Description

Suspending agent assistant prepared by compounding glufosinate-ammonium with quizalofop-p-ethyl and oxyfluorfen
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a high-efficiency auxiliary agent of a suspending agent of glufosinate-ammonium compounded quizalofop-p-ethyl and oxyfluorfen.
Background
Glufosinate belongs to phosphonic acid herbicides and can inhibit glutamine synthetase in plant nitrogen metabolic pathways, so that metabolism of plants is interfered, and the plants die. Glufosinate is an excellent non-selective and broad-spectrum contact herbicide, and with the rising of glyphosate resistance and the limited use of paraquat, the glufosinate sales are rising continuously, and the glufosinate becomes a herbicide for the second major transgenic crop in the world.
Oxyfluorfen belongs to fluorine-containing diphenyl ether, is a selective, pre-bud and post-bud contact-type herbicide with ultralow dosage, and weeds are killed mainly by absorbing medicaments through coleoptiles and mesocotyl. The herbicide composition is suitable for rice, soybean, wheat, cotton, corn, oil palm, vegetables, orchards and the like, and is used for preventing and killing broadleaf weeds and certain gramineous weeds, such as dayflower, barnyard grass, nutgrass flatsedge, sesbania, brome, stramonium and the like.
The quizalofop-p-ethyl is absorbed by the stem leaves of the weeds, is conducted in the plant body in two directions upwards and downwards, is accumulated on the top and the intermediate meristem, inhibits the synthesis of cell fatty acid and leads the weeds to be necrotic. Quizalofop-p-ethyl is a novel high-selectivity stem and leaf treating agent for dry farmland, has high selectivity between gramineous weeds and dicotyledonous crops, and has good control effect on gramineous weeds in broad leaf crop fields. Quizalofop-p-ethyl has fast acting speed and more stable drug effect, and is not easily influenced by environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity and the like of rainwater.
Resistant weeds continue to increase as the population of herbicide resistant weeds evolves as a result of the inevitable long-term application of a single mode of action herbicide. In order to slow down the development of glufosinate-ammonium resistant weeds, improve the weeding speed of glufosinate-ammonium and expand the weeding spectrum, the combination of glufosinate-ammonium and other herbicides becomes a future development trend.
At present, no report is found about the glufosinate-quizalofop-p-ethyl and oxyfluorfen ternary compound suspending agent, the common glufosinate-p-ethyl and oxyfluorfen in the market mainly comprise microemulsion and oil suspension, and the dosage form not only needs a large amount of organic solvent or polar solvent, but also has great pollution to the environment and high production cost. The compounding of glufosinate-ammonium and quizalofop-p-ethyl is not reported.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide the high-efficiency auxiliary agent for the glufosinate-ammonium compounded quizalofop-p-ethyl and oxyfluorfen suspending agent, which is environment-friendly, low in dosage, obvious in synergism, low in cost and good in preparation stability.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following modes:

the dispersing agent and the wetting agent are screened and compounded, and styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate ester can be strongly adsorbed on the surfaces of pesticide active substance particles, so that electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance are provided; the polycarboxylate dispersant is a high molecular surfactant with a comb-shaped structure, and has the advantages of crystallization resistance, crystal growth inhibition, creaming inhibition and electrolyte resistance; the lauramidopropyl amine oxide and the diisooctyl succinate sodium sulfonate are used in the original medicine composition, and synergistically play a role in wetting and dispersing the surfaces of original medicine particles and improving the medicine effect. The formula of the invention ensures that the whole preparation system is not easy to separate out water, is not easy to be pasted and is not easy to generate austenitizing.
The auxiliary agent is suitable for a compound suspending agent with 10-40% of glufosinate-ammonium, 1-10% of quizalofop-p-ethyl and 0.1-10% of oxyfluorfen.
The dosage of the auxiliary agent in the compound suspending agent is 4-10%, and the preferred dosage is 5%.
The application of the auxiliary agent on the suspending agent of glufosinate-ammonium compounded quizalofop-p-ethyl and oxyfluorfen comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing glufosinate-ammonium, quizalofop-p-ethyl, oxyfluorfen, an auxiliary agent and water in proportion, adding an antifreezing agent and a suspending agent, supplementing water, mixing, adding an antifoaming agent accounting for 0.1% of the preparation, and uniformly dispersing the materials to prepare a suspension premix; the temperature is controlled below 40 ℃, the obtained suspension premix is sanded to form a suspending agent product of glufosinate-ammonium compound quizalofop-p-ethyl and oxyfluorfen, the suspension particle size is less than or equal to 5 microns, and the suspension rate is more than or equal to 90%.
The glufosinate-ammonium compounded quizalofop-p-ethyl and oxyfluorfen suspending agent has low production cost, takes water as a dispersion medium, and is safe to operators and environment.
The herbicide composition has obvious synergistic effect, improves the persistence of each component single agent, obviously delays the generation of weed resistance, reduces the times of repeated use of pesticides, reduces the use amount of the pesticides and reduces the agricultural cost.
Unless otherwise specified, the percentage in the formula of the invention is mass percentage.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the suspending agent additive is suitable for compounding the glufosinate-ammonium with quizalofop-p-ethyl and oxyfluorfen, can obviously inhibit aggregation of pesticide suspended particles, is resistant to crystallization, inhibits crystallization growth, inhibits creaming, is resistant to electrolyte, and can effectively avoid the problems of layering, precipitation, creaming and the like of the suspending agent. Meanwhile, the pesticide has excellent surface activity such as wetting and dispersion, and the dispersion suspension performance is stable.
2. The invention has the advantages of small using amount of the auxiliary agent, low cost, difficult generation of precipitate after long-term storage and good temperature resistance, and is particularly suitable for industrial production.
