During operation, the aluminum profile 40 in the material storage frame 1 sequentially passes through the feeding station, the bulk material station, the material arranging station, the punching station and the hook station, and then enters the spraying station for spraying.
At the feeding station, the jacking part of the I-th jacking mechanism 2 extends into the inner cavity of the material storage square frame 1 and jacks the aluminum profile 40 upwards, so that the upper-layer aluminum profile 40 is higher than the upper surface of the material storage square frame 1.
At a bulk cargo station, firstly, a double-shaft driving motor 5 drives two gears 6 to synchronously rotate forwards, so as to drive two racks 4 to move leftwards, and accordingly, a transfer frame 3 is driven to move leftwards along a guide rail 7 until a bulk cargo horizontal conveyor belt 8 is inserted into the bottom of an upper-layer aluminum section bar 40; then, under the driving of the jacking mechanism I2, the height of the aluminum profile 40 is properly lowered, so that the upper layer aluminum profile 40 is placed on the bulk material horizontal conveyor belt 8, and the upper layer aluminum profile 40 is separated from the partition plate; then the double-shaft driving motor 5 drives the two gears 6 to synchronously rotate reversely, and further drives the two racks 4 to move rightwards, so as to drive the transfer frame 3 to move rightwards along the guide rail 7 until the right end part of the bulk material horizontal conveyor belt 8 extends above the material arranging platform 9, the bulk material horizontal conveyor belt 8, the material arranging horizontal conveyor belt 10 and the vertical positioning conveyor belt 14 are started, so that the conveying speed of the vertical positioning conveyor belt 14 is the same as that of the material arranging horizontal conveyor belt 10, meanwhile, the conveying speed of the bulk material horizontal conveyor belt 8 is smaller than that of the material arranging horizontal conveyor belt 10, and further, under the action of the bulk material horizontal conveyor belt 8 and the material arranging horizontal conveyor belt 10, the aluminum profiles 40 enter the material arranging horizontal conveyor belt 10 one by one, and therefore the purpose of bulk materials is achieved.
At the material arranging station, the material arranging horizontal conveyor belt 10 drives the aluminum profile 40 to move from left to right, and when the material arranging horizontal conveyor belt moves, the material arranging roller 13 rotates clockwise to drive the aluminum profile 40 to move from right back to left front until the front end face of the aluminum profile 40 abuts against the rear conveying face of the vertical positioning conveyor belt 14, so that the material arranging purpose is realized.
At a punching station, under the drive of a main horizontal conveyor belt 18, an aluminum profile 40 moves from left to right, when the aluminum profile 40 moves to the front side of a drilling machine 17, an I-th proximity sensor 41 sends a signal to a PLC in real time, the PLC controls the drilling machine 17 to start a drilling action in real time, a drill bit of the drilling machine 17 moves downwards to drill a hole in the front end part of the aluminum profile 40, during drilling, the drilling machine 17 moves rightwards at the same speed as the aluminum profile 40 under the transmission of a drilling machine transmission mechanism, until the drilling time reaches a set time, the PLC controls the drill bit of the drilling machine 17 to ascend and separate from the aluminum profile 40 at first, then controls the drilling machine transmission mechanism to drive the drilling machine 17 to move leftwards at a set speed, the speed is greater than the speed of moving rightwards when the drilling machine 17 drills along with the drilling, and the speed meets the following conditions: the time when the drilling machine 17 reaches the position corresponding to the I-th proximity sensor 41 is earlier than the time when the next aluminum profile 40 reaches the position corresponding to the I-th proximity sensor 41; when the next aluminum profile 40 arrives, the I-th proximity sensor 41, the PLC, the drill transfer mechanism, and the drill 17 repeatedly perform the above steps, thereby achieving the purpose of drilling holes following the aluminum profile 40.
At the hook station, the hook fixing frame 22 and the hook 21 move from left to right under the driving of the hook horizontal conveyor belt, meanwhile, the vertical shifting rod conveyor belt 24 rotates the transmission shifting rod 25 clockwise, and when the hook 21 moves to the position above the hook pulling support 23, the shifting rod 25 drives the hook 21 to rotate backwards and upwards; meanwhile, under the driving of the main horizontal conveyor belt 18, the aluminum profile 40 moves from left to right until the aluminum profile 40 moves to the position above the II jacking mechanism 19, the II proximity sensor 42 sends a signal to the PLC in real time, and the PLC controls the II jacking mechanism 19 to jack the aluminum profile 40 upwards in real time, so that the hanging hole of the aluminum profile 40 penetrates through the hook 21; then under the combined action of main horizontal conveyor 18, couple horizontal conveyor and vertical dead man conveyer 24, aluminium alloy 40 moves with the synchronous right removal of couple 21, because the couple horizontal conveyor that is located main horizontal conveyor 18 right side is the slope form that low right height left side is, then under the effect of couple horizontal conveyor, upwards pulls aluminium alloy 40 for aluminium alloy 40 leaves main horizontal conveyor 18, realizes the purpose of couple from this.
