6. The three-dimensional cable wiring forming device according to claim 1, wherein the mesh layer (2) is a stainless steel mesh, the stainless steel mesh has a wire diameter of 0.8-1mm and a mesh diameter of 2.8-3 mm.

10. The three-dimensional cabling shaping method according to claim 8, wherein in step b, the wires are supported and limited by the supporting device (5).
