Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco, and particularly relates to a heated cigarette with an induction heating plug and an adaptive smoking set thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the situation of global smoking control aggravated and the health consciousness of consumers improved, non-burning, low-harm cigarette heating and non-burning has gained attention of tobacco enterprises in various countries. The cigarette is heated by an external source without igniting tobacco, the temperature is usually maintained below 400 ℃ and is far lower than 600-900 ℃ of the combustion temperature of the traditional cigarette, about 90 percent of harmful substances generated by combustion are reduced, and the release amount of side stream smoke and environmental smoke is greatly reduced.
The heating modes for heating the non-combustible cigarette in the prior art are mainly resistance type circumferential heating and central heating. Circumferential heating generally utilizes a flexible circuit board wrapped outside a stainless steel pipe to realize circumferential heating for heating cigarette rods, and heat is conducted from the periphery of the cigarette rods to the inside; however, the problem of heat diffusion to the outside inevitably exists, resulting in low smoking set heat utilization efficiency and slow heating rate. The central heating usually takes a ceramic thick film or a cylindrical heating rod as a heating element, the ceramic thick film or the cylindrical heating rod is penetrated into a cigarette to be heated for central heating, the heat is conducted from the inside to the periphery of the cigarette, and the smoking set has high heat utilization efficiency and high heating rate; however, the heating element is easy to break and damage, and meanwhile, the heating circuit on the heating element is in large-area contact with the tobacco core, tar substances generated in the heating process are easy to sinter and adhere on the outer surface of the heating element, and the electric heating performance of the heating element is greatly reduced. The two resistance heating smoking sets also have the following problems: the tobacco core close to the heat source part is easy to be carbonized due to excessive heating, and the tobacco core far away from the heat source part is insufficient in release amount of aroma and effective components due to insufficient heating; meanwhile, the tobacco shreds, tobacco powder and the like falling off due to carbonization are not easy to clean.
In order to solve the defects of the resistance heating mode, a smoking set and a matched cigarette with an electromagnetic heating mode are newly provided. The smoking set adopting the electromagnetic heating mode has high heating rate and convenient use; the matched cigarette mainly comprises a filter tip section, a cooling section, a tobacco core section wrapping an induction core, and a plug; the plug is an acetate fiber base rod, so that the cigarette core and the induction core can be effectively prevented from falling off, and tar substances can be trapped at the same time; the electromagnetic heating smoking set also has the advantage of easy cleaning after use. However, the electromagnetic heating smoking set has the following problems: 1. when the smoking set is heated, heat is conducted from the induction core from inside to outside, the heating uniformity is poor, the utilization rate of the tobacco core is low, the fragrance is not fully released, and the mouth-to-mouth stability is poor. 2. Because the induction core is wrapped in the center of the cigarette core section of the matched cigarette, the cut tobacco can be filled in order when the matched cigarette is produced, and special cigarette equipment is required, so that tobacco production enterprises cannot utilize the traditional cigarette production equipment to produce the matched cigarette.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a heated cigarette with an induction heating plug, wherein the induction heating plug is of an axial porous hollow structure, and the porosity of the induction heating plug is 30-70%; the induction heating plug can play a role of a plug on one hand, so that carbonized and dropped tobacco shreds and tobacco powder do not pollute smoking set; on the other hand, the plug contains ferromagnetic materials, and the plug can be used together with a matched smoking set to heat air in the hole of the plug to generate dynamic hot air flow, and the cigarette is quickly and uniformly heated by the dynamic heat exchange between the hot air flow and the cigarette core section.

7. The heated cigarette rod of claim 6, wherein the non-metallic material is ceramic or quartz.
8. The heated cigarette rod according to claim 1, characterised in that the filler of the core section (13) is a sheet, thread, powder or granulate made of tobacco, redried tobacco, reconstituted tobacco or herbs.
9. A smoking article for use with a heated smoking article according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A smoking article according to claim 9, further comprising the following components: the device comprises a power management module (21), a key detection module (22), a microcontroller (23), a transmitting coil set (24), a temperature sensing module (25) and an information display module (26).
