Description

Food management refrigerator based on RFID tag and control method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of control of refrigeration equipment, in particular to a food management refrigerator based on an RFID (radio frequency identification) tag and a control method thereof.
Background
RFID (radio frequency identification ) is a non-contact automatic identification technology, which automatically identifies a target object and acquires related data through radio frequency signals, and the identification work does not need manual intervention and can work in various severe environments. The RFID technology can identify high-speed moving objects and simultaneously identify a plurality of electronic tags, is rapid and convenient to operate and is frequently used in supermarkets.
The RFID technology is originally a means for manufacturing intelligent monitoring, and since the last years RFID technology is applied to a refrigerator body, the necessary food storage device is like a double-eye food storage device, and can automatically identify food in the refrigerator, so that the intelligent upgrading of the refrigerator is realized, and the RFID technology is generally identified by adopting an RFID tag. RFID labels suitable for refrigerators are classified into custom labels and predefined labels, the predefined labels are well defined and provided with food patterns, a user cannot modify the predefined labels, the custom labels are provided with letters, the user can define the custom labels, pink labels are special for cold rooms, purple labels are special for wide greenhouses, and blue labels are special for freezing rooms.
The prior art is used on the premise that a user distinguishes the labels, namely, the refrigerating compartment can only use the pink label, and the user needs to bind the pink label with food materials in the refrigerating compartment and then put the food materials in the refrigerating compartment when the user normally uses the refrigerating compartment, however, in the practical use process, the user is likely to bind the food materials with the wrong label, and the user is also likely to put the food materials in the wrong compartment. If the user simply binds the food item with the wrong tag, but places the proper compartment, there is less impact to the user, e.g., the user does not have to bind one of the refrigerated compartment tags A to the food item F1 (food item that is suitable for storage in the refrigerated compartment), but places it in the refrigerated compartment, the user places pink tag A in the refrigerated compartment, the system identifies whether tag A is stored in the refrigerated compartment (pink tag is classified as being in the refrigerated compartment after refrigerator identification no matter which compartment is placed), if this is the case, only the A tag is considered to be stored in the refrigerated compartment, and the food item F1 is actually stored in the refrigerated compartment, with less impact to the user.
If the user binds the food material labels but misplaces the compartments, a large loss is brought to the user. For example, the user binds the food material F2 (food material suitable for storage in the refrigerator compartment) with a refrigerator compartment tag a, and the binding a tag is placed in the freezer compartment, at which time the a tag considers that the food material is stored in the refrigerator compartment, but the freezer compartment is not suitable for storing the food material F2, and the storage of the food material F2 is affected, which may cause damage to the food material, thereby causing a loss to the user.

At present, food management refrigerator based on RFID label has entered people's life, compares with intelligent refrigerator trade common image recognition technique, and RFID discernment food is more accurate, receives storage space's influence less, can avoid being sheltered from by other food and cause unable discernment or misidentification. Meanwhile, the food management is more flexible, the user can flexibly design and adjust the attribute of the food label, voice input can be used, input can be written, and recognition is more convenient. However, the existing food management refrigerator based on the RFID tag can only default the food placement position by identifying the tag type, and cannot accurately identify the compartment where the food is actually placed, which easily causes that the user is not easy to find after misplacing the food in the compartment, for example, the user misplaces the food bound with the freezing tag in the refrigerating compartment, at this time, the control unit of the refrigerator defaults to place the food in the refrigerating compartment, and if the user cannot find the misplaced compartment in time, the damage to the food may be caused, thereby bringing loss to the user.
In view of the above problems in the prior art, referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an RFID tag-based food management refrigerator, which includes a door detection unit 3, a tag detection unit 4, and a control unit 5, wherein the door detection unit 3 is configured to detect a door opening and closing state; the tag detection unit 4 is used for detecting information of RFID tags in the refrigerator; the control unit 5 is configured to: after receiving the inventory instruction, acquiring type information of the newly-added RFID tag, determining a compartment corresponding to the newly-added RFID tag according to the type information of the newly-added RFID tag, receiving door body switch information detected by the door body detection unit 3, judging whether a door body of the compartment corresponding to the RFID tag is opened in a preset time period, and if not, sending reminding user confirmation information. According to the embodiment of the application, whether the door of the corresponding compartment is opened or not can be judged according to the type information of the newly added RFID tag of the refrigerator and the door opening and closing information, so that whether the RFID tag is placed in the corresponding compartment or not can be judged, if the RFID tag is not placed in the corresponding compartment, a user is reminded of confirming the RFID tag, the phenomenon that food materials are damaged due to the fact that the food materials are placed in the compartment in a wrong mode so as to bring loss to the user can be avoided, and further user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the inventory command is generated by the user triggering the RFID inventory switch the last time the refrigerator door was closed. Therefore, the counting trigger switch is additionally arranged, manual counting is not required, the structure of the refrigerator can be simplified, the cost is saved, the operation process can be simplified, and the user experience is improved.
The type information of the RFID tag is a type of tag suitable for storage, such as refrigeration, freezing, or wide temperature range. The food material information of the RFID tag refers to the type of food material to which the tag is bound, such as beef, milk, fish, or the like. The information of the RFID tag includes type information of the RFID tag and food information of the RFID tag.
Fig. 2 and 3 are perspective view of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present application, wherein fig. 2 is a perspective view of a refrigerator door when the refrigerator door is closed, and fig. 3 is a perspective view of a refrigerator door when the refrigerator door is opened. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the refrigerator according to the embodiment of the present application has an approximately rectangular parallelepiped shape. The appearance of the refrigerator is defined by a storage chamber 1 defining a storage space and a plurality of door bodies 2 disposed in the storage chamber 1, the door bodies 2 including a door body housing 21 located outside the storage chamber 1, a door body liner 22 located inside the lower storage chamber 1, an upper end cap 23, a lower end cap 24, and a heat insulating layer located between the door body housing 21, the door body liner 22, the upper end cap 23, and the lower end cap 24; typically, the insulation layer is filled with a foaming material.
The storage compartment 1 is a box body having an opening, and the storage compartment 1 is vertically partitioned into a lower refrigerating compartment 1B and an upper refrigerating compartment 1A. Each of the partitioned spaces may have an independent storage space. In detail, the freezing compartment 1B is defined at the lower side of the storage compartment 1 and is selectively covered by a drawer-type freezing compartment door 2B. The space defined above the freezer compartment 1B is partitioned into left and right sides to define the refrigerator compartment 1A, respectively. The refrigerating compartment 1A may be selectively opened or closed by a refrigerating compartment door 2A pivotably mounted on the refrigerating compartment 1A.
Referring to fig. 3, the storage room 1 in the embodiment of the present application includes a storage drawer 110 located at a lower side, and the storage drawer 110 is provided with two layers, including two narrower fresh-keeping drawers located at the lower layer and arranged side by side, and a wider fresh-keeping drawer located at an upper side of the two narrower fresh-keeping drawers and used for storing longer food materials.
In some embodiments, the door detection unit 3 may be a door switch sensor, the tag detection unit 4 may be a module formed by integrating an antenna and an RFID reader, specifically, a door antenna scanning area 21A is disposed on the door body 2A of the refrigerator compartment, and the control unit 5 sends out prompt to the user to confirm that the information may be that a confirmation interface (not shown in the figure) is displayed on a display screen of the refrigerator. It should be noted that, the module integrated by the antenna and the RFID reader-writer can detect the information of the RFID tag in the refrigerator, and also can detect the information of the RFID tag which is to be put into the refrigerator and is already bound with the food.
Of course, in practical application, the door detecting unit 3 may be another type of detecting device that can be used to detect the open/close state of the door body, and the tag detecting unit 4 may be another type of detecting device that can be used to detect the information of the RFID tag in the refrigerator.
In some embodiments, the food material information of the RFID tag may be customized, and the control unit 5 is further configured to determine whether the food material information of the RFID tag matches the type information, and if not, send out a reminder for the user to confirm the information.
That is, there is a part of RFID tags defining only the type of food and not the name of the food, for example, when a user defines beef with a refrigerated type of RFID tag, then the defined tag and the bound food are scanned in the door antenna scanning area 21A, at this time, the integrated antenna and RFID reader module reads the RFID tag information into the RFID reader and transmits it to the control unit 5, and when the control unit 5 compares the food information with the food database, the control unit 5 issues a reminder to the user to confirm when the beef is found to be of a type suitable for storage as frozen. Therefore, the phenomenon that the food material is put into a compartment unsuitable for storage and finally damaged due to the fact that the user binds the food material with the label by mistake can be avoided.
In some embodiments, acquiring the type information of the newly added RFID tag includes acquiring information (tag set C1) of all RFID tags in the current refrigerator detected by the tag detection unit 4, comparing the information of all RFID tags in the current refrigerator with information (tag set C2) of all RFID tags in the refrigerator acquired at the time of last inventory, determining the newly added RFID tag, and obtaining the type information of the newly added RFID tag.
In some embodiments, the refrigerator includes a refrigerating compartment 1A and a freezing compartment 1B, when the control unit 5 receives the inventory command and obtains that the type of the newly added RFID tag is refrigeration, the compartment corresponding to the newly added RFID tag is determined to be the refrigerating compartment 1A according to the type information of the newly added RFID tag, the control unit 5 receives the door opening and closing information detected by the door detection unit 3, and determines whether the door of the refrigerating compartment 1A is opened within a preset period of time, if yes, the number of tags of the default refrigerating compartment 1A is increased, and if no, a prompt user is sent to confirm the information.
Similarly, when the control unit 5 obtains that the type of the newly added RFID tag is freezing, the control unit 5 determines whether the door of the freezing compartment 1B is opened within the preset time period, and if not, sends out a reminder for the user to confirm.
In some embodiments, the refrigerator further includes a wide greenhouse (not shown in the figure), the type of the newly added RFID tag is refrigeration, the control unit 5 obtains the set temperature of the wide greenhouse, determines whether the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is refrigeration temperature or freezing temperature, when the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is freezing temperature, the control unit 5 determines that the compartment corresponding to the RFID tag is the refrigeration compartment 1A, then the control unit 5 determines whether the door body of the refrigeration compartment 1A is opened within the preset time period, if yes, the number of tags in the refrigeration compartment 1A is increased, and if no, a prompt user is sent to confirm information.
Similarly, when the type of the newly added RFID tag is refrigeration and the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is refrigeration temperature, the control unit 5 determines that the compartments corresponding to the RFID tag are the refrigeration compartment 1A and the wide greenhouse, and the control unit 5 determines whether the door body of the refrigeration compartment 1A or the wide greenhouse is opened in the preset time period, if so, the number of tags in the default refrigeration compartment 1A is increased, and if not, the user is reminded to confirm. Therefore, when the food material bound with the refrigeration type tag (namely, the food material suitable for refrigeration) is placed in the refrigeration compartment 1A or the wide greenhouse, the control unit 5 can not remind the user of confirmation, so that the number of times of user confirmation can be reduced, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, when the type of the newly added RFID tag is freezing and the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is the refrigeration temperature, the control unit 5 determines that the compartment corresponding to the newly added RFID tag is the freezing compartment 1B, then the control unit 5 determines whether the door of the freezing compartment 1B is opened within the preset time period, if yes, the number of tags in the default freezing compartment 1B is increased, and if no, a prompt user confirmation message is sent.
Similarly, when the type of the newly added RFID tag is freezing and the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is freezing temperature, the control unit 5 determines that the compartments corresponding to the newly added RFID tag are the freezing compartment 1B and the temperature changing compartment, judges whether the door body of the freezing compartment 1B or the wide greenhouse is opened within the preset time period, if yes, the number of tags in the default freezing compartment 1B is increased, and if not, sends out confirmation information for reminding the user. Similarly, when food materials bound with the freezing type tag (i.e., food materials suitable for freezing) are placed in the freezing compartment 1B or the wide greenhouse, the control unit 5 does not remind the user of confirmation, so that the number of times of user confirmation can be reduced, and the user experience can be improved.
In some embodiments, the type of the newly added RFID tag is a wide temperature, the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is a freezing temperature, the control unit 5 obtains food material information of the RFID tag, determines that the food material is suitable for refrigeration, the control unit 5 determines that a compartment corresponding to the newly added RFID tag is the refrigeration compartment 1A, the control unit 5 determines whether a door body of the refrigeration compartment 1A is opened within a preset time period, if yes, the number of tags in the wide greenhouse is increased, and if no, a prompt user is sent to confirm information.
In some embodiments, the type of the newly added RFID tag is a wide temperature, the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is a freezing temperature, and when the food is suitable for freezing, the control unit 5 determines that the compartment corresponding to the RFID tag is the freezing compartment 1B and the wide greenhouse, the control unit 5 determines whether the door of the freezing compartment 1B or the wide greenhouse is opened within the preset time period, if yes, the number of tags of the default wide greenhouse is increased, and if not, a prompt user is sent to confirm information.
Similarly, when the type of the newly added RFID tag is wide temperature, the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is refrigeration temperature, and the food is suitable for freezing, the control unit 5 determines that the compartment corresponding to the RFID tag is the freezing compartment 1B, and the control unit determines whether the door body of the freezing compartment 1B is opened in the preset time period, if yes, the number of tags in the default freezing compartment 1B is increased, and if no, the reminding user confirmation information is sent.
Similarly, when the type of the newly added RFID tag is wide temperature, the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is refrigeration temperature, and the food is suitable for refrigeration, the control unit 5 determines that the compartments corresponding to the RFID tag are the refrigeration compartment 1A and the wide greenhouse, the control unit 5 determines whether the door body of the refrigeration compartment 1A or the wide greenhouse is opened in the preset time period, if yes, the number of tags in the wide greenhouse is increased, and if no, the prompt user confirms information is sent.
