Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a rear clothes rack of an electric vehicle, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicle production. The invention comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps: smelting the iron blocks; step two: casting the smelted material into a mould for casting; step three: roughly polishing the cast rear clothes hanger; step four: carrying out flash and burr removal on the roughly polished rear clothes hanger; step five: and detecting the grinded rear clothes hanger. According to the invention, the condition of insufficient casting caused by cooling of the rear clothes hanger can be reduced by increasing the casting speed of the rear clothes hanger, so that the strength and the production efficiency of the rear clothes hanger are improved. The electrostatic painting is carried out on the surface of the rear clothes hanger, so that the painting on the surface of the rear clothes hanger is uniform, the condition that the rear clothes hanger needs paint repair is reduced, and the production efficiency of the rear clothes hanger is further improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle production, and particularly relates to a manufacturing process of a rear clothes hanger of an electric vehicle.
Background
The rear clothes hanger of the electric vehicle is a device which plays a role in fixing and supporting a back cushion on the tail of the electric vehicle, the structural design and the processing technology of the rear clothes hanger of the electric vehicle are very important, and the material, the size, the shape and the like of the rear clothes hanger have direct influence on the stability, the strength and the toughness of the rear clothes hanger.
The manufacturing process of most rear clothes hangers of electric vehicles on the market has a long processing period, and the rear clothes hangers are not easy to be finely manufactured, so that the efficiency of the manufacturing process is low, and the produced rear clothes hangers are easy to rust and bend.

According to the invention, the condition of insufficient casting caused by cooling of the rear clothes hanger can be reduced by increasing the casting speed of the rear clothes hanger, so that the strength and the production efficiency of the rear clothes hanger are improved. The electrostatic painting is carried out on the surface of the rear clothes hanger, so that the painting on the surface of the rear clothes hanger is uniform, the condition that the rear clothes hanger needs paint repair is reduced, and the production efficiency of the rear clothes hanger is further improved.
The casting process in the second step of the embodiment comprises three stages, namely a liquid rising stage, a mold filling stage and a pressure maintaining stage, wherein the pressurization speed of the liquid rising stage is 1-3Kpa/s, the pressurization speed of the mold filling stage is 4-8Kpa/s, the mold filling stage completes mold filling before the mold filling stage is pressurized to the maximum value, and then the pressure maintaining stage is carried out.
The second-step casting process of the embodiment further comprises the steps of placing the sand core which is manufactured after the mold opening is carried out in the casting mold, closing the mold, and then injecting low pressure and mold filling into the cavity from the liquid lifting channel of the casting mold. By injecting low pressure and filling mold into the cavity, the problems of insufficient casting and low casting performance can be reduced.
Step three of this embodiment still includes to use grinding device to polish back clothes hanger, and the rotational frequency of the motor of polishing is 3 revolutions per second, and it is 7 minutes to polish duration, adjusts the rotational frequency of the motor of polishing to 5 seconds per revolution again, and it is 8 minutes to polish duration. The polishing process can make the surface of the rear clothes rack smoother.

The sixth step of the embodiment further comprises painting the rear clothes hanger by using an electrostatic spray gun; the distance between the nozzle of the electrostatic spray gun and the workpiece is 200-300mm, and the voltage between the electrostatic spray gun and the rear clothes hanger is 50-100 kv; the atomization air pressure of the electrostatic spray gun is 0.1-0.2MPa, and the forming air pressure of the electrostatic spray gun is 0.1-0.18 MPa. By performing electrostatic painting on the rear clothes hanger, the painting on the surface of the rear clothes hanger can be more uniform.
And step six of the embodiment also comprises the step of baking the rear clothes hanger by using an oven, wherein the temperature of the oven is 14-150 ℃, and the baking time is 40-50 min.
The seventh step of the embodiment further comprises the steps of selecting the finished product rear clothes hanger gold with concave points, cracks and radian deformation, marking and recycling for secondary processing.

step seven: and carrying out secondary detection on the painted rear clothes hanger.

The manufacturing process of the rear clothes hanger of the electric vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the third step further comprises polishing the rear clothes hanger by using a polishing device, wherein the rotational frequency of the polishing motor is 3 revolutions per second, the polishing time is 7 minutes, and then the rotational frequency of the polishing motor is adjusted to 5 seconds per revolution, and the polishing time is 8 minutes.
5. The manufacturing process of the rear clothes hanger of the electric vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fifth step further comprises detecting the thickness, width, roughness and smoothness of the rear clothes hanger and marking the qualified rear clothes hanger.
6. The manufacturing process of a rear clothes hanger for electric vehicles as claimed in claim 1, further comprising painting the rear clothes hanger using an electrostatic spray gun in step six.

The manufacturing process of the rear clothes hanger of the electric vehicle as claimed in claim 6, wherein the distance between the nozzle of the electrostatic spray gun and the workpiece is 200- > 300mm, and the voltage between the electrostatic spray gun and the rear clothes hanger is 50-100 kv.
8. The manufacturing process of the rear clothes hanger of the electric vehicle as claimed in claim 6, wherein the atomizing air pressure of the electrostatic spray gun is 0.1-0.2MPa, and the forming air pressure of the electrostatic spray gun is 0.1-0.18 MPa.
