Description

Dechlorination composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemical articles, and particularly relates to a dechlorination composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, 80% of water works in China still use the traditional treatment process, and disinfection and bleaching are carried out by using chlorine. Chlorine is an effective sterilization and disinfection mode, free chlorine and combined chlorine are contained in domestic water and swimming pool water to different degrees, the free chlorine and the combined chlorine are collectively called residual chlorine, certain damage can be caused to the individual life of people, and the chlorine removal effect of the existing washing and protecting products is not obvious. The natural vitamin E is easy to be oxidized and inactivated, and the vitamin ester is a kind of esterified derivatives synthesized by the condensation reaction of the alcohol (phenol) hydroxyl of the vitamin and carboxylic acid compounds. After the vitamin is esterified, the stability of the vitamin is obviously improved under a plurality of solvent systems, and the vitamin has the functions and the activities of the original and newly added functional groups. The vitamin E ester is chemically stable and is not easy to be oxidized because the phenolic hydroxyl group is protected.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the dechlorination composition, which comprises the following steps: heating D-panthenol and vitamin E acetate under stirring, cooling, and adding thiosulfate to obtain the dechlorination composition.
The invention also provides application of the dechlorination composition in shower gel, shampoo and laundry detergent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention provides a dechlorination composition which comprises thiosulfate and an auxiliary agent, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises D-panthenol and/or vitamin ester. The dechlorination composition provided by the invention can be widely applied to daily chemical products such as shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent and the like, and has a good dechlorination effect. The dechlorination composition has simple preparation method and low cost, and is beneficial to reducing the production cost and the industrialization of products.
(2) The vitamin E acetate has excellent characteristics of oxidation resistance, aging resistance and the like, but the solubility of the vitamin E acetate is poor, so that the skin care effect of the vitamin E acetate cannot be fully exerted; according to the invention, through compounding of different components, on one hand, the solubility of the vitamin E acetate in the dechlorination composition is improved, on the other hand, the product containing the dechlorination composition is promoted to exert a synergistic effect on skin, and the improvement of the overall performance and effect of the product is facilitated.
Detailed Description
The invention will be further understood by reference to the following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention and the examples included therein. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. To the extent that a definition of a particular term disclosed in the prior art is inconsistent with any definitions provided herein, the definition of the term provided herein controls.
The invention provides a dechlorination composition which comprises thiosulfate and an auxiliary agent.
In a preferred embodiment, the thiosulfate salt is selected from one or more of sodium thiosulfate and potassium thiosulfate.
In a preferred embodiment, the adjuvant comprises D-panthenol and/or vitamin esters.
In a preferred embodiment, the adjuvant comprises D-panthenol and vitamin esters.
The vitamin ester is an esterified derivative synthesized by condensation reaction of alcohol (phenol) hydroxyl of vitamin and carboxylic acid compounds. After the vitamin is esterified, the stability of the vitamin is obviously improved under a plurality of solvent systems, and the vitamin has the functions and the activities of the original and newly added functional groups. Reducing the oxidation of thiosulfates.
In a preferred embodiment, the vitamin ester is selected from one or more of vitamin E acetate, vitamin E succinate monoester, vitamin E linoleate, vitamin E nicotinate, vitamin E ferulate.
In a preferred embodiment, the thiosulfate salt: d-panthenol: the weight ratio of the vitamin ester is (0.1-0.5): (1-2): (0-0.4).
In a preferred embodiment, the thiosulfate salt: d-panthenol: the weight ratio of the vitamin ester is 0.2: 1.5: 0.2.
the inventor adds a certain amount of D-panthenol and vitamin E acetate, and improves the stability of the system composition. Through repeated exploration of the inventor, the proportion of sodium thiosulfate, D-panthenol and vitamin E acetate with the best system stability is finally obtained. The inventors speculate that D-panthenol and vitamin E acetate can encapsulate sodium thiosulfate, preventing it from being oxidized.
In a preferred embodiment, the chlorine removal composition further comprises a solubilizer.
In a preferred embodiment, the solubilizing agent is hydrogenated castor oil PEG-40.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the hydrogenated castor oil PEG-40 to the vitamin E acetate is 1-3: 1.
in a preferred embodiment, the solubilizing agent is basf CO-40.
In a preferred embodiment, the chlorine removal composition further comprises a thickener.
In a preferred embodiment, the thickener accounts for 2-3% of the chlorine removal composition by mass.
In a preferred embodiment, the thickener is SF-1.
The invention improves the dechlorination effect of the dechlorination composition by adding the solubilizer into the system of the dechlorination composition. The inventors speculate that: the solubilizer improves the solubility of the vitamin E acetate in the system, but the inventor finds that the viscosity of the system is reduced after the solubilizer and the vitamin E acetate are added, and the viscosity of the system is improved by adding the thickening agent, and the inventor finds that the chlorine removal effect is best when the thickening agent accounts for 2-3% of the chlorine removal composition by mass. The inventors speculate that at this viscosity, the remaining components of the system are more favorable for exerting the chlorine removal effect.

The invention also provides application of the dechlorination composition in shower gel, shampoo and laundry detergent.
