肝的疏泄功能发生异常,疏泄不及而致气积郁滞所表现的证候,中医理论上称为肝郁气滞。妇女生产后受激素水平影响,极易情绪波动,造成肝郁气滞。患者易出现抑郁、心情不畅、咽部有异物感等症状;女性出现肝郁气滞时还会出现内分泌紊乱、失眠等症状。
西药可以缓解解肝郁气滞的症状,但不能从根本上解决问题;中成药的调理效果较好,但是成本高,尤其对于产妇来说,中成药的使用会影响妇女哺乳,患者需要每天按时按量服用,费时费力,适口性差。对气郁患者来说,除了选择药补,还可以选择食补,从而达到辅助治疗疾病的目的。如果能开发一种适口性好、营养丰富,且能调理疏肝解郁、具有安神、抗氧化功能的即食食品便可解决以上问题。传统方法用纯黍米面蒸成的黄米糕通常存在凉后***无法直接食用的缺点。
因此如何提供一种具有辅助安神、疏肝解郁的即食藜麦黍米糕是我们亟待解决的一个问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种具有辅助安神、疏肝解郁的即食保健食品藜麦黍米糕,其适口性好,且具有辅助安神和疏肝解郁的效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种具有辅助安神、疏肝解郁的藜麦黍米糕,包括下述重量份的组分:黍米面100-200份、藜麦20-30份、黄花菜10-20份、核桃仁10-20份、花生仁5-10份、分心木1-3份、红枣10-15份、百合5-10份、合欢花5-10份、山药5-10份、酸枣仁2-5份、黑芝麻2-5份、桑葚5-10份、绿茶茶叶1-2份,白砂糖2-5份。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述保健食品包括下述最优重量份的组分:黍米面162份、藜麦24份、黄花菜13份、核桃粉15份、红枣粉14份、百合7份、合欢花5份、山药8份、酸枣仁4份、黑芝麻5份、桑葚10份、绿茶茶叶1份,白砂糖5份。
以上技术方案达到的技术效果是:
黍米性平味甘,具有补中益气、益脾和胃、安神助眠等功能;
藜麦是一种全谷全营养蛋白碱性食物,其蛋白质含量与牛肉相当,品质不亚于肉源蛋白与奶源蛋白。藜麦所含氨基酸种类丰富,除了人类必须的9种必需氨基酸,还含有许多非必需氨基酸,特别是富集多数作物没有的赖氨酸,并且含有种类丰富且含量较高的矿物元素,以及多种人体正常代谢所需要的维生素,不含胆固醇与麸质,糖含量、脂肪含量与热量都属于较低水平;
黄花菜性味甘凉,有止血消炎、清热利湿、消食明目、安神等功效;
核桃仁具有补益心脏、增强脑功能的作用;核桃分心木具有安神、固补肾气、镇静安眠的作用,且对女性有调经作用;
红枣中含有多种生物活性物质,如大枣多糖、黄酮类、皂苷类、三萜类、生物碱类、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸乌苷(cGMP)等,对人体有多种保健治病功效。主要用于中气不足、脾胃虚弱、体倦乏力、食少便溏、血虚萎黄、妇女脏躁等证的治疗。
百合味甘微苦,养阴润肺,清心安神。主治阴虚久嗽、痰中带血;或情志不遂所致的虚烦惊悸、失眠多梦、精神恍惚;
山药味甘,性温,具有除寒热邪气,补中益气,长肌强阴的功效;
酸枣仁甘酸,补肝宁心,敛汗生津。主治虚烦不眠,惊悸多梦,体虚多汗,津伤口渴。
所以,本发明中以补中益气、安神助眠的植物作为主要原材料,起到疏肝解郁、安神的效果。
作为相同的发明构思,本发明还请求保护一种具有辅助安神、疏肝解郁的藜麦黍米糕的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)称量:按照重量份称量上述原料,备用;
2)面剂制备:核桃仁与花生仁按4∶1比例混合磨成粉末,筛子过滤,得核桃粉;红枣磨成粉末,筛子过滤,得红枣粉;将干桑葚洗净,磨成粉末,过滤,得桑葚粉;将藜麦粉与黍米面按1∶1混合均匀,得藜麦黍米面;
3)汁液制备:将鲜黄花菜洗净,隔水蒸15分钟,取出,加水放榨汁机中榨汁,加入黑芝麻榨汁,过滤,得黄花菜汁液;绿茶茶叶冲水,得绿茶水;三种汁液混合得混合汁液;
4)熬制:将山药、百合、合欢花、酸枣仁、分心木混合,加水熬制,浓缩、粉碎,得粉剂;
5)发酵:将藜麦黍米面、粉剂、核桃粉、红枣粉、桑葚粉、白砂糖混合,加入发酵粉,并缓慢倒入混合汁液,搅拌均匀,制成面糊,常温发酵20分钟,发酵完成后加入藜麦黍米面,制备成面团,用擀面杖擀成薄饼状,中间加入熟藜麦粉,叠成五层,切成小块备用;
6)蒸制:将切好的面块放入模具中脱模,隔水蒸制30分钟,得保健食品藜麦黍米糕。
作为上述技术方案优选的技术方案,步骤3)中,绿茶茶叶冲水时,水的加入量为绿茶茶叶重量的100-150倍。
作为上述技术方案优选的技术方案,步骤4)中,所述熬制为大火煎煮30min,再小火煎煮1h。
作为上述技术方案优选的技术方案,步骤5)中,各原料的体积比为藜麦黍米面∶粉剂∶核桃粉∶红枣粉∶桑葚粉=5∶5∶2∶1∶1
经由上述技术方案可知,由于黍米、黄花菜、分心木和合欢花补中益气、益脾和胃、安神助眠的特性,加上藜麦中蕴含丰富的营养物质,本发明以黍米和藜麦为主要原材料,同时补充人体的营养物质,推动气血运行,达到调和肝肾、疏肝解郁,活血化瘀的功效,同时,以酸枣仁、百合、山药、核桃粉等药食同源的中药作为辅料,达到辅助化瘀、安神的效果,而且,绿茶茶水可以向糕点中加入茶叶的清香,制备得到的食品适口性更好,食材原料纯天然,无人工添加剂,长期服用不会产生副作用,可作为家庭养生的食品,老少皆宜。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种辅助安神、疏肝解郁的藜麦黍米糕,包括下述重量份的组分:黍米面100份、藜麦30份、黄花菜10份、核桃仁20份、花生仁5份、红枣15份、百合5份、合欢花5份、山药5份、酸枣仁2份、黑芝麻5份、桑葚5份、绿茶茶叶1份,白砂糖2份。
实施例2
一种辅助安神、疏肝解郁的藜麦黍米糕,包括下述重量份的组分:黍米面162份、藜麦24份、黄花菜13份、核桃仁15份、花生仁5份、红枣14份、百合7份、合欢花5份、山药8份、酸枣仁4份、黑芝麻10份、桑葚10份、绿茶茶叶1份,白砂糖5份。
实施例3
一种辅助安神、疏肝解郁的藜麦黍米糕,包括下述重量份的组分:黍米面200份、藜麦20份、黄花菜20份、核桃仁10份、花生仁5份、红枣10份、百合10份、山药10份、酸枣仁5份、黑芝麻5份、桑葚5份、绿茶茶叶1份,白砂糖3份。
上述保健食品的制备过程如下:
1)称量:按照重量份称量上述原料,备用;
2)面剂制备:核桃仁与花生仁按4∶1比例混合磨成粉末,筛子过滤,得核桃粉。红枣磨成粉末,筛子过滤,得红枣粉。将干桑葚洗净,磨成粉末,过滤,得桑葚粉;将称好的黍米和藜麦分别用清水浸泡过夜,用破壁机磨成粉面,用筛子过滤,去掉未破碎的米粒,再将生黍米粉和生藜麦粉隔水蒸15分钟,制成熟黍米粉和熟藜麦粉,按1∶1混合均匀,得藜麦黍米面。
3)汁液制备:将鲜黄花菜洗净,隔水蒸15分钟,取出,加水放榨汁机中榨汁,加入黑芝麻榨汁,过滤,得黄花菜汁液;绿茶茶叶冲水,得绿茶水;三种汁液混合得混合汁液;
4)熬制:将山药、百合、合欢花、酸枣仁、分心木混合,加水熬制,浓缩、粉碎,得山药粉剂;
5)发酵:将藜麦黍米面、山药粉剂、核桃粉、红枣粉、桑葚粉、白砂糖混合,加入发酵粉,并缓慢倒入混合汁液,打蛋器搅拌均匀,制成面糊,常温发酵20分钟,发酵完成后加入少量藜麦黍米面,制备成面团,用擀面杖擀成薄饼状,中间加入熟藜麦粉,叠成五层,切成小块备用。
6)蒸制:将切好的面块放入模具中脱模,隔水蒸制30分钟,得保健食品藜麦黍米糕。
对比例1:
一种辅助安神、疏肝解郁的藜麦黍米糕,一种具有辅助安神抗氧化功能的保健食品,包括:黍米、藜麦、黄花菜、酸枣仁、白砂糖;
对比例2
一种辅助安神、疏肝解郁的藜麦黍米糕,一种具有辅助安神抗氧化功能的保健食品,包括:黍米、藜麦、红枣、百合、山药、白砂糖;
对比例3
一种辅助安神、疏肝解郁的藜麦黍米糕,一种具有辅助安神抗氧化功能的保健食品,包括下述重量份的组分:黍米、藜麦、核桃粉、红枣、白砂糖;
其中,对比例1、对比例2、对比例3中各组分的配比与实施例2中各组分配比均一致,制备方法同实施例3。
实施例4毒性试验
选用SPF级小鼠40只,雌雄各半,体重20±2g,进行急性毒性试验。
小鼠随机分为给药组与对照组两组,每组20只,试验前禁食12h,将本发明实施例2食品揉碎,拌进饲料中,饲料与食品的比例为1∶1,对照组饲喂饲料,每天饲喂两次,连续饲喂14天后观察,并记录小鼠的毒性反应及死亡数量。
试验结果表明,与对照组比较,实验组小鼠未见明显差异,小鼠的全身状况、饮食、饮水、体重增长均正常。选择处死试验组小鼠,显微镜下检查小鼠心、肝、脾、肺、胃内以及胸腺等重要器官,未见明显异常。因此,本发明食品无急性毒性,食用安全。
实施例5
选取120例对氯苯丙氨酸(Para-chlorophenylalanine,PCPA)致失眠模型小鼠,将这120例小鼠平均分为6组,每组对应每天坚持服用两次实施例1~3,对比例1~3中的食品,一个月后,统计症状缓解数、几乎无症状数和有效率(症状缓解人数/实验数×100%),结果如表1;

表1、2可知,本发明的食品具有显著的辅助安神的功效,去掉其中的几种组分,其效果均不能达到本发明的效果,因此,本发明各组分间具有协同增效作用。
实施例6
提取实施例1-3、对比例1-3中所制藜麦黍米糕的抗氧化成分,分析这些成分含量以及对DPPH的清除速率,分析其抗氧化能力,结果如表3;

表3可知,实施例1-3中所制糕点的茶多酚、花青素等抗氧化物质含量丰富,具有较强的抗氧化能力,对比例1-3所制米糕的抗氧化物质含量较低,清除DPPH的能力较低。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (6)
1.一种辅助安神、疏肝解郁的藜麦黍米糕,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组分:黍米面100-200份、藜麦粉20-30份、黄花菜10-20份、核桃仁10-20份、花生仁5-10份、分心木1-3份、红枣10-15份、百合5-10份、合欢花5-10份、山药5-10份、酸枣仁2-5份、黑芝麻2-5份、桑葚2-5份、绿茶茶叶1-2份、白砂糖2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助安神、疏肝解郁的藜麦黍米糕,其特征在于,包括下述最优重量份的组分:黍米162份、藜麦24份、黄花菜13份、核桃仁15份、分心木1份、红枣14份、百合7份、合欢花5份、山药8份、酸枣仁4份、黑芝麻10份、桑葚10份、绿茶茶叶2份、白砂糖5份。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的一种辅助安神、疏肝解郁的藜麦黍米糕的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
1)称量:按照重量份称量上述原料,备用;

3)汁液制备:将鲜黄花菜洗净,隔水蒸15分钟,取出,加水放榨汁机中榨汁,加入黑芝麻榨汁,过滤,得黄花菜汁液;绿茶茶叶冲水,得绿茶水;三种汁液混合得混合汁液;
4)熬制:将山药、百合、合欢花、酸枣仁、分心木混合,加水熬制,浓缩、粉碎,得粉剂;
