the state that the seat back is turned to the vertical state and no person sits on the seat and no article is placed on the seat is set as the state that the seat back of the front middle seat can be laid down.
9. A control method of a commercial vehicle middle seat tumble control system according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
1) Collecting the current vehicle speed of the vehicle, judging that the current vehicle is in a non-running state when the vehicle speed is less than the set vehicle speed, and judging that the current vehicle is in a running state when the vehicle speed is not less than the set vehicle speed;
