Claims (17)

1. An integrated electric drive system assembly is characterized by at least comprising a drive motor (1), a speed changer (2), a motor controller (3), an air compressor (4) and a water pump (5) which are integrated into a whole, wherein,
an electric control shell (7) is connected to a stator shell (6) of the driving motor (1), the motor controller (3) is fixed in the electric control shell (7), a junction box (24) is formed between a rear end cover (8) of the driving motor (1) and a stator of the driving motor (1), the junction box (24) is communicated with the electric control shell (7), and a rotary variable signal plug connector (27), a temperature signal plug connector (26) and a three-phase terminal (22) led out by a motor stator of the driving motor (1) are arranged in the junction box (24); the three-phase high-voltage power supply output end of the motor controller (3) is connected with the three-phase terminal (22) through a three-phase copper bar, and the control end of the motor controller (3) is connected with the rotary transformer signal plug connector (27) and the temperature signal plug connector (26) in an inserting mode through signal lines;
the temperature signal connector is characterized by further comprising an insulation fixing plate (25) arranged in the junction box (24), and the rotary transformer signal connector (27) and the temperature signal connector (26) are fixed on the insulation fixing plate (25).
2. The integrated electric drive system assembly according to claim 1, wherein the electronic control housing (7) is mounted radially on top of the stator housing (6).
3. The integrated electric drive system assembly according to claim 1, further comprising an insulated wire holder (23) disposed in the terminal box (24), wherein the three-phase copper bar is connected to the three-phase terminal (22) and then fixed to the insulated wire holder (23).
4. The integrated electric drive system assembly according to claim 1, wherein the transmission (2) is mounted at an axial extension end of the drive motor (1), and a front end cover (9) of the drive motor (1) and a buckling cover (10) adapted to the front end cover (9) are buckled to form a shell of the transmission (2), and the front end cover (9) and the buckling cover (10) are connected through a connecting piece.
5. The integrated electric drive system assembly according to claim 4, wherein the snap cover (10), the front cover (9), the stator housing (6) and the rear cover (8) constitute a main body housing, and the air compressor (4) and the water pump (5) are mounted on an outer surface of the main body housing.
6. The integrated electric drive system assembly according to claim 4, wherein said air compressor (4) is suspended from said snap-fit cover (10) by a first bracket; the water pump (5) is arranged close to the electric control shell (7) and is arranged on the front end cover (9) or the stator shell (6) through a second support.
7. An integrated electric drive system assembly according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein a vehicle-mounted charger is further mounted in said electric control housing (7).
8. The integrated electric drive system assembly according to claim 7, wherein a transverse partition plate (11) is disposed in the inner cavity of the electric control housing (7), the transverse partition plate (11) divides the inner cavity of the electric control housing (7) into a lower cavity (12) close to the stator housing (6) and an upper cavity (13) far away from the stator housing (6), wherein the vehicle-mounted charger is disposed in the lower cavity (12), and the motor controller is disposed in the upper cavity (13).
9. The integrated electric drive system assembly according to claim 8, wherein a dc converter is further mounted in the electronic control housing (7) and disposed in the lower cavity (12).
10. The integrated electric drive system assembly of claim 9, wherein the onboard charger and the dc converter are integrated into a power module (14) and share a power board.
11. An integrated electric drive system assembly according to any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein a high voltage distribution box (15) is further integrated in the electronic control housing (7), said high voltage distribution box (15) being arranged in the upper cavity (13).
12. The integrated electric drive system assembly according to claim 11, wherein a vehicle control unit (16) is further integrated into the electric control housing (7), the vehicle control unit (16) being disposed within the upper cavity (13).
13. The integrated electric drive system assembly according to claim 12, wherein the motor controller (3) comprises a driving board and a control board, a shielding board is arranged between the driving board and the control board, and the vehicle control unit is fixed on the shielding board.
14. The integrated electric drive system assembly of claim 1, wherein the three-phase copper bar is coated with a PVC film in addition to the connection locations.
15. The integrated electric drive system assembly of claim 12, wherein a cooling system of the integrated electric drive system assembly includes an electronically controlled housing cooling portion and a motor cooling portion; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the electric control shell cooling part comprises a shell water inlet, a shell water outlet and a shell water channel, and the shell water channel at least passes through the motor controller (3), the vehicle-mounted charger and the direct current converter;
the motor cooling part comprises a motor water inlet (33), a motor water outlet (34) and a stator shell water channel, wherein the shell water outlet is connected with the motor water inlet (33) through a pipeline (31).
16. The integrated electric drive system assembly according to claim 15, wherein a casing of the motor controller (3) further defines a motor controller cooling water channel in contact with a heat generating component in the motor controller (3), a casing of the vehicle-mounted charger defines a charger cooling water channel in contact with a heat generating component in the vehicle-mounted charger, a casing of the dc converter defines a converter cooling water channel in contact with a heat generating component in the dc converter, and the motor controller cooling water channel, the charger cooling water channel, and the converter cooling water channel are all communicated with the casing water channel.
17. An electric vehicle comprising an integrated electric drive system assembly, wherein said integrated electric drive system assembly is an integrated electric drive system assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 16.
