The built-in controller 3 is a PCB board with electrical components, when the built-in controller 3 is installed in place, the electricity isolating ring 5 is installed in place, and when the contact pin 21 is matched with the built-in controller 3 in place, the upper surface of the outgoing line connector 2 is parallel to the PCB board of the built-in controller 3, and after subsequent processing, the contact pin 21 and a tin plate of the built-in controller 3 are welded in place.
