Abstract
The invention discloses a suspending agent additive suitable for glufosinate-ammonium compounded flumioxazin, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-30% of styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 1-40% of polycarboxylate dispersant, 1-20% of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 1-10% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and water, wherein the water is supplemented to 100%. The assistant has excellent wetting property and dispersibility, small using amount, low cost and stable dispersibility. The risks of particle aggregation, particle size increase and the like can be reduced, the stability of the suspending agent is greatly improved, and the problems of layering, precipitation and paste formation are avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a high-efficiency auxiliary agent of a glufosinate-flumioxazin compound suspending agent.
Background
Glufosinate belongs to phosphonic acid herbicides and can inhibit glutamine synthetase in plant nitrogen metabolic pathways, so that metabolism of plants is interfered, and the plants die. Glufosinate is an excellent non-selective and broad-spectrum contact herbicide, and with the rising of glyphosate resistance and the limited use of paraquat, the glufosinate sales are rising continuously, and the glufosinate becomes a herbicide for the second major transgenic crop in the world.
Flumioxazin is a cyclic imide herbicide. Flumioxazin is a protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibitor, is a contact-type selective herbicide and is used for preventing and killing broad-leaved weeds in soybean, cotton, grapes and other various crop fields. The weeds wither, whiten to necrotize and wither within 24-48 h. Is safe for soybean and peanut. The flumioxazin and glufosinate-ammonium are compounded for use, so that the weed control spectrum is expanded, the weed control speed is increased, the low-temperature effect is improved, and the lasting period is prolonged.
Resistant weeds continue to increase as the population of herbicide resistant weeds evolves as a result of the inevitable long-term application of a single mode of action herbicide. In order to slow down the development of glufosinate-ammonium resistant weeds, improve the weeding speed of glufosinate-ammonium and expand the weeding spectrum, the combination of glufosinate-ammonium and other herbicides becomes a future development trend.
At present, common glufosinate-ammonium and flumioxazin in the market are compounded by mainly wettable powder and oil suspending agent. The glufosinate-flumioxazin is compounded to prepare wettable powder, the energy consumption is high in the processing process, dust is easy to drift to cause cross contamination, medicinal powder is easy to fly when spraying liquid is prepared to cause harm to operators, the residual medicinal powder in a packaging bag pollutes the environment, and the oil suspension prepared by compounding the glufosinate-flumioxazin the packaging bag needs a large amount of organic solvents, so that the production cost is high, and the environmental pollution is great. The glufosinate-flumioxazin compound aqueous suspension agent has low production cost, takes water as a dispersion medium, and is safe to operators and environment.
The herbicide composition has obvious synergistic effect, improves the persistence of each component single agent, obviously delays the generation of weed resistance, reduces the times of repeated use of pesticides, reduces the use amount of the pesticides and reduces the agricultural cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to develop a high-efficiency auxiliary agent of the glufosinate-flumioxazin compound suspending agent by screening and compounding the dispersing agent and the wetting agent, and the auxiliary agent has low cost and good preparation stability.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following modes:
the suspending agent additive suitable for compounding glufosinate-ammonium with flumioxazin is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
preferably, the auxiliary agent consists of the following components in percentage by mass:
further preferably, the auxiliary agent consists of the following components in percentage by mass:
the auxiliary agent is suitable for a compound suspending agent with the glufosinate content of 10-40% and the flumioxazin content of 2-10%. The auxiliary agent is preferably suitable for a compound suspending agent with 10-30% of glufosinate-ammonium and 2-6% of flumioxazin.
The dosage of the auxiliary agent in the compound suspending agent is 4-10%, preferably 5%.
The preparation method of the suspending agent additive suitable for compounding glufosinate-ammonium with flumioxazin comprises the following steps: mixing styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, polycarboxylate dispersant, dodecyl dimethyl betaine and isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, supplementing water, and stirring uniformly.
The auxiliary agent is applied to preparation of a compound suspending agent of glufosinate-flumioxazin.
The preparation method of the glufosinate-ammonium compounded flumioxazin suspending agent comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing glufosinate-ammonium, flumioxazin, an auxiliary agent and water in proportion, adding an antifreezing agent and a suspending agent, supplementing water, mixing, adding an antifoaming agent accounting for 0.1% of the mass of the preparation, and uniformly dispersing the materials to prepare a suspension premix; controlling the temperature below 40 ℃, and sanding the obtained suspension premix to form a suspending agent product of glufosinate-ammonium compounded flumioxazin; the suspended particle size is less than or equal to 5 microns, and the suspension rate is more than or equal to 90 percent.
The invention utilizes the styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate ester which can be strongly adsorbed on the surface of active substance particles, and provides electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance effects; the polycarboxylate dispersant is a high molecular surfactant with a comb-shaped structure, and has the advantages of crystallization resistance, crystal growth inhibition, creaming inhibition and electrolyte resistance; the dodecyl dimethyl betaine and the isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether are combined, so that the surfaces of the glufosinate-ammonium and flumioxazin original drug particles are wetted and dispersed, and the drug effect is obviously improved. The auxiliary agent is applied to the preparation of the glufosinate-flumioxazin compound suspending agent, so that the whole preparation system is not easy to separate water, is not easy to creame and is not easy to undergo austenite curing, and the drug effect can be remarkably improved.
