In at least one embodiment of the present invention, the protrusion 33 is provided on the barrier 30 and the groove 22 is provided on the front decorative panel 20.
Preferably, the upper and lower barriers 31 and 32 of the present invention are each provided with a protrusion 33, and the front trim 20 is provided with two grooves 22, the two grooves 22 being respectively provided corresponding to the protrusions 33 of the upper and lower barriers 31 and 32 for respectively sealing a gap between the upper barrier 31 and the front trim 20 and a gap between the lower barrier 32 and the front trim 20.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and 7, the air conditioner includes: a front trim driving part 21, the front trim driving part 21 being disposed in the housing 10 and being in driving connection with the front trim 20 to drive the front trim 20 to move in a direction approaching or departing from the housing 10.
Specifically, the front trim driving portion 21 includes an air compressor, a sleeve 211 and a transmission rod 212, one end of the transmission rod 212 is telescopically inserted into a barrel cavity of the sleeve 211, the other end of the transmission rod 212 is connected with the front trim 20, the air compressor is connected with the barrel cavity of the sleeve 211 to introduce high-pressure air into the barrel cavity, so as to push the transmission rod 212 to move in the sleeve, so as to push the front trim 20 to move in a direction away from the housing 10, thereby opening the front trim 20, and when the air compressor draws the high-pressure air in the sleeve 211 away, the transmission rod 212 drives the front trim 20 to move in a direction close to the housing 10, thereby closing the front trim 20.
The air conditioner of the present invention further includes a baffle driving part disposed in the housing 10 and drivingly connected to the baffle 30 to drive the baffle 30 to rotate and/or move relative to the front air inlet 13. The baffle driving part is a baffle driving motor which is directly connected with the baffle 30; or the baffle drive motor is coupled to the baffle 30 via at least one of a rack and pinion assembly, a crank link assembly, and a telescoping link assembly.
The casing 10 of the air conditioner of the present invention comprises an inner casing 15 and an outer casing, wherein the outer casing comprises a panel 14 arranged at the front side of the inner casing 15, and the panel 14 is fixed on the inner casing 15 and positioned between an upper baffle 31 and a lower baffle 32 for sealing the inner cavity of the inner casing 15 so as to prevent the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger from being reduced due to air backflow.
As shown in fig. 3, the air conditioner includes a cooling mode for upward air outlet, when the air conditioner starts the cooling mode, the front decorative plate 20 moves to be spaced apart from the casing 10, the front upper air inlet 131 is closed, and the front lower air inlet 132 is opened; the lower air inlet 12 and the front lower air inlet 132 are used for air inlet at the same time, and the upper air inlet 11 is used for air outlet.
Specifically, when the user selects the cooling mode, the pneumatic press injects high-pressure gas into the sleeve 211 to push the transmission rod 212 to move forward to push out the front decorative plate 20, and then the upper flap 31 keeps the position closing the front upper air inlet 131 unchanged, and the lower flap 32 rotates to open the front lower air inlet 132; at this time, the front lower air inlet 132 and the lower air inlet 12 are both used for air inlet, and the upper air inlet 11 is used for air outlet, so as to realize upper air outlet of the air conditioner, increase the air inlet volume of the air conditioner, and improve the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner.
Because the cold air flow has a sinking characteristic, the air conditioner with a plurality of air inlets in the prior art can suck the cold air flow into the heat exchanger from other air inlets for secondary heat exchange, so that the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner is reduced, and the refrigeration effect is poor.
As shown in fig. 4, the air conditioner includes a heating mode for discharging air downward, and when the air conditioner starts the heating mode, the front decorative plate 20 moves to be spaced apart from the casing 10, the upper baffle 31 opens the front upper intake opening 131, and the lower baffle 32 closes the front lower intake opening 132; the upper air inlet 11 and the front upper air inlet 131 are used for air inlet, and the lower air inlet 12 is used for air outlet.
Specifically, when the user selects the heating mode, the pneumatic press injects high-pressure gas into the sleeve 211 to push the transmission rod 212 to move forward to push out the front decorative plate 20, and then the upper flap 31 rotates to open the front upper intake vent 131, and the lower flap 32 maintains a position where the front lower intake vent 132 is closed; at this time, the front upper air inlet 131 and the upper air inlet 11 are both used for air inlet, and the lower air inlet 12 is used for air outlet, so as to realize lower air outlet of the air conditioner, increase the air inlet volume of the air conditioner, and improve the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner.
Because the hot air flow has the floating characteristic, the air conditioner with a plurality of air inlets in the prior art can suck the hot air flow into the heat exchanger from other air inlets for secondary heat exchange, thereby reducing the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner and ensuring poorer heating effect, when the upper baffle 31 is opened in place, the air conditioner can be abutted against the front decorative plate 20 so as to achieve the effect of sealing the gap between the upper baffle 31 and the front decorative plate 20 through the bulge 33 on the upper baffle 31 and the groove 22 on the front decorative plate 20, therefore, the hot air flow floating upwards from the lower part of the air conditioner can not enter the upper air inlet 131 at the front side from the gap between the upper baffle 31 and the front decorative plate 20, the problem that the hot air flow is easy to flow back from the upper air inlet 131 at the front side to enter the interior of the air conditioner for secondary heat exchange is solved, and the heating effect of the air conditioner is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, the air conditioner includes an air supply mode for simultaneously blowing air up and down, when the air conditioner starts the air supply mode, the front decorative plate 20 moves to be spaced apart from the casing 10, the upper baffle 31 opens the front upper air inlet 131, and the lower baffle 32 opens the front lower air inlet 132; the front upper air inlet 131 and the front lower air inlet 132 are used for air inlet, and the upper air inlet 11 and the lower air inlet 12 are used for air outlet.
Specifically, when the user selects the air supply mode, the air compressor injects high-pressure air into the sleeve 211 to push the transmission rod 212 to move forward to push out the front decorative plate 20, and then the upper flap 31 rotates to open the front upper air inlet 131, and the lower flap 32 rotates to open the front lower air inlet 132; at this time, the front upper air inlet 131 and the front lower air inlet 132 are used for air inlet, and the upper air inlet 11 and the lower air inlet 12 are used for air outlet, so that the air inlet and outlet amount of the air conditioner is increased, and the comfort experience of a user is improved.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
the air conditioner of the present invention includes: the air conditioner comprises a shell 10, wherein an upper air inlet 11 and a lower air inlet 12 which are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the shell 10 are arranged on the shell 10, and a front side air inlet 13 positioned at the front side of the shell 10 is also arranged on the shell 10; a front trim 20, the front trim 20 being disposed at a front side of the housing 10 and movably disposed with respect to the housing 10 for contact or spacing with the housing 10; and a shutter 30 movably provided at the front side intake opening 13 of the case 10 for opening or closing the front side intake opening 13. Therefore, the air inlet quantity of the wall-mounted air conditioner is increased by increasing the number of the air inlets, the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger is improved, the refrigerating and heating effects of the air conditioner are improved, and the problem that the heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger is poor due to the fact that the number of the air inlets of the air conditioner is small and the air inlet mode is single in the prior art is solved.
