技术领域
本发明涉及鞋面技术领域,具体涉及一种再生可降解环保科技鞋面。
背景技术
鞋子有着悠久的发展史。大约在5000多年前的仰韶文化时期,就出现了兽皮缝制的最原始的鞋。鞋子是人们保护脚不受伤的一种工具。最早人们为了克服特殊情况,不让脚难受或者受伤,就发明了毛皮鞋子。鞋子发展到现在,就形成了现在这个样子。各种样式功能的鞋子随处可见。
将鞋面安装在鞋底上,使用者穿着后进行行走,鞋面无法在行走期间自动完成鞋面内外空气交换的效果、无法自动将鞋面内部的大量热量排到鞋面外部、无法自动使得鞋面外部的空气进入到鞋面内部,无法减少脚汗、脚臭产生的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种再生可降解环保科技鞋面。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:
一种再生可降解环保科技鞋面,包括用于与外部鞋底连接且对鞋面起到塑形作用的刚性层、开设于所述刚性层上用于交换所述刚性层上下方空气的数个交换孔、设置于所述刚性层上在受外力时可发生弹性形变的弹性层、形成于所述刚性层与所述弹性层之间的空气交换室、设置于所述弹性层内表面在行走踩踏时受惯性力作用带动所述弹性层向靠近所述刚性层方向运动从而将所述空气交换室内的空气挤压向所述交换孔的惯性压块、设置于所述惯性压块与所述刚性层之间在所述惯性压块受惯性力作用后驱动所述惯性压块复位从而带动所述弹性层向远离所述刚性层方向运动将所述交换孔下方的空气抽至所述空气交换室内的复位件、开设于所述弹性层上位于所述惯性压块外部用于所述空气交换室内的空气与外部流动的数个流动孔,所述流动孔的截面面积小于所述交换孔的截面面积,所述流动孔的数量小于所述交换孔的数量。
进一步改进的是:所述刚性层与所述惯性压块之间设置有在所述惯性压块带动所述弹性层向靠近所述刚性层方向运动和向远离所述刚性层方向运动时防止所述惯性压块带动弹性层偏离预定轨迹并在所述惯性压块带动弹性层偏离预定轨迹时起到矫正作用以提高将所述空气交换室内的空气挤压向所述交换孔和将所述交换孔下方的空气抽至所述空气交换室内效率的增率装置。
进一步改进的是:所述增率装置包括分别设置于鞋面两侧且一端设置于所述刚性层上的至少一根支撑杆、一端设置于所述惯性压块下端面且位置与所述支撑杆相对应的在所述惯性压块带动所述弹性层向靠近所述刚性层方向运动和向远离所述刚性层方向运动时防止所述惯性压块带动弹性层偏离预定轨迹的防偏移杆、设置于所述支撑杆另一端与所述防偏移杆另一端之间的在所述惯性压块带动弹性层偏离预定轨迹时起到矫正作用的偏移矫正弹簧。
进一步改进的是:所述支撑杆一端铰接设置于所述刚性层上用于在所述惯性压块受惯性力作用超过预定阈值时防止所述支撑杆一端受损折断。
进一步改进的是:所述弹性层为涤纶层,所述涤纶层上表面设置有防水树脂层,所述流动孔贯穿设置于所述涤纶层与所述防水树脂层。
进一步改进的是:所述复位件为压缩弹簧。
进一步改进的是:所述刚性层下表面设置有在穿着鞋面行走时减少脚背与所述刚性层下表面硬性接触的硅胶层,所述硅胶层下表面设置有抗静电抑菌层,所述交换孔贯穿所述硅胶层与所述抗静电抑菌层。

采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:将鞋面安装在鞋底上,使用者穿着后进行行走,行走踩踏时惯性压块受惯性力作用带动弹性层向靠近刚性层方向运动从而将空气交换室内的空气挤压向交换孔,在惯性压块受惯性力作用后复位件驱动惯性压块复位从而带动弹性层向远离刚性层方向运动将交换孔下方的空气抽至空气交换室内,并在流动孔的截面面积小于交换孔的截面面积,流动孔的数量小于交换孔的数量的设置下,鞋面能够在行走期间自动完成鞋面内外空气交换的效果、自动将鞋面内部的大量热量排到鞋面外部、自动使得鞋面外部的空气进入到鞋面内部,不会轻易产生脚汗、脚臭的现象。

本发明的工作原理:将刚性层1通过螺栓、螺纹孔8的配合安装在鞋底上,使用者穿着后进行行走,行走踩踏时惯性压块5受惯性力作用带动弹性层3向靠近刚性层1方向运动从而将空气交换室4内的空气挤压向交换孔2,在惯性压块5受惯性力作用后复位件6驱动惯性压块5复位从而带动弹性层3向远离刚性层1方向运动将交换孔2下方的空气抽至空气交换室4内,并在流动孔7的截面面积小于交换孔2的截面面积,流动孔7的数量小于交换孔2的数量的设置下,鞋面能够在行走期间自动完成鞋面内外空气交换的效果、自动将鞋面内部的大量热量排到鞋面外部、自动使得鞋面外部的空气进入到鞋面内部,不会轻易产生脚汗、脚臭的现象。
本发明要保护的是产品的结构,各元件的型号不是本发明保护的内容,也是公知技术,市面上只要能实现本发明上述功能的元件均可以做为一种选择应用。因此元件的型号等参数在本发明不做详细述说。本发明的贡献在于将各元件科学的组合在一起。

Claims (10)
1.一种再生可降解环保科技鞋面,其特征在于:包括用于与外部鞋底连接且对鞋面起到塑形作用的刚性层、开设于所述刚性层上用于交换所述刚性层上下方空气的数个交换孔、设置于所述刚性层上在受外力时可发生弹性形变的弹性层、形成于所述刚性层与所述弹性层之间的空气交换室、设置于所述弹性层内表面在行走踩踏时受惯性力作用带动所述弹性层向靠近所述刚性层方向运动从而将所述空气交换室内的空气挤压向所述交换孔的惯性压块、设置于所述惯性压块与所述刚性层之间在所述惯性压块受惯性力作用后驱动所述惯性压块复位从而带动所述弹性层向远离所述刚性层方向运动将所述交换孔下方的空气抽至所述空气交换室内的复位件、开设于所述弹性层上位于所述惯性压块外部用于所述空气交换室内的空气与外部流动的数个流动孔,所述流动孔的截面面积小于所述交换孔的截面面积,所述流动孔的数量小于所述交换孔的数量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生可降解环保科技鞋面,其特征在于:所述刚性层与所述惯性压块之间设置有在所述惯性压块带动所述弹性层向靠近所述刚性层方向运动和向远离所述刚性层方向运动时防止所述惯性压块带动弹性层偏离预定轨迹并在所述惯性压块带动弹性层偏离预定轨迹时起到矫正作用以提高将所述空气交换室内的空气挤压向所述交换孔和将所述交换孔下方的空气抽至所述空气交换室内效率的增率装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种再生可降解环保科技鞋面,其特征在于:所述增率装置包括分别设置于鞋面两侧且一端设置于所述刚性层上的至少一根支撑杆、一端设置于所述惯性压块下端面且位置与所述支撑杆相对应的在所述惯性压块带动所述弹性层向靠近所述刚性层方向运动和向远离所述刚性层方向运动时防止所述惯性压块带动弹性层偏离预定轨迹的防偏移杆、设置于所述支撑杆另一端与所述防偏移杆另一端之间的在所述惯性压块带动弹性层偏离预定轨迹时起到矫正作用的偏移矫正弹簧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种再生可降解环保科技鞋面,其特征在于:所述支撑杆一端铰接设置于所述刚性层上用于在所述惯性压块受惯性力作用超过预定阈值时防止所述支撑杆一端受损折断。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生可降解环保科技鞋面,其特征在于:所述弹性层为涤纶层,所述涤纶层上表面设置有防水树脂层,所述流动孔贯穿设置于所述涤纶层与所述防水树脂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生可降解环保科技鞋面,其特征在于:所述复位件为压缩弹簧。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生可降解环保科技鞋面,其特征在于:所述刚性层下表面设置有在穿着鞋面行走时减少脚背与所述刚性层下表面硬性接触的硅胶层,所述硅胶层下表面设置有抗静电抑菌层,所述交换孔贯穿所述硅胶层与所述抗静电抑菌层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种再生可降解环保科技鞋面,其特征在于:所述抗静电抑菌层包括铜氨纤维纬线、甲壳素经线,所述铜氨纤维纬线与所述甲壳素经线编织设置。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生可降解环保科技鞋面,其特征在于:所述弹性层上表面位于所述惯性压块上方设置有在所述惯性压块受撞击时防止所述复位件受损的防损件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种再生可降解环保科技鞋面,其特征在于:所述防损件包括设置于所述弹性层上表面位于所述惯性压块上方的包裹层、设置于所述包裹层与所述弹性层之间的弹性块;所述包裹层包括循环再生纤维经线、生物可降解纤维纬线,所述循环再生纤维经线与所述生物可降解纤维纬线编织设置;所述循环再生纤维经线为再生涤纶经线,所述生物可降解纤维纬线为再生尼龙纬线。
