The pulley lift mechanism of claim 2, wherein the pulley assembly further comprises a first upper locking assembly disposed at an upper side of a junction of the other end of the first half-round pulley and the other end of the second half-round pulley and a first lower locking assembly disposed at a lower side of a junction of the other end of the first half-round pulley and the other end of the second half-round pulley.

The pulley lifting mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the first upper locking component and the first lower locking component are the same type of first locking component, the first locking component comprises a first hinge fixing seat, a second hinge fixing seat, a first hinge lug and a first knob handle, one end of the first hinge lug is connected with the second hinge fixing seat, the other end of the first hinge lug is connected with the first knob handle, and the second hinge fixing seat is connected with the first hinge fixing seat through the first knob handle and the first hinge lug;
the first hinge fixing seat is arranged at one end of the first semicircular pulley, and the second hinge fixing seat is arranged at one end of the second semicircular pulley.

The pulley lifting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the wire clamping assembly comprises an upper semicircular fixing seat, a lower semicircular fixing seat, a first wire clamping push block and a second wire clamping push block, one side of the upper semicircular fixing seat is hinged to one side of the lower semicircular fixing seat, the first wire clamping push block is arranged at one end of the upper semicircular fixing seat, and the second wire clamping push block is arranged at the other end of the upper semicircular fixing seat.
