Each clamping structure 322 comprises two clamping jaws with adjustable intervals, and is driven by a chain transmission mode, each clamping structure 322 can move up and down and back and forth, so that the conveying belt 31 and the material transfer between the film tearing stations 1a in different directions are completed, the two clamping structures 322 work alternately, the material transfer after the film tearing and the film tearing are completed is guaranteed, and the processing efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, in order not to affect the advance of the conveyer belt 31, a push-up mechanism capable of lifting up the fixed tooling 2 is provided, so that the corresponding fixed tooling 2 is lifted up from the conveyer belt 31, and then falls down after the clamping structure 322 clamps the fixed tooling 2 away.

The film tearing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the transferring device includes a plurality of conveying belts disposed on the base and spaced apart from each other, the plurality of conveying belts includes at least one feeding conveying belt and at least one discharging conveying belt, one end of the feeding conveying belt corresponds to the film tearing station to convey the fixing tool to the film tearing station for film tearing, and one end of the discharging conveying belt corresponds to the film tearing station to convey the fixing tool out of the film tearing station after film tearing.

The film tearing apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the transferring device further comprises a tool moving assembly, the tool moving assembly comprises a first supporting portion fixed to the base and two movable clamping structures spaced on the first supporting portion, the two movable clamping structures are used for respectively transferring the fixed tool from the feeding conveyer belt to the film tearing station before film tearing and transferring the fixed tool from the film tearing station to the discharging conveyer belt after film tearing.
16. The film tearing apparatus of claim 14, wherein said feed conveyor belts are spaced two by two;
the transfer device further comprises a reversing tool assembly, the reversing tool assembly comprises a second supporting part and a shifting part, the second supporting part is provided with two feeding conveying belts in a crossing mode, the shifting part is movably mounted on the second supporting part, and the transfer device moves between the two feeding conveying belts and is used for shifting the fixed tool from one feeding conveying belt to the other feeding conveying belt.
17. The film tearing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a collecting device provided with a collecting station for collecting the film pieces torn from the products, the collecting station being on the film tearing stroke;
