When the air is discharged downwards, the air outlet panel 13 is pushed out and rotates upwards, the air deflector 40 is opened to play a role in guiding air, and at the moment, the air outlet panel 13 does not guide air; when the air is blown out, the air outlet panel 13 is pushed out and rotates downwards, the air deflector 40 is kept still attached to the inner wall of the air outlet panel 13 or is hidden in the groove of the inner wall of the air outlet panel 13, and the air outlet panel 13 conducts air flow obliquely upwards.
The width sizes of the air outlet panel 13 and the air inlet panel 12 are both large, the width sizes of the air outlet panel 13 and the air inlet panel 12 are both larger than 100mm, the upper end of the air outlet panel 13 is prolonged and lifted to be close to the middle of the front side of the air conditioner so as to completely cover the air channel when the air inlet panel 12 is closed, and the large-size panel and the prolonged and lifted air channel can ensure that the air is further blown out.
The control method of the upper air outlet and the lower air outlet of the air conditioner comprises the following steps: the air outlet panel 13 is arranged at the front lower side position of the air conditioner, the air outlet panel 13 is connected and installed on the main body of the indoor unit of the air conditioner through the driving rack 32, and the stepping motor is arranged inside the driving rack 32 at the connecting position of the air outlet panel 13, so that the air outlet panel 13 can move along with the whole push-out movement of the driving rack 32 and the rotary movement around the connecting position of the driving rack 32. The upper wall of the air outlet panel 13 is extended to be raised to a position close to the middle of the front side of the air conditioner, so that the position of the upper air outlet 15 is higher when air is discharged upwards, and the air flow discharged upwards is farther. The width size of air-out panel 13 is great, and air-out panel 13 width size is greater than 100mm, guarantees that enough big air-out panel 13 makes the panel as the partly in wind channel when going up the air-out, and the air-out air supply height is higher on the cooperation air-out panel 13 upper wall, and the water conservancy diversion effect is better, and the air supply distance is farther, improves the travelling comfort. When the panel is closed, the air duct structure is completely covered to ensure the appearance quality.
Specifically, the following two embodiments are provided for the matching manner of the panel and the air deflector 40:
the first implementation mode comprises the following steps:
the air deflector 40 is arranged on the air outlet panel 13, the rotating shaft of the air deflector 40 is arranged at one end of the air deflector 40 close to the lower edge of the air outlet panel 13, the air deflector 40 can rotate around the rotating shaft thereof under the driving of the motor or the driving mechanism 30, and the air deflector 40 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the panel of the air outlet panel 13 when closed. Optionally, a mounting groove 231 is formed in the panel on which the air guiding plate 40 is mounted, and the air guiding plate 40 is hidden in the mounting groove 231 when being closed, so that air guiding of the panel is smoother (as shown in the figure). When the air deflector 40 is opened, the air deflector 40 far away from one end of the rotating shaft is abutted or in small clearance fit with the upper wall of the air outlet plate, and the lowest (most lower) position of the upper wall of the air duct is positioned on the left side of one end of the air deflector 40 far away from the rotating shaft, so that air flow can flow onto the air deflector 40 more easily.
The second embodiment:
the air deflector 40 is disposed on the air duct casing 23, the rotating shaft of the air deflector 40 is disposed at an end of the air deflector 40 far away from the upper air outlet 15, and the rotating shaft of the air deflector 40 is disposed at the right side of the lowest (lowest) position of the upper wall of the air duct, and the air deflector 40 can rotate around the rotating shaft thereof under the driving of the motor or the driving mechanism 30.
The inner wall of the air outlet panel 13 is provided with the mounting groove 231, and the air deflector 40 is hidden in the mounting groove 231 when closed, so that the upper wall of the air duct is connected more smoothly, and the airflow flowing resistance is smaller. Optionally, the upper wall of the air duct is not provided with a groove structure, and the air deflector 40 is directly attached to the upper wall of the air duct when closed.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, with the air conditioning indoor unit of the present embodiment, the control modes in different air supply modes are as follows: when the refrigeration mode is started, the upper air outlet mode is selected by default, the first air inlet plate 121 and the second air inlet plate 122 are opened at the moment, the air outlet panel 13 is pushed out along with the driving rack 32, the air outlet panel 13 is opened downwards in a rotating mode, the air guide plate 40 is kept still, then the fan blades are started, the inner wall of the air outlet panel 13 serves as an air duct surface to play a role in guiding, and cold air is lifted to be blown out from the upper air outlet 15. When the air conditioner is shut down, the fan blades are shut down first, then the first air inlet plate 121 and the second air inlet plate 122 are closed, the air outlet panel 13 is retracted along with the driving rack 32 and the air outlet panel 13 is closed, and the shutdown is completed. When the heating mode is started, the air is exhausted by default in a rotating mode, at the moment, the first air inlet plate 121 and the second air inlet plate 122 are opened, meanwhile, the air outlet panel 13 is pushed out along with the driving rack 32, the air outlet panel 13 is opened in a rotating mode, the air guide plate 40 is opened, then the fan blades are started, at the moment, the air guide plate 13 does not guide the air, and the air guide plate 40 plays a role in guiding the flow. When the air conditioner is shut down, the fan blades are shut down first, then the first air inlet plate 121, the second air inlet plate 122 and the air guide plate 40 are closed, and finally the air outlet panel 13 is retracted to close the air outlet panel 13 along with the driving rack 32, so that the shutdown is completed.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects: the air outlet panel has the air guide function, the width of the air outlet panel is large, cold air flow is raised during refrigeration, cold air does not blow a head, the air supply distance is longer, the cold air is reduced from a high position, the temperature distribution of a room is uniform, and the comfort is good; the air deflector is arranged on the air outlet panel and moves along with the panel, the air deflector can rotate relative to the panel, hot air flow is pressed down under the action of the air deflector during heating, hot air rises from the ground, the room temperature is uniformly distributed, and the comfort is good.

Claims (13)

1. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
the indoor unit shell (10) comprises an installation bottom shell (11), an air inlet panel (12) and an air outlet panel (13), wherein the air inlet panel (12) is located above the air outlet panel (13), an installation cavity is defined by the air inlet panel (12), the air outlet panel (13) and the installation bottom shell (11), an air duct component (20) is installed in the installation cavity, and an air inlet (16) for supplying air to an air duct inlet (21) of the air duct component (20) is formed in the air inlet panel (12);
the air outlet panel (13) is movably arranged, and the air outlet panel (13) is provided with a first air outlet position and a second air outlet position; when the air outlet panel (13) is located at the first air outlet position, the air outlet panel (13) moves to a position spaced from the mounting bottom shell (11) to form a lower air outlet (14); when the air outlet panel (13) is located at the second air outlet position, the air outlet panel (13) moves to a position where the air inlet panel (12) is arranged at an interval to form an upper air outlet (15).
2. The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the outlet panel (13) is rotatably disposed to rotate to the first outlet position or the second outlet position.
3. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising:
and the driving mechanism (30), the driving mechanism (30) is in driving connection with the air outlet panel (13), so that the air outlet panel (13) is driven to move to the first air outlet position or the second air outlet position through the driving mechanism (30).
4. An air-conditioning indoor unit according to claim 3, wherein the drive mechanism (30) comprises:
a drive gear (31) rotatably provided;
drive rack (32), drive rack (32) are the arc structure, drive gear (31) with drive rack (32) meshing sets up, drive rack (32) with air-out panel (13) are connected, so that drive gear (31) pass through drive rack (32) drive air-out panel (13) rotate.
5. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising:
the air deflector (40) is movably arranged at the air duct outlet (22) of the air duct component (20) so as to guide the air blown out from the air duct outlet (22) to flow into the lower air outlet (14) or the upper air outlet (15) through the movement of the air deflector (40).
6. The indoor unit of claim 5, wherein the air deflector (40) has a hinged end and an air deflecting end which are oppositely arranged, and the hinged end is installed on the air outlet panel (13); when the air outlet panel (13) is located at the first air outlet position, the air guide end of the air guide plate (40) rotates to a position matched with the air duct shell (23) of the air duct component (20) so as to guide the air duct outlet (22) to exhaust air to the lower air outlet (14); when the air outlet panel (13) is located at the second air outlet position, the air deflector (40) is arranged to avoid the upper air outlet (15) so that air of the air duct outlet (22) is discharged through the upper air outlet (15).
7. The indoor unit of claim 6, wherein the air deflector (40) is attached to an inner wall of the outlet panel (13) when the outlet panel (13) is at the second outlet position.
8. The indoor unit of air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein the air deflector (40) is rotatably mounted on the duct casing (23) of the duct member (20); when the air outlet panel (13) is located at the first air outlet position, the air deflector (40) extends towards the air outlet direction of the air duct outlet (22) to guide the air duct outlet (22) to outlet air towards the lower air outlet (14); when the air outlet panel (13) is located at the second air outlet position, the air deflector (40) is arranged to avoid the upper air outlet (15).
9. The indoor unit of claim 8, wherein the air deflector (40) is attached to an outer wall of the duct casing (23) when the outlet panel (13) is at the second outlet position.
10. The indoor unit of claim 9, wherein a mounting groove (231) is formed on an outer wall of the duct casing (23), and when the outlet panel (13) is in the second outlet position, the outlet panel (13) moves into the mounting groove (231).
11. The indoor unit of air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the intake panel (12) is movably disposed, the intake panel (12) having an intake position and a closed position; when the air inlet panel (12) moves to the air inlet position, the air inlet panel (12) and an air duct inlet (21) of the air duct component (20) are arranged at intervals to form an air inlet (16); when the air inlet panel (12) moves to the closed position, the air inlet panel (12) covers the air duct inlet (21) of the air duct component (20).
12. The indoor unit of claim 11, wherein the air inlet panel (12) comprises a first air inlet plate (121) and a second air inlet plate (122), the first air inlet plate (121) has a first connecting end and a first movable end which are oppositely arranged, the second air inlet plate (122) has a second connecting end and a second movable end which are oppositely arranged, and the first movable end and the second movable end are both positioned between the first connecting end and the second connecting end; when the air inlet panel (12) moves to the air inlet position, the first movable end and the second movable end are arranged at intervals to form the air inlet (16); when the air inlet panel (12) moves to the closed position, the first movable end and the second movable end are spliced to cover the air duct inlet (21) of the air duct component (20).
13. The indoor unit of claim 12, wherein the first connection end and the second connection end are rotatably provided such that the first air inlet plate (121) and the second air inlet plate (122) are opened to form the air inlet position or closed to form the closed position.
