Abstract
The invention discloses a needle type electric heating electronic smoking set, which comprises a cylindrical insulating shell, wherein a power supply is arranged in one end of the insulating shell along the axial direction, the other end of the insulating shell is provided with an opening, the insulating shell is provided with a switch connected with the power supply, the insulating shell is provided with an air vent, a heating needle is arranged in the insulating shell, one end of the heating needle is connected with the power supply, and the other end of the heating needle extends to the other end of the insulating shell along the axial direction of the insulating shell.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an electronic smoking set, in particular to a needle type electric heating electronic smoking set.
Background
The traditional cigarette is characterized in that tobacco flavor substances and nicotine are gasified instantly through high-temperature combustion and are mixed with aerosol of suspended particles. Studies have shown that nicotine and most tobacco flavor components can be transferred to the smoke at lower temperatures (300-500 ℃). If the temperature of the cigarette is reduced to below 600 ℃ (the burning point of tobacco is about 700 ℃), various harmful components of the smoke, such as carbon monoxide, tar and the like, can be greatly reduced, and the influence on the flavor components is relatively small. However, most of the traditional electronic smoking sets can only heat one end or the outer wall of the cigarette cartridge, and cannot effectively heat the whole cigarette cartridge, especially the tobacco inside the cigarette cartridge, which is easy to cause waste.

The invention aims to solve the defects of the background technology, and provides a needle-type electric heating electronic smoking set which can effectively heat tobacco components in a cigarette bullet or a cigarette and has high safety.

The first embodiment is as follows: as shown in figures 1 and 3, the invention relates to a needle type electric heating electronic smoking set, which comprises a cylindrical insulating shell 2, wherein a power supply 5 is arranged in one axial end of the insulating shell 2, the other end of the insulating shell 2 is provided with an opening, a switch 4 connected with the power supply 5 is arranged on the insulating shell 2, an air vent 3 is arranged on the insulating shell 2, a heating needle 1 is arranged in the insulating shell 2, one end of the heating needle 1 is connected with the power supply 5, and the other end of the heating needle 1 extends to the other end of the insulating shell 2 along the axial direction of the insulating shell 2.
The heating needle 1 comprises a U-shaped resistance wire 1.1 and a hard insulating layer 1.2 wrapped outside the U-shaped resistance wire 1.1, and two ends of the U-shaped resistance wire 1.1 are respectively connected with the positive pole and the negative pole of a power supply 5 to form a loop. The outer diameter of the heating needle 1 is 0.1 cm. The outer diameter of the resistance wire 1.1 is 0.03 cm. The hard insulating layer 1.2 is made of one of ceramic, glass, mica and marble. The inner diameter of the insulating shell 2 is 0.8 cm, the length is 6 cm, and the thickness is 0.2 cm.
The insulating housing 2 is made of plastic.
The power supply 5 is an alkaline zinc-manganese battery.
The using process of the embodiment is as follows:
1) The cigarette 9 is inserted from the opening of the insulating shell 2, and the heating needle 1 extends into the cigarette 9.
2) And opening a switch 4 on the insulating shell 2 to enable the power supply 5 and the heating needle 1 to form a loop, and heating the resistance wire 1.1.
3) The resistance wire 1.1 heats the tobacco content inside the cigarette 9, releasing the smoke, which is drawn by the smoker and directed into the smoker's mouth. The air holes 3 are communicated with the outside air to counteract the negative pressure in the insulating shell 2 during suction, so that the smoke can smoothly circulate.
4) After the smoking is finished, the power supply 5 is turned off through the switch 4, and the cigarette 9 is taken down.

The cigarette holder 6 is connected to the end, corresponding to the power supply 5, of the insulating shell 2, the switch 4 connected with the power supply 5 is arranged on the insulating shell 2, and the insulating shell 2 is connected with the power supply 5 through threads or buckles. A smoke channel 7 which can communicate the insulating shell 2 with the cigarette holder 6 is arranged between the inner wall of the insulating shell 2 and the power supply 5. The using process of the invention is as follows:
1) The cartridge 8 is inserted through the opening of the insulating housing 2 such that the heating pin 1 extends into the interior of the cartridge 8.
2) And opening a switch 4 on the insulating shell 2 to enable a power supply 5 and the heating needle 1 to form a loop, and heating the resistance wire 1.1.
3) The resistance wire 1.1 heats the tobacco content inside the cartridge 8, releasing the smoke, which is drawn by the smoker through the smoke passage 7 between the insulating housing 2 and the power source 5, through the mouthpiece 6 and finally into the smoker's mouth.
4) After the smoking is finished, the power supply 5 is turned off through the switch 4, and the cigarette bullet 8 is taken down.
The invention adopts the mode that the heating needle 1 is inserted into the cigarette bullet 8 or the cigarette 9 to heat from inside to outside, so that the tobacco components in the cigarette bullet 8 or the cigarette 9 can be fully utilized. Meanwhile, the resistance wire 1.1 serving as a heat source is wrapped by the hard insulating layer 1.2, so that the resistance wire 1.1 can be prevented from being in direct contact with tobacco components, heat can be uniformly diffused, the resistance wire 1.1 is prevented from being short-circuited, and the safety is high.
