The driving piece 25 can drive the cam 26 and the rotary disc 29 to rotate, the movable magnetic pole 30 is rotated, the abrasive is further rotated, the adjusting rod 31 is pushed to swing back and forth in the vertical plane while the cam 26 is rotated, up-and-down reciprocating movement of the rotary disc 29 is achieved, when the rotary disc 29 moves upwards, the abrasive is extruded under the action of a changing magnetic field, when the rotary disc 29 moves downwards, the abrasive moves downwards under the action of gravity, the movement mode of the abrasive is increased, relative movement between the abrasive and blades is irregular, and large pressure is always applied to the blades by the abrasive, so that the effect of surface treatment is improved. The provision of the balls 32 serves to reduce friction of the adjustment lever 31 with the cam 26 and the dial 29, reducing friction in a rolling manner.
In summary, according to the system and the process for precisely treating the surface of the split blade of the aircraft engine provided by the embodiment, firstly, the blade is installed and fixed on the clamping mechanism, and then the grinding material consisting of the magnetorheological fluid, the grinding block and the grinding agent is poured into the cylinder 4; secondly, the blades move, and the control device is started to drive the driving shaft 7 to rotate, so that the blades rotate around the driving shaft 7 and rotate at the same time and reciprocate along the axial direction of the driving shaft 7; thirdly, the grinding material flows, the driving piece 25 is started to drive the movable magnetic pole 30 to rotate and move up and down in a reciprocating manner, a changing magnetic field is generated between the movable magnetic pole 30 and the fixed magnetic pole 23, so that the grinding material rotates and the grinding material extrudes a workpiece; fourth, the blade is removed and the abrasive is discharged from the barrel 4 through a discharge opening.

The precise processing system for the surface of the split blade of the aircraft engine is characterized by comprising a base (1), wherein a control box (2) and a support (3) are respectively arranged on two sides of the top of the base (1), a barrel (4) is arranged between the control box and the support, the control box (2) is fixedly connected with the barrel (4), a PLC (programmable logic controller) and a driving device are arranged inside the control box (2), a penetrating driving shaft (7) is arranged inside the barrel (4), one end of the driving shaft (7) is fixedly connected with the output end of the driving device, the other end of the driving shaft is rotatably connected with the support (3), a plurality of annular and uniformly distributed connecting seats (8) are arranged on the outer wall of the center of the driving shaft (7), driving parts are respectively arranged on two sides of each connecting seat (8), each driving part consists of a clamping mechanism and a guiding mechanism, and an upper magnetic pole mechanism and a lower magnetic pole mechanism are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the barrel (4);
the guide mechanism comprises an extensible part (9), a connecting block (10) is fixedly connected with the extensible end of the extensible part (9), a connecting plate (11) is fixedly connected with one side, away from the driving shaft (7), of the connecting block (10), a protrusion (20) is arranged on one side, close to the driving shaft (7), of the connecting block (10), a sleeve (21) is arranged on the outer side of the driving shaft (7), a guide groove (22) matched with the protrusion (20) is formed in the surface of the sleeve (21), a rack (19) is fixedly connected with the outer side of the extensible part (9), a second gear (18) is arranged at the bottom of the clamping mechanism, and the second gear (18) is meshed with the rack (19);
the upper magnetic pole mechanism is composed of a plurality of fixed magnetic poles (23), and the plurality of fixed magnetic poles (23) are distributed at equal intervals along the axial direction of the driving shaft (7);
the lower magnetic pole mechanism comprises a shell (24), a driving piece (25) is arranged at the bottom of the shell (24), a plurality of rotary lifting assemblies corresponding to the fixed magnetic poles (23) are arranged in the shell (24), and a plurality of movable magnetic poles (30) are arranged at the tops of the rotary lifting assemblies;
the treatment process of the treatment system comprises the following steps:
s1, installing a blade, fixing the blade on a clamping mechanism, and pouring abrasive materials consisting of magnetorheological fluid, an abrasive block and an abrasive agent into a cylinder (4);
s2, the blades move, and the control device is started to drive the driving shaft (7) to rotate, so that the blades rotate around the driving shaft (7) and rotate at the same time and reciprocate along the axial direction of the driving shaft (7);
s3, enabling the abrasive to flow, starting the driving piece (25), driving the movable magnetic pole (30) to rotate and move up and down in a reciprocating mode, generating a changing magnetic field between the movable magnetic pole (30) and the fixed magnetic pole (23), and enabling the abrasive to rotate and extrude the workpiece through the abrasive;
s4, taking out the blade, and discharging the grinding materials out of the cylinder body (4) through a discharge port.
