Background
The flange plate device of the lift tube of the existing casting machine is characterized in that a middle tube is inserted and sleeved on a flange plate, and the lift tube is inserted and sleeved in the middle tube. The disadvantages are as follows: 1. after the casting and die changing, the intermediate pipe needs to be taken down from the flange for maintenance, but during casting, because the intermediate pipe is easily attached to the flange tightly in a high-temperature environment and is not easy to take down, inconvenience is brought to next production. 2. As shown in fig. 2, the upper opening a1 of the central hole of the existing intermediate pipe a is in a regular-splayed shape, so that when the casting B in the mold is cooled, the lower part of the casting B extends into the intermediate pipe a, and when the mold is stripped, the lower part of the casting B is easily blocked by the upper opening a1, so that a pulling force is generated on the casting B, and when the mold is stripped, the casting still has a high temperature above 350 ℃, and the casting is slightly deformed by the pulling force, so that the structural strength of the casting is affected. Or the sprue part of the casting B is broken to cause sprue blockage or the section area of the sprue is reduced, so that the next mold filling is influenced, and if the sprue is broken, a filter screen of the next mold is not placed flatly, so that the defect in a slag notch is caused. 3. The lift pipe and the flange plate are combined tightly, when the lift pipe flange plate and the middle sealing gasket are damaged, compressed air can enter the space between the lift pipe and the flange plate, if the part of gas can not be discharged, the part of gas can enter a lift system along the gap between the lift pipe and the flange plate, so that the part of gas enters aluminum liquid, and finally, gas hole defects are formed in a casting to influence the quality of the casting.

The invention aims to provide a riser tube flange plate device aiming at the defects of the prior art, and the riser tube flange plate device is characterized in that an intermediate tube sleeve is additionally arranged between a flange plate and an intermediate tube, so that the heat energy loss of the intermediate tube can be prevented, and the intermediate tube is easy to take down after casting is completed, thereby facilitating the next production. The upper opening of the middle pipe of the mould is splayed, so that the middle pipe can not generate blocking force on the casting when the mould is drawn. The lower surface of the flange plate is provided with a ventilation groove, so that residual gas at the middle pipe can be fully discharged, and the quality of a casting is improved.

the upper opening of the middle pipe is inverted-V-shaped, and the lower surface of the flange plate is provided with a ventilation groove.
The outer diameter surface of the middle pipe is in a shape of gradually reducing from top to bottom.
A gap of 0.1-0.5 mm exists between the outer diameter surface of the middle pipe sleeve below the step of the middle pipe sleeve and the inner wall of the central hole of the flange plate, and the middle pipe sleeve is made of heat insulating materials.
And a plurality of screw fixing holes are formed in the flange plate.
Six ventilation grooves are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the flange plate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The working principle is as follows: in the prior art, the intermediate pipe is directly inserted and sleeved on the flange plate, and the heated intermediate pipe and the flange plate are easily and tightly attached together, so that the intermediate pipe is not easy to take down for maintenance.
The intermediate pipe is also made of alloy material, and after the intermediate pipe is heated, the heat energy of the aluminum liquid in the riser pipe is easily transmitted to the flange plate from the intermediate pipe and then dissipated by the flange plate. The invention utilizes the intermediate pipe sleeve 3 made of heat insulating material to insulate the intermediate pipe 2 and the flange plate 1, thus reducing the loss of heat energy and saving heat energy. The intermediate pipe sleeve 3 can be made of ceramic heat insulating material.
As shown in figure 6, the aluminum liquid in the riser tube 4 enters the mould through the intermediate tube 2, most of the gas can be discharged from a designed gas outlet on the mould, and as the pressure in the riser tube and the intermediate tube is higher when the aluminum liquid enters the mould, a little of bubbles Q can penetrate out from the joint of the riser tube 4 and the riser tube flange 5 and then enter the intermediate tube again from the joint of the intermediate tube and the riser tube, so that the aluminum liquid in the intermediate tube easily contains bubbles, and the quality of a casting is influenced. The invention arranges the ventilation groove 14 on the lower surface of the flange plate 1, so that the gas which is permeated from the joint of the riser tube 4 and the riser tube flange plate 5 can be discharged from the ventilation groove 14, thereby ensuring the quality of the casting.
As shown in figure 5, after the casting B is cooled, the lower part of the casting extends into the upper opening 21 of the middle pipe 2, and because the upper opening 21 of the middle pipe 2 is inverted-V-shaped, when the mould is lifted, the middle pipe cannot generate blocking force on the casting, so that the quality of the casting is ensured.

A riser tube flange fitting as set forth in claim 1 wherein: a gap of 0.1-0.5 mm exists between the outer diameter surface of the middle pipe sleeve (3) below the step (31) of the middle pipe sleeve and the inner wall of the central hole (12) of the flange plate, and the middle pipe sleeve (3) is made of heat insulating materials.
4. A riser tube flange fitting as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the flange plate (1) is provided with a plurality of screw fixing holes (13).
5. A riser tube flange fitting as set forth in claim 1 wherein: six ventilation grooves (14) are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the flange plate (1).
