained, and the growth index of mold under the temperature and humidity may be determined according to the concentration of a plurality of molds. To determine the effect of ambient temperature and humidity on mold growth.
As an alternative embodiment, the terminal device can also display a plurality of mold concentrations, mold growth indexes including mold growth indexes at different temperatures and humidity, and cleaning periods of the air-conditioning part. The user using the terminal equipment can also reserve professional air conditioner cleaning service to clean the air conditioner according to the displayed condition, and can also adjust the corresponding environmental temperature and humidity, slow down the growth of mold and avoid the harm of a large amount of mold to human bodies.
