6. the change-over switch is arranged at the middle position, after the motors of the left and right lifting machines 9 are started, the contacts of the stroke switches are respectively pressed, the alarm bell gives an alarm, meanwhile, the motors stop running, and after the contacts are released, the starting can be continued;
7. then the basket is moved up and down 3-5 times, each time the height is about 3 meters, and finally the installation condition of each connection point is checked again.

The unit type aluminum single plates are hoisted to a specified elevation through the checked and accepted windlasses, the annular rails and the traction ropeways, and an operator stands on the constructed and protected aluminum packway 12 to install unit plates.

Claims (10)

1. A construction method of an annular hanging basket of a cylindrical curtain wall with an ultrahigh small diameter is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: a construction preparation stage, which comprises hanging basket dispatching, tower crane or elevator equipment installation, finished product protection and carrying;
s2: a hanging basket installation stage, which comprises the installation of a hanging basket suspension mechanism, the installation and debugging of a suspension platform, the installation of a lifter (9), a safety lock (11), an electric control box (10) and the like;
s3: in the stage of installing the riding track and the traction cable, construction of a structural aluminum riding track (12) is carried out based on the hanging basket device installed in S2, and a personnel operation platform and a channel are provided for subsequent construction;
s4: and in the stage of installing the curtain wall unit plate, the curtain wall unit plate is installed on the constructed and protected aluminum walkway (12).
2. The construction method of the ultra-high small diameter cylinder curtain wall annular hanging basket according to claim 1, wherein the step S1 specifically comprises the following steps:
s101: the hanging basket enters the field according to the conditions of the size of the engineering field, the using quantity, the time and the like, the dispatching is reasonably arranged, and the hanging basket enters the field in batches;
