Adding a solvent to disperse for 30 minutes (600 revolutions/min) under a stirring state, then dispersing the defoaming agent and the flatting agent for 40 minutes (1200 revolutions/min) at a high speed, adding the color paste and the adhesion promoter to disperse for 30 minutes (600 revolutions/min), finally adding the amino resin to disperse for 15 minutes (400 revolutions/min), and preparing a sample paint for later use.
3) And (3) polishing and wiping the tin plate by using 800-mesh sand for later use.
4) The sample paint is adjusted to be proper in spraying viscosity, sprayed on a tin plate, dried for 10 minutes, placed in an oven for baking for 30 minutes (180 ℃) and naturally cooled.
5) The samples were tested for performance.

methylene dichloride and ketone solvent resistant high-temperature water-based amino baking paint, wherein the water-based blue paste comprises the following components in parts by weight: 23.6 parts of water, 6 parts of a TECH-31665 dispersant, 3.5 parts of a TECH-31697 dispersant, 0.5 part of a TECH-31246 organic silicon leveling agent, 0.6 part of a TECH-31265 wetting agent, 0.6 part of a TECH-31360 defoaming agent, 0.9 part of a TECH-31901 rheological additive, 0.5 part of a TECH-31884 amine neutralizer, 0.1 part of a K9N bactericide, 43 parts of barium sulfate, 14.5 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.5 part of mesolite and 5.7 parts of phthalocyanine blue.
The preparation method of the methylene chloride and ketone solvent resistant high-temperature water-based amino baking paint comprises the following steps:
1) weighing water and a solvent in the formula in sequence according to the formula of the color paste; under stirring, the auxiliary agent is weighed and added for pre-dispersion for 10 minutes (600 revolutions/min), then the pigment and the filler are weighed and pre-dispersed for 10 minutes (600 revolutions/min), the same amount of zirconium beads are added for grinding for 120 minutes, and the filter pulp is reserved (the fineness is below 10 um).
2) Weighing resin according to an amino baking varnish formula, wherein the resin comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 51.8 parts of 3250T tin-free Honghui resin, 5.7 parts of cyanite 303 amino resin, 0.7 part of TECH-31753 adhesive force promoter, 0.6 part of TECH-31170 non-silicon flatting agent, 0.4 part of TECH-31377 organic silicon defoamer, 29.3 parts of water-based blue slurry, 3.1 parts of 1, 4-butanediol, 3.1 parts of triethanolamine, 2 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether and 3 parts of diacetone alcohol. Adding a solvent to disperse for 30 minutes (600 revolutions/min) under a stirring state, then dispersing the defoaming agent and the flatting agent for 40 minutes (1200 revolutions/min) at a high speed, adding the color paste and the adhesion promoter to disperse for 30 minutes (600 revolutions/min), finally adding the amino resin to disperse for 15 minutes (400 revolutions/min), and preparing a sample paint for later use.
3) And (3) polishing and wiping the tin plate by using 800-mesh sand for later use.

1. The methylene chloride and ketone resistant solvent type high-temperature water-based amino baking paint is characterized by comprising water-based amino baking paint raw materials, wherein the water-based amino baking paint raw materials comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 48-51.8 parts of 3250T tin-free Honghui resin, 5.7-10 parts of cyante 303 amino resin, 0.7-1 part of accelerator, 0.4-0.6 part of rheological agent, 0.3-0.4 part of defoamer, 29.3-32.1 parts of water-based blue slurry raw material and 8.5-11.2 parts of solvent;
the raw materials of the water-based blue slurry comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5.7-8 parts of phthalocyanine blue, 58-65.8 parts of extender pigment, 6-9.5 parts of dispersant, 0.3-0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.2-0.6 part of wetting agent, 0.4-0.9 part of rheological additive, 0.35-0.5 part of amine neutralizer, 0.1-1.5 parts of bactericide and 18.6-23.6 parts of water.

The methylene chloride and ketone solvent resistant high-temperature water-based amino baking paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-based amino baking paint raw materials comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 48-50 parts of 3250T tin-free Honghui resin, 6-9 parts of cyante 303 amino resin, 0.7-0.9 part of accelerator, 0.4-0.6 part of rheological agent, 0.3-0.4 part of defoamer, 30-32 parts of water-based blue slurry and 9-11 parts of solvent.

The methylene chloride and ketone solvent resistant high-temperature water-based amino baking paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-based blue paste raw material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-8 parts of phthalocyanine blue, 60-64 parts of extender pigment, 7-9 parts of dispersant, 0.3-0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.3-0.4 part of wetting agent, 0.5-0.8 part of rheological additive, 0.4-0.5 part of amine neutralizer, 0.5-1.2 parts of bactericide and 20-22 parts of water.
4. The methylene chloride and ketone solvent resistant high-temperature water-based amino baking paint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the bulk pigment in the water-based blue paste raw material comprises barium sulfate, titanium dioxide and/or chrome yellow.

The methylene chloride and ketone solvent resistant high-temperature water-based amino baking varnish as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the dispersant in the water-based blue paste raw material is a TECH-31665 dispersant and a TECH-31697 dispersant; the leveling agent is a TECH-31246 leveling agent; the wetting agent is TECH-31265; the rheological additive is TECH-31901 rheological additive; the amine neutralizer is TECH-31884 amine neutralizer; the bactericide is trojan K9N bactericide.

The methylene chloride and ketone solvent resistant high-temperature water-based amino baking paint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the accelerator in the water-based amino baking paint raw material is a TECH-31753 adhesion promoter; the rheological agent is TECH-31170 rheological agent; the antifoaming agent is TECH-31377 antifoaming agent.
7. The method for preparing methylene chloride and ketone solvent resistant high-temperature water-based amino baking paint according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, weighing formula water in turn according to the formula of the water-based blue paste raw material; weighing and adding the auxiliary agent under stirring for pre-dispersing for 10 minutes, weighing and pre-dispersing the pigment and the extender pigment for 10 minutes, adding equivalent zirconium beads, grinding for 120 minutes, and filtering for later use;
