Abstract

本发明涉及一种可防止铜加工件氧化变色的切削润滑剂,包括质量百分比为7%‑10%的合成脂肪酸酯,质量百分比为1.5%‑2.5%的唑衍生物和酚抗氧剂的复合物以及质量百分比为85%‑95%的加氢精制油;唑衍生物和酚抗氧剂的复合物由质量百分比为10%的三氮唑衍生物、质量百分比为15%的噻二唑衍生物以及75%的烷基苯酚组成;本发明不仅加强了防腐缓蚀能力,而且还提高了加工性能,能够使铜加工件变色时间从原有的15天提高到3个月以上。

一种可防止铜加工件氧化变色的切削润滑剂
技术领域
本发明涉及切削润滑剂制备领域,尤其是涉及一种可防止铜加工件氧化变色的切削润滑剂。
背景技术
专用于铜件的切削润滑剂,由多种防锈剂、润滑剂以及复合添加剂组成,具有良好的润滑性、冷却性、抗铜氧化性、沉降性以及光洁度高和长寿命。现有的用于加工铜的切削润滑剂,防腐缓蚀能力比较差,加工后的加工工件抗氧化能力较弱,加工后的零件放置一段时间后容易出现氧化变色或针点状腐蚀的问题,本专利基于现有切削润滑剂所存在的缺陷,对其成分进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种可防止铜加工件氧化变色的切削润滑剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种可防止铜加工件氧化变色的切削润滑剂,包括质量百分比为7%-10%的合成脂肪酸酯,质量百分比为1.5%-2.5%的唑衍生物以及质量百分比为85%-95%的加氢精制油。
进一步,所述合成脂肪酸酯的质量百分比为8%。
进一步,所述唑衍生物的质量百分比为2%。
进一步,所述加氢精制油的质量百分比为90%。
进一步,所述唑衍生物由质量百分比为10%的三氮唑衍生物、质量百分比为15%的噻二唑衍生物以及75%的烷基苯酚组成。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明在现有切削油中增加了噻二唑衍生物脂肪胺衍生物、烷基苯并咪唑,不仅加强了防腐缓蚀能力,而且还提高了加工性能,能够使铜加工件变色时间从原有的15天提高到3个月以上。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种可防止铜加工件氧化变色的切削润滑剂,包括质量百分比为7%-10%的合成脂肪酸酯,质量百分比为1.5%-2.5%的唑衍生物和酚抗氧剂的复合物以及质量百分比为85%-95%的加氢精制油。
进一步,所述合成脂肪酸酯是三羟甲基丙烷酯,季戊四醇酯及二元酸酯中的一种或多种,质量百分比为8%。
进一步,所述唑衍生物和酚抗氧剂的复合物的质量百分比为2%。
进一步,所述加氢精制油的质量百分比为90%。
进一步,所述唑衍生物由质量百分比为10%的三氮唑衍生物、质量百分比为15%的噻二唑衍生物以及75%的烷基苯酚组成。
其中,三氮唑衍生物:烷基苯***;N,N’-二烷基氨基亚甲基苯***和N,N’-二(2-异辛基)-甲基-1H-苯***-1-甲胺中的一种;噻二唑衍生物:2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑和2-二巯基苯并噻唑中一种。烷基苯酚:2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,2,6-二叔丁基酚和4,4-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基酚)的一种。

本发明在现有切削油中增加了噻二唑衍生物脂肪胺衍生物、烷基苯并咪唑,不仅加强了防腐缓蚀能力,而且还提高了加工性能,能够使铜加工件变色时间从原有的15天提高到3个月以上。

1.一种可防止铜加工件氧化变色的切削润滑剂,其特征在于,包括质量百分比为7%-10%的合成脂肪酸酯,质量百分比为1.5%-2.5%的唑衍生物和酚抗氧剂的复合物以及质量百分比为85%-95%的加氢精制油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防止铜加工件氧化变色的切削润滑剂,其特征在于,所述合成脂肪酸酯的质量百分比为8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防止铜加工件氧化变色的切削润滑剂,其特征在于,所述唑衍生物和酚抗氧剂的复合物为25%的唑衍生物和75%的酚抗氧剂,其复合物的质量百分比为2%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防止铜加工件氧化变色的切削润滑剂,其特征在于,所述加氢精制油的质量百分比为90%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种可防止铜加工件氧化变色的切削润滑剂,其特征在于,所述唑衍生物由质量百分比为10%的三氮唑衍生物、质量百分比为15%的噻二唑衍生物以及75%的烷基苯酚组成。
