Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种具有全息元件的复合玻璃板、用于制造这种复合玻璃板的方法以及这种复合玻璃板的用途。
现今,复合玻璃板被用于许多地方,尤其是在交通工具制造中。在此,术语交通工具尤其包括公路交通工具、飞机、轮船、农业机械或者也包括工作机械。复合玻璃板也用于其它领域。这些包括,例如,建筑装配玻璃或信息展示,例如在博物馆中或作为广告展示。
在交通工具中,复合玻璃板也用作用于显示信息的平视显示器 (HUD)。平视显示器是一种显示体系,其中观看者可以保持其视线,因为视觉信息被投影到他的视野中。在此,借助于投影装置将图像投影到复合玻璃质玻璃板上,以便将信息淡入到观看者的视域中。在交通工具区域中,投影装置例如布置在仪表板上,使得投影图像在朝向观看者倾斜的复合玻璃质玻璃板的最近的玻璃表面上向观看者的方向反射(参见,例如,欧洲专利EP 0420 228 B1或德国公开文献 DE 10 2012 211 729 A1)。
对于平视显示器,可以利用层压在复合玻璃板的玻璃板之间的反射全息图。反射全息图可以包含记录在其中的信息。全息图可以借助于投影仪发射的光激活,并因此可以为观看者再现记录在全息图中的信息。包括全息光学元件的平视显示器例如公开在出版物WO 2012/156124 A1和US 2019/0056596 A1中。
在制造具有全息光学元件的层压玻璃板时,通常在两个玻璃板之间层压进一层由光聚合物构成的层。对于层压而言,通常需要两层由热塑性聚合物如聚乙烯醇缩丁醛构成的层,在它们之间布置光聚合物层。这些热塑性聚合物通常包含可扩散到光聚合物层中的增塑剂或其它化合物。这会导致光聚合物层膨胀或收缩,这对全息光学元件具有不利影响。如果全息光学元件在层压之前已经包含在光聚合物层中,则该效果特别强。这导致,在层压之后,全息图在与产生全息光学元件时提供的相同条件(相同激光和相同眼动范围)下不再可见。用于保护光聚合物层的另一层可以布置在光聚合物层与热塑性中间层之间。这两层之间的粘附性通常不是特别好。这会导致分层,即导致复合玻璃板中的层分离,这使得复合玻璃板无法使用。
US 2019/0101865 A1记载了一种用于制造层压全息显示器的方法,其中借助聚合物层将光聚合物层层压在两个玻璃质玻璃板之间。在此,由此产生全息光学元件的光聚合物层的曝光发生在层压步骤之后,因此复合玻璃板的整个层压必须在黑暗中进行。这在技术上是困难和昂贵的。
US 5066525 A描述了一种具有层压在两个玻璃板之间的全息膜的挡风玻璃,其中可以使用一个或两个PVB层使玻璃板接合。
JP H07315893 A 描述了一种具有两个全息膜的复合玻璃板,该全息膜通过与多个中间层层压而储藏在两个单玻璃板之间。具有两个全息膜的结构相当复杂,因为在制造时需要多个载体层。
本发明的目的在于提供一种易于制造的改进的具有全息光学元件的复合玻璃板和一种简单的用于制造该复合玻璃板的方法。
根据本发明,本发明的目的通过根据权利要求1的复合玻璃板来实现。投影装置以及用于制造所述复合玻璃板的方法及其用途由其它独立权利要求获悉。优选的实施方案由从属权利要求获悉。
本发明涉及一种复合玻璃板,其至少包括第一玻璃板、第一热塑性中间层、具有全息光学元件的光聚合物层、第二热塑性中间层和第二玻璃板。根据本发明,所述复合玻璃板还具有分离层,其布置在光聚合物层与第一热塑性中间层之间。该分离层防止增塑剂和其它成分由热塑性中间层扩散到具有全息光学元件的光聚合物层中并在那里造成光聚合物的膨胀或收缩。粘合剂层布置在分离层与光聚合物层之间。该粘合剂层防止了层由于分离层与光聚合物层之间的粘附性差而分层。粘合剂层与光聚合物层和分离层直接相邻地布置,也就是说,在光聚合物层与粘合剂层之间以及在粘合剂层与分离层之间没有其他层。所述光聚合物层优选与载体层结合使用,在根据本发明的复合玻璃板中,所述载体层布置在第二热塑性中间层与光聚合物层之间。该载体层一方面提供作为光聚合物层用载体膜,同时可用作防止增塑剂从热塑性中间层渗入到光聚合物层中的扩散屏障层。因此,产生具有以下顺序的优选层堆叠: (第一玻璃板) – 第一热塑性中间层 – 分离层 – 粘合剂层 –具有全息元件的光聚合物层 – 载体层 – 第二热塑性中间层 – (第二玻璃板)。在层堆叠中可以包含其它层。
优选地,所述层堆叠仅包括单层光聚合物层。这简化了玻璃板的结构。
在优选的第一实施方式中,所述复合玻璃板至少包括第一玻璃板、第二玻璃板、布置在它们之间的层堆叠,所述层堆叠以从第一玻璃板至第二玻璃板的顺序至少包括以下层:第一热塑性中间层、分离层、粘合剂层、具有至少一个全息元件的光聚合物层、载体层和第二热塑性中间层。载体层包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)、聚乙烯 (PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)、聚氯乙烯 (PVC)和/或三乙酸纤维素(TAC),厚度为 20 µm至100 µm。载体层与光聚合物层直接相邻地布置。分离层包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)、聚碳酸酯 (PC)、聚酰胺 (PA)、聚氯乙烯 (PVC) 和/或三乙酸纤维素 (TAC),厚度为 10 µm至300 µm。粘合剂层与光聚合物层和分离层直接相邻地布置。由于载体层、粘合剂层和分离层的根据本发明的组合,在层压之后获得易于制造的稳定的复合玻璃板而不损害光聚合物层中的全息元件。
优选地,载体层基本上由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)、聚乙烯 (PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)、聚氯乙烯 (PVC)或三乙酸纤维素(TAC) 组成,特别优选由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET) 组成。这些材料赋予光聚合物层用于简单的进一步加工的机械稳定性,同时充当防止热塑性中间层的增塑剂或其它添加剂扩散的屏障。

以下关于复合玻璃板及其组成部分的详细描述涉及上述所有三个优选实施方式。
布置在光聚合物层与分离层之间的粘合剂层优选是所谓的光学透明粘合剂(OCA,optically clear binder)或透明粘合剂。此类粘合剂的特点是高透光率、低雾度、无光双折射、高耐UV性和好的抗老化性。由此可以避免不受控制且因此不期望的透光率损害或不美观的扭曲。粘合剂层优选在可见光谱范围内具有小于5%、特别是小于2%或甚至1%的吸收,并且优选地具有小于5%、特别是小于2%或甚至1%的雾度。
粘合剂的层优选形成为均质层。
粘合剂的层优选具有20μm至200μm、特别优选50μm至150μm、非常特别优选60μm至100μm的厚度。这有效地防止了分离层与光聚合物层之间的分层并实现了好的光学性能。此外,具有这些厚度的粘合剂层是作为粘合剂膜商购可得的。
粘合剂优选是化学作用的、特别是化学固化的粘合剂或UV固化的、特别优选丙烯酸酯粘合剂或基于硅酮的粘合剂。粘合剂的层尤其不是热塑性起作用的粘合剂膜,即不是在加热之后导致滤光器与玻璃板表面粘合的热塑性膜,例如复合玻璃板的热塑性中间层的热塑性膜。
第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板各自具有外侧表面,即外表面,和内部空间侧表面,即内表面,以及在它们之间延伸的环绕的侧棱边。在本发明意义上,外表面是指提供在安装位置上面向外部环境的那个主表面。在本发明意义上,内表面是指提供在安装位置上面向内部空间的那个主表面。在根据本发明的复合玻璃板中,第一玻璃板的内表面和第二玻璃板的外表面彼此面对。
如果提供复合玻璃板在交通工具或建筑物的窗户开口中将内部空间与外部环境分开,则本发明意义上的内玻璃板是指面向内部空间(交通工具内部空间)的玻璃板。外玻璃板是指面向外部环境的玻璃板。第一玻璃板可以是外玻璃板或内玻璃板,第二玻璃板可以是外玻璃板或内玻璃板。优选地,第一玻璃板是外玻璃板并且第二玻璃板是内玻璃板。
光聚合物层由一层光聚合物构成并且包括全息元件。在那里,借助于激光干涉记录全息元件或通过压印过程引入全息元件。合适的光聚合物是本领域技术人员已知的并且描述于例如EP1438634B1、WO2011054797A1和WO2018206503A1中。优选交联的聚氨酯。
光聚合物层的厚度优选为5 µm至70 µm,优选10 µm至50 µm,特别优选15 µm至20µm。这些厚度对于全息元件的光学品质而言是特别有利的。此外,减小相对昂贵的光聚合物层的厚度并将其与更成本有利的载体层结合使用是有利的。
光聚合物层优选与载体层直接相邻。将光聚合物层直接施加在载体层上,以获得对于进一步加工而言具有足够机械稳定性的膜。如此也防止了分层效应,而无需在光聚合物层与载体层之间设置其它粘合剂层。
布置在第一玻璃板与第二玻璃板之间的层堆叠优选由以下层组成:第一热塑性中间层、分离层、粘合剂层、具有至少一个全息元件的光聚合物层、载体层和第二热塑性中间层。这种结构有利地包含少量的层并且没有显示不希望的分层效应,通过添加更多层,分层效应又会增多地出现。
第一热塑性中间层和第二热塑性中间层彼此独立地至少包含聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)、聚氨酯(PU)或它们的共聚物或衍生物或由它们组成,优选聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB),特别优选聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)和本领域技术人员已知的添加剂,例如增塑剂。
第一热塑性中间层和第二热塑性中间层可以彼此独立地通过单个膜来形成或者也通过多于一个膜来形成。
第一热塑性中间层和/或第二热塑性中间层也可以彼此独立地是功能性中间层,特别是具有声学阻尼性质的中间层、反射红外辐射的中间层、吸收红外辐射的中间层、吸收UV辐射的中间层、至少部分染色的中间层和/或至少部分着色的中间层。因此,例如,第一热塑性中间层或第二热塑性中间层也可以是带式过滤膜。
第一热塑性中间层和/或第二热塑性中间层的厚度彼此独立地为30μm至1500μm,优选50μm至760μm。
第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板优选由玻璃制成,特别优选由钠钙玻璃制成,如通常用于窗玻璃的那样。然而,所述玻璃板也可以彼此独立地由其它类型的玻璃制成,例如石英玻璃、硼硅酸盐玻璃或铝硅酸盐玻璃,或者由刚性透明的塑料例如聚碳酸酯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制成。所述玻璃板可以是透明的亦或是着色的或染色的。如果复合玻璃板用作挡风玻璃,则其在中央视区中应具有足够的透光率,根据 ECE-R43,在主透视区域A 中优选至少70%。
第一玻璃板、第二玻璃板、第一热塑性中间层和/或第二中间层可以具有本身已知的合适涂层,例如抗反射涂层、不粘涂层、抗刮擦涂层、光催化涂层或防晒涂层或低E涂层。在防晒涂层的情况下,尽可能光谱中性的涂层是优选的,和/或这些涂层优选施加在第一热塑性中间层上或第一玻璃板上,特别是第一玻璃板的内表面上。
第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板的厚度可以宽泛地变化,因此可以匹配个别情况的要求。第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板的厚度优选为0.5mm至5mm,特别优选1mm至3mm,非常特别优选1.6mm至2.1mm。例如,外玻璃板的厚度为 2.1mm,内玻璃板的厚度为 1.6mm。然而,外玻璃板或特别是内玻璃板也可以是厚度为例如0.55mm的薄玻璃。
根据本发明的复合玻璃板可以包括一个或多个附加的中间层,特别是功能性中间层。附加的中间层尤其可以是具有声学阻尼性质的中间层、反射红外辐射的中间层、吸收红外辐射的中间层、吸收UV辐射的中间层、至少部分染色的中间层和/或至少部分着色的中间层。在存在多个附加的中间层的情况下,它们也可以具有不同的功能。
本发明还包括用于为观看者显示信息的投影装置,其至少包括根据本发明的复合玻璃板和从内部指向全息光学元件的投影仪。根据本发明的复合玻璃板在此可以如上面在不同的实施方式中所述的那样来形成。
投影仪发射具有对全息光学元件起作用的波长的光。
激光投影仪是优选的,因为用它们可获得非常离散的波长。
复合玻璃板的前述实施方式的特征也涉及投影装置,因此其以所述复合玻璃板的所有三个所述实施方式公开。
本发明此外涉及用于制造根据前述第一、第二或第三实施方式的根据本发明的复合玻璃板的方法,其中至少:
a) 提供具有外表面和内表面的第一玻璃板、第一热塑性中间层、第二热塑性中间层、分离层、粘合剂层和具有外表面和内表面的第二玻璃板,
b) 提供具有全息光学元件的光聚合物层,其中将该光聚合物层施加在载体层上,
c) 形成具有以下的层和玻璃板顺序的层堆叠:第一玻璃板 – 第一热塑性中间层– 分离层 – 粘合剂层 – 具有全息元件的光聚合物层 – 载体层 – 第二热塑性中间层 –第二玻璃板,
d) 通过层压使所述层堆叠接合。
层压优选在热、真空和/或压力的作用下进行。可以使用本身已知的方法用于层压,例如高压釜法、真空袋法、真空环法、压延法、真空层压机或其组合。
根据优选的第一、第二和第三实施方式的所有复合玻璃板均可用该方法来制造。因此,关于该复合玻璃板的优选特征的详细描述也可以应用于该方法。在此,关于这些优选特征参考上面的详细描述。
这种方法的一个优点是,全息光学元件在层压之前已经包含在层堆叠中,因此步骤c)和d)可以在日光存在下进行。相对于必须在排除光的情况下进行层压的现有技术,这是一个特别的优点。此外,由于根据本发明的载体层与分离层的组合,防止了由于增塑剂扩散到光聚合物层中而对光聚合物层中的全息元件的损害。由于分离层与光聚合物层之间的粘合剂层,防止了由于这些层之间的粘附性差而分层。
本发明此外涉及用于制造根据前述第一、第二或第三实施方式的根据本发明的复合玻璃板的根据本发明的复合玻璃板的方法,其中至少:
a) 提供具有外表面和内表面的第一玻璃板、第一热塑性中间层、第二热塑性中间层和具有外表面和内表面的第二玻璃板,
b) 提供具有全息光学元件的光聚合物层,其中该光聚合物层布置在具有以下层顺序的膜层压体中:分离层 – 粘合剂层 - 光聚合物层- 载体层,
c) 形成具有以下的层和玻璃板顺序的层堆叠:第一玻璃板 – 第一热塑性中间层– 分离层 – 粘合剂层 – 具有全息元件的光聚合物层 – 载体层 – 第二热塑性中间层 –第二玻璃板,
d) 通过层压使所述层堆叠接合。
层压优选在热、真空和/或压力的作用下进行。可以使用本身已知的方法用于层压,例如高压釜法、真空袋法、真空环法、压延法、真空层压机或其组合。
根据优选的第一、第二和第三实施方式的所有复合玻璃板均可用该方法来制造。因此,关于该复合玻璃板的优选特征的详细描述也可以应用于该方法。对此参考上述详细描述。
在该方法中,步骤 c) 和 d) 也可以在日光存在下进行,这大大简化了制造方法的实施。与上述方法相比,提供与载体层和分离层结合的光聚合物层进一步有助于光聚合物层的机械稳定性。此外,与前述实施方式相比,由于各个层的数量较少,因此进一步简化了层堆叠的形成。此外,在加工过程期间,光聚合物层的两侧受到直接接合的分离层的保护。
本发明还包括根据本发明的复合玻璃板作为交通工具或建筑物中的内部装配玻璃或外部装配玻璃,特别是作为陆上、空中或水上交通的运输工具中、特别是在机动车辆中的交通工具玻璃板,特别是作为用作投影面的挡风玻璃的用途。

图1示出了根据本发明的复合玻璃板100的第一、第二和第三实施方式的设计方案的横截面。在图1中示出的实施方式中,复合玻璃板 100 具有作为具有内表面II和外表面I的外玻璃板 1的第一玻璃板、第一热塑性中间层 3、具有全息元件的光聚合物层 4、第二热塑性中间层 6 和作为具有内表面IV和外表面III的内玻璃板2的第二玻璃板。具有全息元件的光聚合物层4布置在第一玻璃板1与第二玻璃板2之间。第一热塑性中间层3布置在第一玻璃板1与光聚合物层4之间。
外玻璃板例如由钠钙玻璃组成并且为2.1mm厚。内玻璃板2例如由钠钙玻璃组成并且为1.6mm厚。
在图1中示出的实施方式中,第一热塑性中间层3和第二热塑性中间层6例如由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)组成并且各为0.38mm厚。
分离层5布置在第一热塑性中间层3与光聚合物层4之间。分离层5防止增塑剂或其它添加的化合物从第一热塑性中间层3扩散到光聚合物层4中并在那里造成光聚合物层4的膨胀,这将导致全息元件受损。
粘合剂层9布置在分离层5与光聚合物层4之间。粘合剂层9改善了光聚合物层4与分离层5之间的粘附性,从而防止了这些层之间的分层。粘合剂层9与光聚合物层4直接相邻并与分离层5直接相邻。在粘合剂层9与光聚合物层4之间以及在粘合剂层9与分离层5之间没有布置其它层。
粘合剂层9优选为光学透明粘合剂(OCA)。粘合剂层优选具有20μm至200μm,特别优选50μm至150μm,非常特别优选60μm至100μm的厚度。由此实现了好的光学性能。此外,具有这些厚度的粘合剂层是作为粘合剂膜商购可得的。
粘合剂优选是化学作用的、特别是化学固化的或UV固化的粘合剂,特别优选丙烯酸酯粘合剂或基于硅酮的粘合剂。
光聚合物层4的厚度优选为5 µm至70 µm,优选10 µm至50 µm,特别优选15 µm至20µm,例如15 µm。由于光聚合物层4是所述层堆叠的最昂贵的组成部分,因此使用尽可能薄的光聚合物层并将光聚合物层与由更成本有利的材料组成的载体层7结合使用以增加机械稳定性是有利的。
光聚合物层4由合适的光聚合物组成并且包括全息元件。合适的光聚合物膜例如是在名称Bayfol®HX下商购可得的。
载体层7布置在第二热塑性中间层6与光聚合物层4之间。载体层 7充当光聚合物层4的载体层并且同时防止增塑剂或其它添加的化合物从第二热塑性中间层6扩散到光聚合物层4中并在那里造成光聚合物层4的膨胀,这将导致光聚合物层中的全息元件受损。载体层7与光聚合物层4直接相邻,也就是说载体层7与光聚合物层4之间没有其它层。
根据优选的第一实施方式,载体层 7是聚合物层并包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚乙烯 (PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)、聚氯乙烯 (PVC)和/或三乙酸纤维素(TAC)或由其组成。特别优选地,载体层由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)组成。载体层7的厚度为20 µm至100 µm,优选40 µm至90 µm,特别优选65 µm至80 µm。这些材料赋予光聚合物层4加工成复合玻璃板所需的机械稳定性。同时,它们充当第二热塑性中间层 6 的增塑剂和其它添加剂的扩散屏障。载体层 7 和光聚合物层 4 彼此直接接触,也就是说载体层与光聚合物层之间没有其它层。
根据优选的第一实施方式,分离层 5是聚合物层并且包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚乙烯 (PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)、聚碳酸酯 (PC)、聚酰胺 (PA)、聚氯乙烯(PVC) 和/或三乙酸纤维素 (TAC)或由其组成。优选地,分离层由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)组成。分离层 5的厚度为10 µm至300 µm,优选40 µm至200 µm,特别优选65 µm至150µm。这些分离层充当第一热塑性中间层3的增塑剂的出色的扩散屏障。与上述载体层 7结合,在层压后产生稳定的复合玻璃板 100,而不会损害光聚合物层 4 中的全息元件。
图1还示出了根据本发明的复合玻璃板100的优选的第二实施方式,其层组成部分与前述第一实施方式的层组成部分的区别如下。
载体层7是聚合物层并且包含聚酰胺 (PA)或由其组成。载体层7的厚度为20 µm至100 µm,优选40 µm至90 µm,特别优选65 µm至80 µm。聚酰胺赋予光聚合物层4加工成复合玻璃板所需的机械稳定性。同时,其充当第二热塑性中间层 6 的增塑剂和其它添加剂的扩散屏障。
分离层5是聚合物层并且包含聚乙烯 (PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚氯乙烯 (PVC)或三乙酸纤维素(TAC))或由其组成。优选地,分离层由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)组成。分离层 5的厚度为10 µm至300 µm,优选40 µm至200 µm,特别优选65 µm至150 µm。这些分离层充当第一热塑性中间层3的增塑剂的出色的扩散屏障。与上述载体层7结合,在层压后产生稳定的复合玻璃板 100,而不会损害光聚合物层 4 中的全息元件。由于粘合剂层9,分离层5与光聚合物层4之间的粘附性极佳。
图1此外示出了根据本发明的复合玻璃板100的优选的第三实施方式的设计方案的横截面,其层组成部分与前述第一和第二实施方式的层组成部分的区别如下。
载体层7是聚合物层并且包含聚碳酸酯 (PC)或由其组成。载体层7的厚度为20 µm至100 µm,优选40 µm至90 µm,特别优选65 µm至80 µm. 聚碳酸酯赋予光聚合物层4加工成复合玻璃板所需的机械稳定性。同时,其充当第二热塑性中间层 6 的增塑剂和其它添加剂的扩散屏障。
分离层5是聚合物层并且包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)、聚乙烯 (PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)、聚碳酸酯 (PC)、聚氯乙烯 (PVC)和/或三乙酸纤维素(TAC)或由其组成。优选地,分离层由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)组成。分离层 5的厚度为10 µm至300 µm,优选40 µm至200 µm,特别优选65 µm至150 µm. 这些分离层充当第一热塑性中间层 3的增塑剂和其它添加剂的出色的扩散屏障。与上述载体层 7结合,在层压后产生稳定的复合玻璃板 100,而不会损害光聚合物层 4 中的全息元件。由于粘合剂层9,分离层5与光聚合物层4之间的粘附性极佳。
图2 示出了根据本发明的投影装置101的设计方案的横截面。投影装置101包括根据图1中示出的实施方式的复合玻璃板100和投影仪18。投影仪18布置在内部空间中。从投影仪发出的光的光束路径在图中用附图标记8表示。从投影仪18发出的光照射到光聚合物层4中的全息元件上并激活全息图。投影仪18发出的光被光聚合物层4中的全息光学元件反射,使得在观看者10的眼睛位于所谓的眼动范围 E内时,全息图被观看者10感知为在复合玻璃板100的背离他的一侧上的虚像或实像。
图3示出了根据本发明的复合玻璃板 100 的一个实施方式的俯视图。在图3中,在其中布置有至少一个全息元件的区域用附图标记B标出。图1和2示出了各种实施方式的沿剖面线X-X’的横截面。区域B例如是形成为挡风玻璃的根据本发明的复合玻璃板100的HUD区域。
图4 借助于包括以下步骤的流程图示出了根据本发明的用于制造根据图1的根据本发明的复合玻璃板100的方法的实施例:
P1 提供第一玻璃板1、第一热塑性中间层3、第二热塑性中间层6、分离层5、粘合剂层 9和第二玻璃板2。
P2 提供具有全息光学元件的光聚合物层4,其施加在载体层 7上。
P3 形成具有以下的层和玻璃板顺序的层堆叠:第一玻璃板 – 第一热塑性中间层– 分离层 – 粘合剂层 – 具有全息元件的光聚合物层 – 载体层 – 第二热塑性中间层 –第二玻璃板。
P4 通过层压使该层堆叠接合。
对于图1描述的所有实施方式都可以根据所描述的方法来制造。提供结合有载体膜的光聚合物层有助于光聚合物层的机械稳定性并因此改善层压结果,因为由于机械稳定的各个层,显著简化了层堆叠的形成。
在根据本发明的用于制造根据图1的根据本发明的复合玻璃板100的方法的一个替代优选实施方式中,如下安排步骤P1至P4:
P1 提供第一玻璃板1、第一热塑性中间层3、第二热塑性中间层6、第二玻璃板2。
P2 提供具有全息光学元件的光聚合物层4,其布置在分离层5与载体层7之间的膜层压件中,其中粘合剂层9布置在分离层5与光聚合物层4之间。
P3 形成具有以下的层和玻璃板顺序的层堆叠:第一玻璃板 – 第一热塑性中间层– 分离层 – 粘合剂层 – 具有全息元件的光聚合物层 – 载体层 – 第二热塑性中间层 –第二玻璃板。
P4 通过层压使该层堆叠接合。
对于图1描述的所有实施方式都可以根据所描述的方法来制造。提供与载体层和分离层结合的光聚合物层进一步有助于光聚合物层的机械稳定性。此外,与前述实施方式相比,由于各个层的数量较少,因此进一步简化了层堆叠的形成。此外,光聚合物层的两侧受到直接接合的分离层的保护。

Claims (15)
1.复合玻璃板 (100),其至少包括第一玻璃板 (1)、第二玻璃板 (2)、布置在它们之间的层堆叠,所述层堆叠以从第一玻璃板(1)至第二玻璃板(2)的顺序至少包括以下层: 第一热塑性中间层 (3)、分离层 (5)、粘合剂层 (9)、具有至少一个全息元件的光聚合物层(4)、载体层 (7)和第二热塑性中间层 (6),其中
- 载体层(7)包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)、聚乙烯 (PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚氯乙烯 (PVC)和/或三乙酸纤维素(TAC)并且厚度为20 µm至100 µm,其中载体层(7)与光聚合物层(4)直接相邻地布置,
- 分离层(5) 包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)、聚乙烯 (PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚碳酸酯 (PC)、聚酰胺 (PA)、聚氯乙烯 (PVC) 和/或三乙酸纤维素 (TAC) 并且厚度为10 µm至300 µm,和
- 粘合剂层 (9)是与光聚合物层(4)直接相邻地并与分离层 (5)直接相邻地布置的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合玻璃板(100),其中载体层 (7)基本上由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)、聚乙烯 (PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)、聚氯乙烯 (PVC)或三乙酸纤维素(TAC)组成,优选由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET) 组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的复合玻璃板(100),其中所述载体层(7)的厚度为40 µm至90 µm,优选65 µm至80 µm。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的复合玻璃板(100),其中分离层 (7)基本上由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)或三乙酸纤维素(TAC)组成,优选由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)组成。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的复合玻璃板(100),其中所述分离层(7)的厚度为40 µm至200 µm,优选65 µm至150 µm。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的复合玻璃板(100),其中粘合剂层 (9)是光学透明粘合剂。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的复合玻璃板(100),其中粘合剂层的厚度为20 µm至200 µm,优选50 µm至150 µm,特别优选60 µm至100 µm。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的复合玻璃板(100),其中光聚合物层(4) 的厚度为5 µm至70 µm,优选10 µm至50 µm,特别优选15 µm至20 µm。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的复合玻璃板(100),其中布置在第一玻璃板(1)与第二玻璃板(2)之间的层堆叠由以下层组成: 第一热塑性中间层 (3)、分离层 (5)、粘合剂层 (9)、具有至少一个全息元件的光聚合物层(4)、载体层 (7)和第二热塑性中间层 (6)。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的复合玻璃板(100),其中所述第一热塑性中间层(3)和/或所述第二热塑性中间层(6)包含聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)、聚氨酯(PU) 或它们的共聚物或衍生物。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的复合玻璃板(100),其中第一热塑性中间层(3)和/或第二热塑性中间层 (6)基本上由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)或聚氨酯 (PU)组成。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的复合玻璃板(100),其中所述第一玻璃板(1)和/或所述第二玻璃板(2)由玻璃,优选由钠钙玻璃组成。
13.投影装置(101),其至少包括根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的复合玻璃板(100)和指向全息光学元件的投影仪(18),其中投影仪(18)优选是激光投影仪。
14.用于制造根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的复合玻璃板(100)的方法,其中至少
a) 提供第一玻璃板(1)、第一热塑性中间层(3)、第二热塑性中间层(6)、分离层(5)、粘合剂层 (9)和第二玻璃板(2),
b) 提供具有全息光学元件的光聚合物层(4),其中该光聚合物层(4)施加在载体层(7)上,
c) 形成具有以下的层和玻璃板顺序的层堆叠:第一玻璃板 (1) – 第一热塑性中间层(3) – 分离层 (5) – 粘合剂层 (9)–具有全息元件的光聚合物层(4)– 载体层 (7) – 第二热塑性中间层 (6) – 第二玻璃板 (2),
d) 通过层压使所述层堆叠接合。
15.根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的复合玻璃板(100)作为交通工具或建筑物中的内部装配玻璃或外部装配玻璃, 特别是作为陆上、空中或水上交通的运输工具中、特别是在机动车辆中的交通工具玻璃板中和特别是作为用作投影面的挡风玻璃的用途。
