One end of the tank top cover driving arm 32 is arranged on the base 10, and the other end is connected with the tank top cover 21. The tank top driving arm 32 can drive the tank top 21 to move along the horizontal tank top sliding rail 26 for opening and closing the tank top 21.
The bottom of the base 10 is provided with a hopper trolley slide rail 11, and the hopper trolley slide rail 11 is provided with a hopper trolley 12 which can freely move along the hopper trolley slide rail 11. The hopper trolley 12 can move to the bottom of the steel slag hot stuffy tank 20, and conveys away steel slag falling after the tank bottom cover 23 is opened and steel scrap falling after the steel scrap cage bottom cover 241 is opened.
The device can fully recycle sensible heat in the steel slag hot-disintegration treatment process, achieves the effect of energy recycling, and simultaneously further improves the use proportion and the use level of the waste steel of the converter, thereby achieving the effect of reducing the production cost.
The heating of the scrap steel improves the charging temperature of the scrap steel, shortens the smelting period and reduces the influence of weather and seasons on raw materials.
A method for heating scrap steel by utilizing hot stuffy waste heat of steel slag is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, operating a pool top cover driving arm 32 to drive a pool top cover 21 to move along a pool top cover horizontal sliding rail 26 and open the pool top cover 21;
s2, hoisting the whole scrap steel cage 24 by using a travelling crane, and then placing the whole scrap steel cage into a scrap steel cage slot hole 231 matched with the scrap steel cage 24; opening the top cover 242 of the steel scrap cage, filling the steel scrap to be heated, and closing the top cover 242 of the steel scrap cage after the completion;
s3, hoisting the steel slag screen layer 28 with the steel slag screen support 281 by utilizing a travelling crane, and enabling the steel slag screen layer to fall into the steel slag hot stuffy tank 20;
s4, filling steel slag into the steel slag hot stuffy tank 20 by utilizing a travelling crane; part of the steel slag with small block diameter falls into the steel slag hot stuffy tank 20 through the grid holes of the steel slag screen layer 28, and part of the steel slag with large block diameter is left on the steel slag screen layer 28;
s5, opening the spraying device 29, and cooling the steel slag by water to solidify and crack the surface of the steel slag;
s6, after the water on the surface of the steel slag is evaporated to dryness, operating the pool top cover driving arm 32 to drive the pool top cover 21 to move along the pool top cover horizontal sliding rail 26, closing the pool top cover 21, and then operating the pool top cover driving arm 32 to enable the pool top cover 21 to move towards the pool bottom cover 23 along the pool top cover vertical sliding rail 25; the steel slag with large block diameter after being cooled by water can be crushed in the descending process, and the steel slag falls into the steel slag hot stuffy tank 20 after being crushed; the pool top cover 21 stops moving after moving to the position of the limit stop 27;
s7, starting hot disintegration of the steel slag, and spraying water into the steel slag hot disintegration tank 20 for a plurality of times through a spraying device 29 in the process;
s8, after the hot sealing is finished, moving the hopper trolley 12 to the bottom of the scrap steel cage 24 through the hopper trolley slide rail 11; operating the scrap steel cage bottom cover driving arm 31, opening the scrap steel cage bottom cover 241, and allowing the heated scrap steel to fall into the hopper trolley 12 from the scrap steel cage 24 and be conveyed to a steelmaking workshop for utilization;
s9, after all the scrap steel is transported, operating a scrap steel cage bottom cover driving arm 31 and closing a scrap steel cage bottom cover 241; the empty hopper trolley 12 is moved to the bottom of the pool bottom cover 23, the buckle connection of one side edge of the pool bottom cover 23 is loosened, the pool bottom cover 23 can be opened towards the other side edge, and the steel slag falls into the hopper trolley 12 and is conveyed to a storage room to be processed next.

s4, filling steel slag into the steel slag hot stuffy tank (20) by utilizing a travelling crane; part of the steel slag with small block diameter falls into the steel slag hot stuffy tank (20) through the grid holes of the steel slag screen layer (28), and part of the steel slag with large block diameter is left on the steel slag screen layer (28);
s5, opening a spraying device (29), and cooling the steel slag by water to solidify and crack the surface of the steel slag;
s6, after the water on the surface of the steel slag is evaporated to dryness, operating a pool top cover driving arm (32), driving a pool top cover (21) to move along a horizontal sliding rail (26) of the pool top cover, closing the pool top cover (21), and then operating the pool top cover driving arm (32) to enable the pool top cover (21) to move towards a pool bottom cover (23) along a vertical sliding rail (25) of the pool top cover; the steel slag with large block diameter after being cooled by water is crushed in the descending process, and the steel slag falls into a steel slag hot stuffy tank (20) after being crushed; the pool top cover (21) stops moving after moving to the position of the limit stop (27);
