In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, 6 and 7, the wearable device includes:
a band body 200 and a disc-shaped apparatus main body 100;
a mounting groove 110 provided at an end of the apparatus main body 100, wherein the mounting groove 110 includes an introduction section 111 and a fastening section 112 which are communicated, and the introduction section 111 and the fastening section 112 are distributed along a circumferential direction of the apparatus main body 100;
the limiting piece 300 is movably connected to the mounting groove 110 so as to have a first position and a second position; and
a plug-in portion 210 provided at an end of the belt body 200;
one of the limiting member 300 and the insertion portion 210 is provided with a first limiting protrusion 310, and the other is provided with a limiting slot 211 corresponding to the first limiting protrusion 310;
in the first position, the plugging portion 210 can enter the fastening section 112 from the introducing section 111;
in the second position, the plugging portion 210 is fastened to the fastening section 112, and the first limiting protrusion 310 is fastened to the limiting slot 211.
It can be understood that the plugging portion 210 can be freely plugged into the guiding section 111, when the limiting member 300 is at the first position, the plugging portion 210 rotates relative to the device main body 100 after being plugged into the guiding section 111, so as to be able to enter the fastening section 112, and similarly, the plugging portion 210 rotates reversely relative to the device main body 100 after entering the fastening section 112, so as to be able to exit to the guiding section 111, so as to be able to be pulled out from the guiding section 111. After the plugging portion 210 is inserted into the fixing section 112, the first limiting protrusion 310 is opposite to the limiting slot 211, and at this time, the limiting member 300 is driven to move to the second position, and the first limiting protrusion 310 can be engaged with the limiting slot 211 to at least limit the relative rotation between the plugging portion 210 and the device main body 100, so that the plugging portion 210 can be stably clamped in the fixing section 112, and the belt body 200 and the device main body 100 can be stably connected.
In the wearable device of the present invention, when the band 200 is mounted on the device main body 100, the limiting member 300 should be brought to the first position, so that the band 200 and the device main body 100 are driven to rotate relatively, the plugging portion 210 can enter the clamping section 112 from the introducing section 111, and then the limiting member 300 is brought to the second position, so that the first limiting protrusion 310 is clamped with the limiting clamping groove 211, and the plugging portion 210 is stably clamped on the clamping section 112, so as to realize the fixed connection between the band 200 and the device main body 100; when the band 200 is detached from the apparatus main body 100, the stopper 300 is required to reach the second position, so that the first stopper protrusion 310 is disengaged from the stopper groove 211, the band 200 can rotate relative to the apparatus main body 100, the insertion portion 210 can be withdrawn from the fastening section 112 to the introduction section 111, and the band 200 is disengaged from the apparatus main body 100 after the insertion portion 210 is withdrawn from the introduction section 111. Therefore, the belt body 200 and the device main body 100 of the wearable device are convenient and quick to assemble and disassemble, and are beneficial to improving the operation experience of a user for replacing the belt body 200.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the mounting groove 110 is provided with a fourth limit protrusion 140 disposed opposite to the fastening section 112, and after the plugging portion 210 is inserted into the introducing section 111, the fourth limit protrusion 140 is in limit fit with one side of the plugging portion 210 near the belt body 200; the limit locking groove 211 has two first groove walls 212 facing each other in the circumferential direction of the apparatus main body 100, and the first limit protrusion 310 can be locked between the two first groove walls 212. In this way, after the first limiting protruding portion 310 is engaged with the limiting clamping groove 211, the plugging portion 210 is limited in the circumferential direction of the device main body 100 by the first groove walls 212 on both sides, so that the device main body 100 and the belt body 200 can be limited to rotate relatively, and the plugging portion 210 will not withdraw to the guiding section 111; in addition, the fourth limiting protrusion 140 limits the plugging portion 210 in the plugging direction of the band 200, so that the plugging portion 210 cannot be directly pulled out from the fastening section 112, and the plugging portion 210 can be stably fastened to the fastening section 112, so as to ensure the connection stability of the band 200 and the device main body 100. Of course, in other embodiments, the limit locking groove 211 may further have a third groove wall and a fourth groove wall that are distributed in the radial direction of the apparatus main body 100, so that the first limit protrusion 310 is engaged with the limit locking, and may also limit the plugging portion 210 in the plugging direction of the belt body 200.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a connection portion 220 is protruding from an end portion of the strap 200, the insertion portion 210 is connected to an end of the connection portion 220 away from the strap 200, the end portion of the strap 200, the connection portion 220 and the insertion portion 210 together limit the second yielding groove 230, and when the insertion portion 210 is inserted into the fastening section 112, the fourth limit protrusion 140 is correspondingly inserted into the second yielding groove 230. In the present embodiment, the connection portion 220 is protruding from the end portion of the belt body 200, and the plugging portion 210 extends from the connection portion 220 to the side edge of the belt body 200, so that the end portion of the belt body 200, the connection portion 220 and the plugging portion 210 form the second yielding groove 230; as shown in fig. 3, the fastening section 112 is not provided through the end of the apparatus main body 100, and the end of the apparatus main body 100 opposite to the fastening section 112 serves as a fourth limit protrusion 140. After the plugging portion 210 is inserted into the lead-in section 111, when the plugging portion 210 is opposite to the inlet of the fastening section 112, the fourth limiting protrusion 140 is opposite to the second yielding groove 230, and the plugging portion 210 is inserted into the fastening section 112, and the fourth limiting protrusion 140 is correspondingly inserted into the second yielding groove 230, so that the ends of the plugging portion 210 and the belt body 200 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the fourth limiting protrusion 140, and can respectively receive the opposite acting force from the fourth limiting protrusion 140, so that the limiting effect on the plugging portion 210 in the plugging direction of the belt body 200 can be enhanced, and the connection stability of the belt body 200 and the device main body 100 is further improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the plugging portion 210 may be directly protruding from the end of the belt body 200, and the fourth limiting protrusion 140 may be provided with a avoiding groove for avoiding the belt body 200, where the plugging portion 210 is inserted into the fastening section 112, and the belt body 200 is correspondingly fastened into the avoiding groove.
Further, in the present embodiment, the plugging portion 210, the fastening section 112 and the fourth limiting protrusion 140 are all disposed in an arc shape. Thus, when the plugging portion 210 has a portion located at the fastening section 112, when the belt body 200 rotates relative to the apparatus main body 100, the mating between the plugging portion 210 and the fastening section 112 can be smoother, so that the user can more conveniently and laborsaving rotate the plugging portion 210 in the fastening section 112, and the plugging portion 210 can be inserted into the fastening section 112 or withdrawn from the fastening section 112 from the introducing section 111. It can be appreciated that, when the plugging portion 210 is disposed in a concave arc shape facing the apparatus main body 100, after the clamping section 112 and the fourth limiting protrusion 140 are matched with the plugging portion 210, the shape of the clamping section 112 and the fourth limiting protrusion 140 can be more adapted to an adapting main body with a circular outer contour. Further, the end face of the band 200 is also correspondingly configured to be arc-shaped, so, when the outer contour of the device main body 100 is circular, after the insertion portion 210 is inserted into the introduction groove, the end face of the band 200 can be slidably matched with the side edge of the device main body 100, so that a user can more conveniently and more laborsaving drive the band 200 and the device main body 100 to rotate relatively, and when the end face of the band 200 is configured to be concave arc face towards the device main body 100, the end face of the band 200 and the device main body 100 are connected, the end face of the band 200 can be matched and attached to the outer edge of the device main body 100, the band 200 and the device main body 100 can be tightly matched, the matching gap between the two is small, which is not only beneficial to guaranteeing the appearance aesthetic degree of the wearable device, but also can avoid dust entering the installation groove 110 of the device main body 100.
Further, in this embodiment, the wearable device further includes a reset element, and the limiter 300 has a tendency to move toward the second position under the effect of the reset element. It will be appreciated that when the limiting member 300 is subjected to an external force capable of overcoming the force of the restoring member, the limiting member 300 can be driven to move toward the first position. When the belt body 200 is installed, after the user confirms that the plugging portion 210 is inserted into the fixing section 112, the external force applied to the limiting member 300 can be removed, the limiting member 300 can spontaneously move to the second position under the action of the resetting member until the first limiting convex portion 310 is clamped into the limiting clamping groove 211, and thereafter, under the action of the resetting member, the limiting member 300 can be stably positioned at the second position, so that the plugging portion 210 can be stably clamped and fixed to the fixing section 112, and the belt body 200 can be stably connected with the apparatus main body 100. Of course, in other embodiments, a limiting structure may be further disposed between the limiting member 300 and the apparatus main body 100, and after the limiting member 300 reaches the second position, the limiting member 300 and the apparatus main body 100 can be kept relatively fixed and stably located at the second position by the limiting structure, and the user needs to release the limitation of the limiting structure to drive the limiting member 300 to move to the first position.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the apparatus main body 100 is further provided with a reset groove 120 that is communicated with the mounting groove 110, the limiting member 300 is movably connected to the reset groove 120, and the reset member is disposed between the limiting member 300 and the reset groove 120. In this way, when the relative movement occurs between the stopper 300 and the reset groove 120, the positional relationship among the stopper 300, the reset groove 120 and the stopper 300 changes, the acting force of the stopper 300 applied to the stopper also changes, and when the stopper 300 is in the first position, the acting force applied to the stopper from the stopper is the largest, and the movement to the second position tends to occur. Of course, in other embodiments, the reset element may be disposed in the mounting groove 110, and it is required to ensure that the reset element does not interfere with the insertion portion 210.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the apparatus main body 100 is further provided with an adjusting hole 130 that is connected to the mounting groove 110, the adjusting hole 130 and the reset groove 120 are disposed on opposite sides of the mounting groove 110, and the adjusting hole 130 penetrates through a groove wall of the mounting groove 110, as shown in fig. 8, the limiting member 300 has a first end 301 and a second end 302 that are opposite, the first end 301 is movably connected to the reset groove 120, and the second end 302 is movably connected to the adjusting hole 130. It will be appreciated that the restoring member is disposed between the first end 301 and the restoring groove 120, that is, the first end 301 is used for acting as a restoring member, and the adjusting groove is disposed through the groove wall of the mounting groove 110, and the second end 302 can be provided with an exposed portion, and can be used as an triggering end for exerting a force by a user. Without loss of generality, in the present embodiment, when the limiting member 300 is at the second position, the end face of the second end 302 of the limiting member 300 is substantially flush with the outer surface of the apparatus main body 100, preferably slightly protruding from the outer surface of the apparatus main body 100, and the user presses the second end 302, so that the limiting member 300 can be driven to move toward the first position until the user can not press the limiting member 300 any more, that is, the limiting member 300 has reached the first position. Of course, in other embodiments, the second end 302 may be provided with a buckle for being pulled by a user to drive the limiting member 300 to move from the second position to the first position; alternatively, the adjusting hole 130 and the reset slot 120 are disposed on the same side of the mounting slot 110, the adjusting hole 130 is communicated with the mounting slot 110 through the reset slot 120, the second end 302 of the limiting member 300 is provided with a driving portion, the driving portion is movably connected to the adjusting hole 130, and the user applies a force on the driving portion to drive the limiting member 300.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first limiting protrusion 310 is disposed on the limiting member 300, specifically, the first limiting protrusion 310 is disposed between the first end 301 and the second end 302, and the limiting slot 211 is disposed on the plugging portion 210, so that after the plugging portion 210 is inserted into the mounting slot 110, the first limiting protrusion 310 can be engaged with the limiting slot 211. Of course, in other embodiments, the first limiting protrusion 310 may be disposed on the plugging portion 210, and the limiting slot 211 may be disposed on the limiting member 3000.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 8, the restoring member includes an elastic member 410 disposed in the restoring groove 120, and when the limiting member 300 is in the first position, the elastic member 410 is in an elastically deformed state and acts on the limiting member 300 to cause the limiting member 300 to have a tendency to move toward the second position. When the limiting member 300 is at the first position, the elastic member 410 is in a stretched or compressed state, and can generate a force on the limiting member 300, so that the limiting member 300 can spontaneously move to the second position only by ensuring that the force of the elastic member 410 has a component force in the direction from the first position to the second position. When the limiting member 300 moves to the second position, the elastic member 410 may be just restored or still be in an elastically deformed state, in which case, it is only necessary to ensure that the limiting member 300 can receive another force balanced with the force of the elastic member 410 in the second position.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 6 and 8, the reset element further includes a first magnetic element 421 disposed on the limiting element 300 and a second magnetic element 422 disposed on the reset slot 120, where the first magnetic element 421 and the second magnetic element 422 are disposed opposite to each other and are mutually exclusive. It will be appreciated that the opposite sides of the first magnetic member 421 and the second magnetic member 422 are the same-name magnetic poles, and when the position-limiting member 300 is in the first position, the distance between the first magnetic member 421 and the second magnetic member 422 is closer than when the position-limiting member 300 is in the second position, so that the magnetic repulsive force between the first magnetic member 421 and the second magnetic member 422 is larger, and the movement of the position-limiting member 300 to the second position tends to be away. Of course, in other embodiments, the limiting member 300 may be acted on only by the elastic member 410 or the magnetic member, so that the limiting member 300 has a tendency to move toward the second position.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 8, the elastic member 410 is provided as a spring, and two ends of the spring are respectively sleeved on the first magnetic member 421 and the second magnetic member 422. Alternatively, the first magnetic member 421 and the second magnetic member 422 may be fixed to the surfaces of the stopper 300 and the reset groove 120, respectively, by bonding or welding, and have protruding portions for the end portions of the springs to be sleeved. The spring is directly mounted between the first magnetic member 421 and the second magnetic member 422, i.e. can be stably located between the limiting member 300 and the reset slot 120, and other structures are not required for fixing the spring, so that the structures of the limiting member 300 and the reset slot 120 can be simplified, and the processing difficulty of the limiting member 300 and the reset slot 120 is reduced. Without loss of generality, in the present embodiment, the first magnetic member 421 is disposed at a middle position of the limiting member 300, so that the limiting member 300 is uniformly stressed. Of course, in other embodiments, two positioning holes are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the first magnetic member 421, one ends of two springs are respectively mounted on the two positioning holes, and the other ends of the two springs are respectively abutted against the groove walls of the reset groove 120 on two opposite sides of the second magnetic member 422, or two ends of the springs are respectively embedded in the groove walls of the reset groove 120 and the limiting member 300, and both ends of the springs can be respectively kept relatively fixed with the reset groove 120 and the limiting member 300; in addition, the elastic member 410 may be a spring, elastic silica gel, elastic rubber, or the like.
Further, in this embodiment, the limiting member 300 moves along the hole depth direction of the adjusting hole 130, as shown in fig. 6, the limiting member 300 has a second limiting protrusion 320 disposed near the first end 301, as shown in fig. 5, the reset groove 120 is provided with a third limiting protrusion 121 on a side near the mounting groove 110, and the second limiting protrusion 320 is limited on a side of the third limiting protrusion 121 facing away from the mounting groove 110. Since the second limiting protrusion 320 is limited by the third limiting protrusion 121, the stopper 300 is prevented from being separated from the reset groove 120, and the stopper 300 can be stably coupled to the reset groove 120. In this embodiment, when the limiting member 300 moves to the second position, the second limiting protrusion 320 abuts against the third limiting protrusion 121, and the acting force of the third limiting protrusion 121 on the second limiting protrusion 320 can counteract the magnetic repulsive force between the first magnetic member 421 and the second magnetic member 422, so that the limiting member 300 can be stably located at the second position. Of course, in other embodiments, two ends of the elastic member 410 are respectively embedded in the groove wall of the reset groove 120 and the first end 301 of the limiting member 300, so that the limiting member 300 can be stably connected to the reset groove 120 through the elastic member 410, and when the limiting member 300 reaches the second position, the elastic member 410 can be appropriately deformed, so that the limiting member 300 can balance the magnetic repulsive force between the first magnetic member 421 and the second magnetic member 422 through the received elastic force.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the limiting member 300 is provided with a first abdicating groove 330, in the first position, the plugging portion 210 enters the fastening section 112 through the first abdicating groove 330, the first limiting protrusion 310 is disposed in the first abdicating groove 330, and the protruding direction of the first limiting protrusion 310 is parallel to the hole depth direction of the adjusting hole 130. Thus, the limiting member 300 moves along the depth direction of the adjusting hole 130, so as to change the relative positional relationship between the first limiting protrusion 310 and the limiting slot 211. Without loss of generality, the first limiting protrusion 310 is disposed on the second limiting protrusion 320 and protrudes toward the second end 302, and the limiting clamping groove 211 is disposed toward the reset groove 120, and correspondingly, the direction of movement of the limiting member 300 from the first position to the second position is the same as the direction from the first end 301 to the second end 302. Thus, when the limiting member 300 is at the first position and the first limiting protrusion 310 is opposite to the limiting slot 211, the first limiting protrusion 310 will be suspended on the side of the limiting slot 211 near the first end 301, the limiting member 300 moves to the second position, and the first limiting protrusion 310 can be clamped into the limiting slot 211.
Further, in the present embodiment, at least one of the limiting member 300 and the plugging portion 210 is provided with a guiding portion, when the limiting member 300 is in the second position, after the plugging portion 210 is inserted into the mounting groove 110, the plugging portion 210 is matched with the limiting member 300 through the guiding portion, and the guiding portion can guide the plugging portion 210 and the limiting member 300 to perform a relative movement, so that the plugging portion 210 pushes the limiting member 300 to the first position. Thus, when the belt body 200 is installed, the limiting member 300 is not required to be directly acted on, and the plugging portion 210 can push the limiting member 300 to enable the limiting member 300 to move to the first position, the plugging portion 210 can enter the introducing section 111 through the second yielding groove 230, and the second end 302 of the limiting member 300 is only used for a user when the belt body 200 is detached.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the limiting member 300 is provided with a first guiding portion 340, as shown in fig. 7, the inserting portion 210 is provided with a second guiding portion 213, and when the limiting member 300 is in the second position, the first guiding portion 340 and the second guiding portion 213 cooperate to guide the inserting portion 210 to push the limiting member 300 to the first position. In this embodiment, the first guiding portion 340 and the second guiding portion 213 are provided as two parallel inclined planes, the first guiding portion 340 is disposed on a side of the first limiting protrusion 310 near the notch of the guiding section 111, and the second guiding portion 213 is disposed on a side of the plugging portion 210 far away from the connecting portion 220, so that when the plugging portion 210 is plugged into the fastening section 112, the second guiding portion 213 can contact the first guiding portion 340 first, and the plugging portion 210 can push against the limiting member 300. Of course, in other embodiments, the first guide portion 340 and the second guide portion 213 may be provided in an arc structure.
The foregoing description is only of the optional embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all the equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
